We came here for breakfast as we were staying down the road for a weekend vacation. Between the three of us we ordered the Power egg sandwich, eggsperience #2 and the chipotle eggs sandwich. For starters, they only had one size coffee as they were out of the large cups, so we all settled on an overpriced medium. My power egg sandwich (which I added sausage to) and my Americano came to just shy of $17 dollars + tip. Naturally for that price I was expecting quality food. What I got was rubbery sausage crumble, the same kind you find on your corner store pizza. Don’t even get me started on the eggs. Powdered egg patties? For $17? None of us finished our sandwiches. Needless to say at well over $45 dollars for the three of us to have breakfast sandwiches and a coffee, we were not impressed.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing the chipotle breakfast sandwich is! It’s so delicious! The perfect combination of flavours! I also tried the horchata coffee and it was way better than any latte I’ve had elsewhere. Definitely will come back again and try more! Also the lady at the front counter is always very friendly with a big smile making my morning just a little less stressful.

Amazing staff at the Pandosy location. I went to get a panini at the Pandosy location, but didn't realize the kitchen is closed early in the winter (my own fault for not reading the sign on the door). The person working was so sweet and even gave me a cinnamon pretzel for no charge because she felt bad. I wish I knew her name so she gets the recognition she deserves. I will definitely be back!

Came here on a brisk Saturday morning, still rumbling given I’d skipped breakfast that morning. The long line fell short with the energetic purple hair girl running two tills all while working on orders. I got the eggsperience, an egg wrap. Paired with that a blended chai horchata, and a hot one for my roommate. We found a table and I eagerly slouched back for my unhatched chicken wrap, taking notice of the steamy croissant flagging me down from across the table. I caved, ripped a hardy piece and went to town. Wow. Never in my life have I had the pleasure of eating such a warm, soft, buttery and flaky piece of dough. It only got better when another bite discovered ham and cheese hidden inside this treasure trove of flavour as well. All jokes aside, every visit to this bakery ends wonderfully and everything is worth trying at least once. Thank you! -also, attached is a picture of an empty plate as I ate the food too fast to picture it.

every single time i go there they mess up my order the sandwiches are good but the service is in my opinion, terrible. just got a turkey sandwich to-go for lunch today and for some reason it was put on the panini grill so all the vegetables and sauce made the sandwich supper soggy and i couldn't eat it. tried calling to complain and fix the issue but the phone is turned off so my call goes right to voicemail.

Edit: the owner contacted me personally about my experience, and wanted to make things right by explaining and taking the experience I had into account for the future. I came by again and tried the turkey & brie, it was fantastic. Great service, and owners that truly care about their customers experience. Will be coming back here again soon! Came here after hearing great things from friends and family, as well as stellar Google reviews. I was left feeling a bit cheated, and not too happy with the experience. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, and my friend got the Albertan. Both sandwiches tasted great, but on the Albertan there was a concerning speck of what looked like blue pocket lint In the bread itself. The Monte Cristo was delicious, but I can't help but feel a bit cheated after paying $13 for a sandwich that was 4"x4", and one of the slices had only an inch worth of bread. Wish I could give more stars but I don't feel like I'm satisfied after having this experience.

My wife and I thought we'd try the Pandosy location as the one downtown is always so busy on a weekend. We were served the wrong food and they even mixed up our sides. The food itself was terrible. Low quality stuff. We ate about a quarter of our food and left because of how bad it was. I'm not really sure what the hype is about. There are too many other great food places on Pandosy to bother wasting your time here.

The workers are super nice but very disorganized, only mentioning they were out of chicken 10 minutes after I order a chicken sandwich. The other location is great though never had a bad experience there!

I highly recommend Bread Co. and it’s because of the food second and the customer service first! Once during a heavy lunch rush I placed my order and stepped aside to wait. As customers who came after me began receiving their orders I realized that perhaps my order hadn’t been processed with the kitchen, so I politely asked whether my order was on the way. It turns out my order in fact hadn’t been processed and I was given a courtesy pastry to add to my order. They didn’t have to do this but it made me feel appreciated as a customer. Everything I got that day- the matcha latte, Australian meat pie, and (bonus) apple tart- were delicious and it’s kept me coming back! The menu also offers a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and beverages, non-diary substitutes, and a small selection of ready-to-go food options.

Its really hard for me to give out 5 stars without being "wowed" Bread Co. didn't WOW me, but it is a great local coffee shop eatery. Love their inclusion of sustainable and socially responsible methods for sourcing their coffee beans. We had a couple dessert items with our coffee which were great. Priced ok. Looking forward to our next visit to dip into their very diverse menu. 4.7 stars is what I want to give you!

Our experience was very different, unfortunately there was something going wrong in the kitchen and we ended up waiting so long that they redeemed our lunch. They were always polite and informal but I advice asking how long your food is expected to take. Also they didn't have croissants and its like common your a bread company.

Location is nice. Food is good and coffee is good. Parking lot is right there so you can always park - just don't leave to look in any shops as they will ticket you. All this being said, I can't say I've had anything super amazing there. And there is nothing super special about the inside of the restaurant. Line ups are often long. I would absolutely go again, but it's good to know what you're in for.

