Kenora doesn’t have anything like this. I love coming here to read and journal. The food, drinks, service and view make this place worth a special trip.

Jen M

Wonderful stop on a little road trip. Great coffee and beautiful environment right down by the water.

Laura Nutall

Very cool place with a great vibe. Its actually located in the back half of a house overlooking the water. The drinks were great. It would be 5 stars if the prices were a bit more friendly.

Alecs G

Adorable coffee shop. I got a matcha latte made with oat milk and recommend it highly. The staff was friendly and an overall good vibe in there.

We stopped through here on our drive east from Saskatchewan to Kingston. What a delightful surprise this place was. Crystal’s charm and warmth match the atmosphere of this artsy and cozy little gem. Don’t miss it if you’re passing through Sioux Narrows!

As good as any, if not better. The thought and hardwork opening this place by Krystal and family shows. Each cup is made with care. "Perfection" sells this place short. To open this place, Krystal went to Seattle to get her barista certification. WOW! For anyone visiting, must try the Bridge Latte, the cinnamon brown sugar mix is magical. The baked goods are homemade, I would eat the blueberry muffin all day, special made by the mama.

Wasn’t expecting such a nice space with proper coffee out in cottage country. Staff are great. Coffee is fantastic. And loved the shortbread cookie.

My family and I vacationed at Lake of the Woods for the summer and Iron & Clay was a repeat stopping place for us. The warm and inviting atmosphere of this dock-side coffee shop will make you want to sip the morning or afternoon away. My favorite, the Bridge Latte, is signature speciality drink and the mapley taste is so delicious. My niece and nephew loved her Iced Hot Chocolate, which is so much more than just chocolate milk. Krystal and her employees are friendly and helpful. We so enjoyed chatting with her. If I could give Iron & Clay 10/5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!

What an awesome coffee / gift / art place ! We went there while we were vacationing in Sioux Narrows and I can tell you, it's the place to go for a coffee / snack and maybe a nice handmade gift . Coffee and muffins were very tasty and the coffee / drinks selection is huge. The staff was very friendly and polite. You can enjoy your coffee on the patio on the dock, in the herd next to the cafe or in the nicely decorated and cozy shop inside (with a nice view of the lake). We will definitely go back when in the area.

Great coffee shop, they have all your typical coffee shop items you could want or need. The staff was friendly and the location was nicely designed. There was a good selection of baked goods and other items they had coffee beans and teas for sale. The washroom was nice, which is important in a coffee shop.... Any how there does seem to be a great atmosphere but it is COVID and you could not sit down the day I went. Anyhow I will go back

Luke Egli

A very cozy little cafe with a great view of the lake. Drinks are good and accompanied by a small selection of some pastries. Love the atmosphere too.

North Shore

Best coffee in North Western Ontario and perhaps the world.

Andrew Jennissen

Did you need/want a beverage with a gorgeous view of the bay, so you can watch the boats come and go? And home made baked goods? And great, artistic ambiance? And super-friendly staff? And espresso with the crema so pronounced and tasty you can hear the sound of Italian barista's jaws dropping, all the way from Italy? If the answer to all those questions is 'yes' - you should probably go here. If the answer to any of those questions is 'no' then you need to check your priorities, and then go here anyway. Well worth the stop if you're passing through - just pull into the government docks - its in the converted house on the left.

Wonderfully designed and warming coffee shop. Krystal is a fantastic host and her signature coffee is VERY good. Beautiful view of the water. Sit and get some work done, buy some local art or plan your fishing for the day. This should be one of your first stops comin through town. I know it’ll be mine.

The perfect place to stop for a warm beverage and homemade treat if you're on the road or visit and unwind in the cozy retreat looking out over the water. The owner is a pleasure to chat with too if you're looking for a bit of conversation!

What a fabulous gem! On a word-of-mouth recommendation, we stopped by for coffee. Wow this place is just simply delightful. Cool, relaxed space overlooking the lake. Lovely, friendly and welcoming service. The coffee is outstanding. Real authentic espresso coffees!! That is a truly unexpected surprise in northern Ontario . My husband and I loved our hit of caffeine, the kids loved their iced chocolate drinks, and everyone loved the delicious home-cooked baked goodies! This place is well worth a visit!!
