Friendly staff, fantastic product! Cool little corner usage at forks by an iconic local bakery (multiple locations). Recommend stocking up on a few treats to take home on your way out.

Unreal customer service!! I'm currently living in Norway and my brother is in Winnipeg and I wanted to do something special for him, so ordered a assorted gift box for him( I think that's what it's called) and got it delivered via skip the dishes, and it took no time like 15 minutes in total. That's start to finish, placed order to him receiving the gift box! Amazing!! And that price! Hand crafted for a great price!!

I ate some kind of salted caramel cookie sandwich thing. Dear god it was pure sex!!! The filling was mild buttery gold and the cookies were soft, chewy and made from the heavens. The overall experience gave me as much pleasure as that acid trip scene from the movie Dumbo. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a sensory overload.

Always an amazing stop for delicious and Instagram worthy treats! I’m partial to the cookie dough cups but you can’t go wrong with anything. I recently made my first website order and my advent calendar came quickly and in one piece and I can’t wait to start it! I already know it’s going to make me miss their old treats little their cake gems and truffles!

Tried some macarons for first time the other day. They were ok but very sweet. I found it was expensive as well. The store is nice with all the different color ofmacarons. I would of like to try some cookies as well but it was late afternoon and I guess there wasn't any left. Overall happy I tried them, but won't be going back anytime soon.

The two front of house employees did not even acknowledge us when we entered the island lakes location. They even made eye contact but never said anything. I would understand if it was busy and packed, but the location was small and there is a limit of only 3 customers inside (no line ups either). Just a tip: A simple "hi" when customers enter make it a little more welcoming and friendly. it made our short visit a little unpleasant.

I love their cookie dough cups. The dark chocolate espresso is my personal favourite. Jenna did my wedding cake years ago and she was such a pleasure to work with. The cake was stunning and I got so many compliments on it!

They forgot a part of my order (never happens at Academy location). I also find they are making their cupcakes much much smaller in the past 6-12 months. Otherwise, I still enjoy the product itself. Returned to JRC Forks and they cannot even package an order correctly. They stuffed 4 cookie sandwiches and 2 macarons in a tiny plastic container, which didn’t close properly, causing the items to spill out. Is it so hard to open a 3rd container? I honestly think I’m done with this place bc of the lack of effort and customer service...
