I don't want to recommend this place. I visited this place to buy coffee last month. She couldn't understand my accents and she was laughing with her staff while I was waiting for my order. First they have to learn how to deal with customers first. Coffee is not great either.

So i came to BLiss kelowna downtown. I ordered a cappuccino and peanut butter chocolate cookie and i found inside the cookie something like a hair or piece of cloth not sure what that was !but it was disgusting !! When i returned it the girl said i will inform the kitchen .. i didn't even get my money Back like what's wrong with you people. I ve been going there for the last 2 years because i live downtown but this is definitely the last time i'll go there

I got their raspberry tart and it was everything I expected from a bakery. The crust was flaky but doesn't crumble into a million pieces when you poke it with a fork. I could taste the raspberry but the tart was still rich and buttery which is exactly what you'd expect just by looking at it. I will definitely be back to try their other baked goods.

Cute little bakery for meeting a friend. They have pastries and snacks. I usually order coffee here because it is close to my work place. The coffee is very pleasant. The service is usually good as well. Staff are really friendly and the place has a cozy feeling. I never tried their pastries or sandwiches but they look good.

The pumpkin spice roulade they had was well made. Made from fresh pumpkins and not too sweet. The matcha latte however; was a little on the sweet side. The place was really nice and had a nice atmosphere to it as well.

I fell in love with Bliss 10 years ago and would devotedly travel to Peachland for the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie! Artisan Bakers, local owners, and something for everyone! What is not to love? They even have a new new freezer section so you can take your favourite soups and treats home with you! Visit one of their 3 locations, you can feel & taste the love in the ingredients of every bite!

The quality is great here, but expect to pay for it. Nitro Cold Brew on tap is gimmicky, but I did enjoy it. The drip coffee and espresso are my preferred beverages here, and the pastries are top notch. Bathrooms are clean, and patio seating is nice nearly three seasons of the year.

Super disappointed to leave this review but I feel that others may want to read. If you want a relaxing place to have a coffee in the afternoon, this might not be the place for you. A group of us came here yesterday approximately 45-60 minutes prior to closing and when we walked in the staff immediately seemed upset that we brought a group of 8 girls in before closing. The response we got when we walked in was "are ALL of you ordering coffee and food? We close in 45 minutes.." We told them yes we had planned on ordering something but would leave before closing. As each girl ordered we were informed at least 5+ more times that the store was closing. Only 2/8 drinks were enjoyed and the cookies were bland/hard for $4 a piece. 10 minutes prior to closing we got up gathering our stuff to leave and once again the staff came over in a stern voice that they were closing in 9 minutes. We said yes we're leaving and left 6/8 drinks behind. We were definitely not welcomed. I understand there's lots of bachelorettes in Kelowna and they can be annoying but we were a group that simply wanted a nice coffee shop to enjoy a snack and were respectful/quiet the entire time. Hopefully it was just a one time thing as the other reviews appear to be good, but we will not be returning and informed other groups not to come here for coffee/baked goods.

I wanted to score this place even higher, I really like the ambience, I have had small meetings there and spent hours just sitting and sipping. The London fog is a big, big plus, and of their foods I've really enjoyed most of what I've tried. The mac and cheese sandwich was disappointing though, as the fillings were served very cold despite a toasted exterior

I am particularly fond of the baked treats offered at Bliss Bakery. Their tiramisu is one of my favorites. My wife and I usually attend the Peachland location because of its Lakeview. The baked goods you find in the downtown Kelowna locations at Bernard Avenue by the sales and on Ellis Street across from Laurel Packing House are baked at their Peachland Bakery location. I find the quality of their coffee not quite up to what I am used to at Starbucks however, people who find Starbucks coffee too strong or even burnt tasting will probably like the coffee served here. Overall however the baked products at this restaurant surpass Starbucks in taste, quality, and I suppose price.

Hands down the best cinnamon buns you will ever try. Order the cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting. After experiencing their cinnamon bun, I went on a hunt at every coffee shop I could stop at in BC and none ever compared to Bliss's.