Mediocre food, not the best service, but parking is what ruins this place. Was parked in the correct spot, went in for a coffee and food (maybe 10 minutes) and walked out to my car with a $100 ticket. Went in and talked to the workers to see if they can help me out and show proof that i was in the store but they stated "we cant do anything with the parking, it is all through the parking ticket company." Defaintly will not get my business again.

The place to visit for coffee, lunch or bakery experience. Sad panda; my favourite sandwich is the Veggie Quickie for years and it's been changed. In the past it was jam packed with sprouts, tomato, cucumbers and I think a pickle with a lovely thin cream cheese layer. The cream cheese has been replaced with something I can only describe as something you'd find on a burger and slimed up the sandwich. Sign of the changing times. Still highly recommend a visit.

This restaurant is the same as the one in downtown Kelowna, but a bit more roomy and relaxed. Menu is the same, and the service is just as good as the downtown location. If I'm close by I prefer this location, mainly because I like sitting outside and downtown tends to be a bit more noisy.

The owner who I have encountered a few times is so friendly and you can tell really takes pride in his shop and offerings. I love the bread co. Keep up the good work.

I usually like most of what I've had at BreadCo, but I got a veggie quickie today and had to remove most of an entire onion from it. Raw onion is for a bit of flavour, not to be used as a main ingredient. But this sandwich was practically inedible with the amount of onions they added, I'm assuming as filler to make the sandwich look bigger. I've had the veggie quickie numerous times and it's usually good, so consistency would be appreciated.

The ONLY and I mean ONLY positive thing about this place is the food. Worst customer service ever. Waiting for over 45 min for an egg salad sandwich and walking out empty handed. Went in to get an egg salad sandwich at at 850 this morning first I was told the egg order came in late and would take 10 min. OK not a problem. 10 min later I go back to place my order and am told 10 more minutes. OK that's fine. At this point it is about 920.so I go back for a third time at this point it is now 940 and they then tell me I'm sorry we have to many orders in. So I leave. Now late for work and with out a lunch to eat on my break. Thank you so much for Ur amazing customer service. You have the worst staff possibly ever

Restaurant is kept clean. Staff are friendly. Sandwiches are fairly large but very delicious. The fresh bread they use makes them that much tastier. I had a mushroom soup which was excellent. Just enough with a small slice of ciabatta bread. Reasonably priced. They uave always a great breakfast special also reasonable in price and very tastey. Parking can be a bit sparse during their peak times so one might have yo walk a bit. Overall a great place to have something light or something a little more filling. Nice atmosphere.

I don’t know why I bother going there - it provides a consistently mediocre experience with staff who have poor customer service skills and poorly prepared foods. I have never had a staff member who smiles or says good morning? The Staff at Pulp Fiction or Starbucks are 100% better than those here. The food today was horrible. BELT sandwich took 20 minutes and the cook had 3 orders on the board. The bun was burnt top and bottom. When I opened it the huge price of lettuce was moldy, wilted and gross. When I showed it to the staff walking by she said “ooh you don’t want the lettuce?” To which I said “see it’s all moldy here”. She was stunned into silence and said nothing. No sorry. No nothing. Can’t understand how this place can be so poorly run and still be around? Unbelievable!

This place... is a diamond in the rough. Incredible sandwiches, awesome soups, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere and all around a great place. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is due to the fact that the place is usually quite busy, at least every time I’ve gone, which causes the wait time for the sandwiches to be on the long side. I had the brie and turkey sandwich on cranberry bread, others had the Tuscan chicken sandwich and the Crispy Buffalo chicken. All were really tasty. I recommend this place and will be back. Their pastries look so good!!

I love love love this place. Food is amazing, great atmosphere, great service EXCEPT the last time I went in they gave me the wrong sandwich and I ended up eating meat, and this made me a little upset as a vegetarian. They did not seem to care at all, it was very difficult to get a new sandwich from them, they just seemed confused all around. No apology from them at all.

The veggie sandwich is so tasty. The salads are always great. Friendly and prompt customer service, only downside is if had a few of the sweet treats that were straight up nasty. The butter tart was the absolute worst.

Today I went to BreadCo hoping for the friendly fast service I have always experienced at this location. However I walk in and I can immediately can sense the girl on the register is training.... I hope it was her first day because I was not impressed. I tell her my order, then she looks at me dumb founded and I'm wondering what the problem is. She then gets a man who looks to be training her to fix whatever she pushed incorrectly on the cash machine. The girl looks at me again... silent.... I can sense she's trying to figure out what to do now. I ask her if I need to repeat my order, she says yes. I repeat my order and state I want TAKE OUT. Now my order has been put through and I pay. As I am waiting for my order I see the cashier girl go to the washroom... she comes out of the washroom with a look on her face like she forgot something and then goes back in the washroom... I can't be sure but I can't figure out why someone would come out the bathroom and go back in for about 30 seconds... I can only think she forgot to wash her friends. Then my order finally comes out... on a PLATE. I tell the man who brings this out I ordered it to go (this is the same man who was training the girl at the front). I finally get my order and leave. I have never had this kind of experience at BreadCo before, but after today I don't think I will return to this location. The man training his employees obviously doesn't know when it's appropriate to let his employees work independently.. or how to perform proper hand hygiene. I don't mean to be mean, but I think a bag of hammers could have performed better customer service..........
