So disappointed to place and pay for an order 2 weeks in advance only to show up at the agreed upon time to find no cupcakes and a lost order. Two hours later and almost late for the wedding these were intended for with no apology or compensation for dropping the ball. So sad that in the end, they weren’t worth the effort. Adequate in taste and texture. Too bad. The pictures looked so good.

So delicious! I don't have any issues with gluten but this is my preferred bakery from now on! The carrot cake is sooooo good and so are the cinnamon buns, both with fantastic cream cheese icing!

I am celiac and lactose intolerant. I stopped by for a snack. They didn't have a lot of choice for drop ins (mostly pre order) but I did get a cinnamon bun and a drip coffee. Bun was AMAZING. Not dairy free, but amazing. Knew I had some lact-aid in my car for a reason! I would definitely go back for another next I'm in town. The gentleman working was very friendly and happy to offer helpful GF dining advice for the area.

We were excited to finally check out this bakery as we heard wonderful things. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. Unfortunately if you have more allergies on top of celiac diseases your options are limited, a couple dairy free options. If you have a, rice, corn or potato allergy unfortunately you can’t eat here. I purchased a cinnamon bun for my husband he said it was alright but he preferred the udis brand. I was hoping for a nice sit down coffee location but it’s more like a factory which for the location makes sense. I don’t want to low ball my review as we need more options for allergy sufferers in the city. They are trying hard and if your just celiac it would be a great option.

The gluten-free bread is fantastic! We stopped in on a whim, and went back the next day for round 2. This is a great spot for anyone looking for alternative flour baking. You will have to ask what they have in the back as the majority of their stock isn't on the front shelf. If you stop in when they have cinnamon buns, buy some!!!!

Seriously fab bakery! Friendly, helpful and happy people. And their products are super yummy! Those little mini-donuts take me back to when I was a kid gobbling then down at the PNE. I haven’t been able to have them for decades. But here they are, a GF version that even my non GF teen loves! Cinnamon buns I swear are better than gluten ones! Do yourself a favour and check out Crumbs and Roses!

OH...MY..GOODNESS!!!! Stopped here on our way through town. We had the cinnamon buns and the mini donuts. These are the best donuts and cinnamon buns I've ever had in my life. I have celiacs disease, so I'm strictly gluten free but my boyfriend is not, and he agreed. THE BEST. I will drive back to kelowna just visit this bakery

I was delighted to try the muffins and danishes which actually taste better than with gluten. The baker is a lovely lady along with her partner so it's a pleasant experience beginning to end...as you don't feel the after effects of traditional baking that many of us suffer. I highly recommend. :)

The baking is great but you have to generally order one week in advance. Maybe they are just too busy now to give great customer service. To get bread cut seems to be another issue.

The products are amazing. Id give them 5 stars for sure. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered. However, it is challenging to order as not everything is available at the same time. So you have to put in separate orders for certain items. Some are weeks in advance. If you don't separate your orders, you won't get notified when your order is ready and it can sit in the freezer for a while, or you forget about it alltogether. You also have to keep track of your orders, as you will not get notified when "specialty" items are ready. Its not clear on the ordering page, as you have to scroll down on the description to find that out.

Everything I've tried has been great. It just requires a little pre planning as orders take about a week to work through their schedule. I'm sure that schedule, and the efficiencies it gives them, is why they can offer such fair prices. I'm ordering some treats for Christmas and I'm so excited to be able to have a cinnamon bun on Christmas morning for the first time in about 10 years.

My son, my niece, and my sister are all Celiac. My sister says this is the best bread she has eaten in a very long time. She doesn't even need to toast it. We buy treats at special occasions, like the Pumpkin Pie, perogies, tarts etc. we all eat them Celiac or not. They are delicious. It would be nice if they could have more available on the store front just for drop in. Hopefully in time when they become busier.( if that's what they want?) Lovely folks

Stopped in while visiting Kelowna, hands down the best cinnamon bun I have ever tasted after being Celiac! Tastes just like Cinnabon or Cinzeo. Will definitely being going back for a treat. They also were offering fresh bread, muffins, hot dogs and gf style pop tarts. Very friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable and welcome!

DELICIOUS!! John and his family work hard to look after people's families with as much care and attention as they do their own! My grandma is celiac and they go out of their way to get her whatever she needs! While I don't need to eat gluten free, this is the only bakery I get my baking from! By far the best in kelowna. The quality of service and flavour of goods is OUTSTANDING!

I love taking my wife here on Saturdays for mini donuts and gluten free hotdogs. She is Celiac, but I am not, so I can say with authority gluten free the way June makes it tastes better than wheat. The other day they had gluten free waffle cones and ice cream, I swear that cone was the best one I'd ever had!