Not a great experience at all. My friends and I will not be coming back which is unfortunate because the drinks and treats were delicious. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. A couple of us went down to study and we were there for less than an hour before being approached and told we had to buy something to stay. Thought that was very unnecessary because one of us had already bought a drink and the rest of us were planning on it-just didn’t want one yet. We felt rushed to buy one so purchased one when we weren’t even ready yet. Then we were approached again about 3 hours later. We were only taking up the end of a large table and there was only about 5 other people in the whole place, yet we were told we had to buy something every 2 hours if we wanted to stay because they needed the table for paying customers so either buy something or leave. I thought that was very rude as it wasn’t even busy and we did already buy stuff. So we left and won’t be returning as we were clearly not welcomed

My experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered a 12oz drip coffee,butter tart, and a butter chicken wrap. The coffee and turkey sandwich was good, but the butter chicken wrap was pretty sad; most of it was filled with rice and the wrap itself, with barely any chicken. For me, the real shot to gut was the price. Over $25 for the three items!! That's ridiculous and I certainly won't be back!

Hands down one of the best bakery shops I have ever visited! I walked past by Bliss while I was waiting for somebody whom I had an appointment with. He was late so I decided to chill and wait for him inside Bliss. Ordered a croissant-like bread with chocolate on it (lol apologies idk the name; please refer to the photos). To be honest, it was quite pricey at $5.25 for a single bread but don't just take my words for it: it was crispy on the outside, kinda-chewy on the inside. Absolutely one piece of a superb snack. I loved the interior: it was thoughtfully designed. It looked minimalistically modern with lots of touches of wood and it was definitely pleasing to the eyes. There were sockets too just in case you need to plug in your computer or phone or whatever-it-is. Without a doubt a good place to do your remote work, study, or perhaps just a talk with someone. The staffs were friendly and hardworking too—and this was 20 minutes before they closed! Long story short: I think the price justifies the experience!

Fantastic! Top cafe in town along with Bean Scene. The quality of drinks and baked food is excellent and the staff are amazing. Great cafe to meet a friend or get some work done as there is plenty of light and a buzzing atmosphere. My only complaint is they close down at 5pm every day, which is a shame as there are many times I would like to come in the evening but don't get the opportunity.

This place gas such great food!! I tried their bombay pastry, their croissant wity jam, and their breakfast quiche and I was happy and satisfied with all of them! They have an indoor area with an outlet great for working out if your laptop, an outdoor area for the summer, and an area with knick knacks to buy where you can get honey regular ir infused with tumeric and ginger.

A very nice bakery, close to downtown and large selection. Friendly staff was helpful and escorted me through the selection process for my confectioner piece of perfection. I picked up some goodies for the office also and the girls were all happy which, to be honest, is what ita all about right? I have been a customer of Bliss Bakery for 7 years and made an extended effort to support small business especially through these hard times. However today August 17th at 12:30pm I entered the store and informed the staff of a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. They refused me service. I asked to speak to a manager to explain abs she also refused me. BC does not have a mask mandate, however there is a regional one for the Kelowna area. This does not supersede medical exemptions and is very obviously discrimination. I am disheartened to have to take my business elsewhere now.

First time here and the last. Waited at counter as 3 staff chatted and texted on phones for several minutes. Finally one says “line up here” - I was only person in line! I ordered Americano with 1 inch steamed milk and said NOT A MISO! Once ready she says “Americano Miso!” Not one smile on their 3 faces. Not one smile. Nothing. #zombie.

I was visiting this establishment and saw an interaction between a customer and the staff in regards to a mask. The man informed the staff he was medically exempt from wearing a mask and spoke to the manager. They refused him service. This is terrible as this is fundamentally discrimination. Especially when there is no provincial or federal mandate for mask use. Disgusting .

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. Staff were unfriendly and appeared inconvenienced that they had to help. Placed my order - sandwich and baked good. However, the baked good was priced incorrectly and I was told I would need to pay $2 more if I wanted it. Not the end of the world, but I figured since it was their mistake, they would have honoured it and corrected the price after a I left. Apparently not! The turkey sandwich was okay, but a bit soggy and the tart was no better than any other place. However, (and as other reviewers have mentioned) the price was a bit salty. Nearly $20 for a soggy sandwich, baked square, and bad service!!! Super disappointing, especially since this is allegedly a local favourite.
