Loved the chocolate sprinkle donut and pineapple bar! The chocolate chip cookie had a bit of an after taste we didn't like, as well as being super sweet. I'm excited they serve Kootenay Coffee as well! Very safely laid out and fast service considering the line up when outside at 11am on a Sunday. I will be back!

Love Jaide and Joel’s! As a celiac and a vegan it is amazing to have a donut or cupcake again. Having no gluten on the premise is reassuring. Their baked goods are delicious, the chik’un breakfast sandwich is a family favourite, their staff super friendly and we love their new store. We feel very fortunate to have them in Kelowna.

Delicious baked goods! As a celiac, I was exited to find this bakery, since it's really hard to find good gluten free baking. After trying the banana bread and doughnut bites I know I'll be coming back. My girlfriend got some things too and we couldn't tell that what we got wasn't made with wheat at all. The staff was very nice and welcoming too. I'm exited to see how J&J's progresses! This place is a must try for wheat free and regular diets alike!

Normally I'm not the biggest fan of lattes, but the chocolate caramel latte was absolutely delicious! The donuts are also to die for, definitely recommend this place especially if you need gluten free or vegan options

This is a lovely bakery with yummy treats. I have been here several times with friends even though we’re not vegan or gluten free. The presentation is beautiful and the cafe itself is a nice place to meet for coffee. One wish we do have and I’m not trying to start a debate is I wish this establishment would offer dairy and honey as an option for its customers who would like that. Other cafe’s offer dairy free options to its customers, perhaps offering dairy for your beverages would bring in more customers on repeat basis. We love to support our local businesses and would love to continue supporting yours.

I had the breakfast burrito and the passion fruit donut and oh boy! Both tasted amazing. They have a wide variety of treats and honestly all of them looked super tasty. Staff was super helpful and friendly. This has become my favorite GF bakery in the okanagan area :)

Finally a vegan bakery in Kelowna! We love their donuts, but the cookies are great too. My kids love are especially fans. They have neat flavours like chai and vanilla funfetti, though the chocolate dipped donut was the best in the bunch today. The donut holes are the perfect size for my 2 year old. There is a decent amount of appropriately distanced seating too which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Bakery specializing in gluten free and vegan products. Everything looked delicious but is pricey. They carry tofulatti ice cream (vegan) which I haven't seen anywhere in a long time. They also have coffees and some lunch items.

Loved it. I'm Vegan and this was a cool experience - yay Vegan desserts! But I have one major complaint - they labeled these as vegan donuts. I was so excited. They weren't donuts at all! They were little baked cakes! Donuts are NOT at ALL what I bought. I wish they would re-label them. This tasted just like birthday cake - we bought several flavors. I've had vegan donuts before, and therefore I know it can be done, lol. Please revamp your menu to explain that these are little vegan cakes, not donuts ;)

Was sad after moving from Vancouver and not having Cartems donuts around anymore. Word of mouth led us to Jaide & Joel's today and was absolutely impressed with the service and quality of baked goods they offer here. Everything from Gluten free, Soy free, nut free Vegan donuts, plenty of other baked goods and coffee as well. Interior was spacious and had a real nice aesthetic with a bunch of plants. Proper COVID19 safety measures were all in place; just a really great experience and glad to have them in town.

I'm really happy to have these guys in our neighborhood. I bought from them at the farmers market and at their last kitchen. The space is beautifully set up. Lots of room for covid safety. The doughnuts are fantastic. The Nanaimo bars delicious. The bagels to die for (especially with cream cheese) I haven't tried the bread or their meals yet. A good selection of drinks, warm and cold. It's nice to have an independent coffee place in the area as well. I've had their stuff many times and will have it many more times. Wheel chair access, yes. I do highly recommend them

Excellent place to find baked goods if you have dietary restrictions. Everything is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan so there is no need for asterisks throughout their menu in order to know which items don't contain specific allergens. My son has a dairy allergy so it is great to be able to bring him somewhere and let him pick anything he wants without having to tell him he can't order something because it contains dairy. Staff are always friendly and the layout and decor of the place is homey, clean and well-kept.

So delicious. A lot of the time gluten free can be dry or tough, the donuts we soft and had a great flavour. The bean burrito was delicious as well. I have been craving their did since the day I last went. Highly recommend for a vegan treat!!!

Great little new place! Staff were friendly and helpful, music was great, fair prices, good coffee, and a fair amount of seating for such a small space (and covid). Only two things: — I tried many times to connect to the wifi, but the access window was very slow and wouldn't load after entering the access code. — The majority of the baking was sold out from the day (which I'm sure means its really good) Both things that I'm sure will be resolved as the business grows. Worth the stop! Support local :)

What a find in Kelowna. I had to perform a realistic sample size and ended up with the lemon poppyseed loaf, raspberry cupcake and cherry scone. All were delicious. Would have been nice to have cows milk for my latte though. Will revisit.

Ordered cake and paid $45. Kept reciept! Sent my mom to pick up today and the bigger older woman charged her $75. I had to go back to the bakery and where the staff was rude, hostile, and told me I was at fault for not bringing in reciept. 1st and last time for me

Food was good but the young lady that served us was not pleasant. This was our first time there and didn’t even see her put the baked goods at the other window for pick up…so we stood there for a while not even knowing. Will not be going back and did not feel welcomed

I recently placed two orders: 1. For my wedding back in August. My wedding cake was completely missed and not even on file the day before my wedding inspite of a chain of emails ending with me emailing the date I would pick it up. 2. For my mom's birthday last weekend. I ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes 3 days in advance of the pick up date I wanted and paid them in advance on the date the order was placed. When my dad went to pick up the order for the confirmed time, 3 days later, the staff struggled to find the request and asked him to come back in a few hours as they hadn't even started making it yet. The first time my ordered was missed I chalked it up to human error as it happens to all of us. But for this to happen a second time was really disappointing. I emailed my concerns on Wednesday this week and have not heard back. As someone with dietary restrictions their products are great, but the service is beyond disappointing. I wish things were different because I really like supporting local.

The food is excellent, and the gluten free, dairy free products are a life saver for those with Celiac Disease, intolerances or allergies. However, we were very disappointed with our last interaction. For my child's recent birthday, we purchased a large number of cupcakes (to be shared at school and sports). The cost was over $200, paid and organized in advance. Picked up with no problem. However, when I got home, found that the order was not as expected (items were boxed when collected, so I didn't notice until it was too late). Despite emailing immediately, it took days for the owners to respond. No suggestions or attempt to make this customer happy. Given the price point, I'll be going elsewhere next time.
