Exelent. Friendly staff always helpful and polite. The berry extreme tea biscuit is a must try. Slenda is available but you have to ask for it. It's a great place for a coffee break.

Decent coffee. Great custom sandwiches. I had them stuff a spicey jamaican patty on a toasted everything bagel, with cheese, mayo, and lettuce. Mmmm so good. Dont hate me, you know you want to try it;)

Ordered an ice coffee, it was watered down. I asked for sugar and cream, the East Indian lady With the glasses behind the counter started giving me attitude. I asked to switch it out for a hot coffee, and the witch told me she would not be doing that and that if I wanted another coffee, i could pay for it. I told her Who is she to determine whether or not my coffee was good as she wasn’t the one drinking it. She ended up yelling at me and arguing further About how she’s never had a complaint about her coffee making skills. I told her she shouldn’t work in customer service as she was nasty and rude. Talked to the owner, who didn’t even apologize. He just said he’d check the cameras. I’m calling head office now.

The cleanliness of a bathroom says a lot , the womans washroom had the same looks like glued together toilet seat as when we came through months ago under the sink they had an overflowing bucket with water flowing onto the floor they need a maintenance man that keeps things in order and upto date , we purchased nothing and left . Hope you get someone soon .

Really excellent service. The girl who served me (I think she was new) was super friendly and apologetic when she informed me they only take cash. I got a coffee and a muffin, the coffee was exactly how I liked it, and the muffin (raisin bran) was so buttery and soft. TL;DR - The service is spectacular and the food & coffee is good!

I never knew how good coffee time was until our camping trip at Emily Provincial Park and boy was it ever good to ???????? it is a bit of a drive but its definitely worth it !! They dont take debit or credit so hopefully you have some cash or change in the car :p the inside of the restaurant is pretty run down and sketchy the washroom doesnt lock so I'd recommend not using it ????

1 star because I cannot give a negative star review. My family and I stopped here on our way home from vacation to grab a "quick" breakfast. We placed our orders inside for the breakfast meal combos for the 4 of us. We waited about 10 - 15 mins for the sandwiches to be made, without getting our coffee's and juices first... The cashier just went off and started making food instead of getting drinks first.. When we finally recieved them, the order was wrong so, I returned one of the sandwiches for a refund instead of waiting another 10 minutes, when I returned it, the staff told me that's what we had asked for... Seriously I think we know what we had ordered, but either way I did get my money back. As for the hash browns, they had the consistency of rubber due to the microwave that they heat them in and ended up in the garbage. In the end, go somewhere else. Not worth the 20+ dollars they charge for 4 sandwich combos.

An "ok" place. Coffee was good. A bit out of the way but probably more active during tourist season. Service staff was friendly. I believe they don't take cash payment for their products.

This place is a disaster ready to happen some of the girls are Awsome. But the others are rude have no skills doing anything right the vegetables they use on your sandwich are rotten sometimes the coffee tastes horrible.the apple fritters l got the other day tasted terrible it's like they put the day olds in the microwave. Anyways l won't go back.They need a Timmy's there to take them out of business.

Very greasy food. Don't go here, if you want anything edible. Coffee was fine, though I came in with already low expectations and I think most Tims/ McDonald's will beat them at a better price point, and with better quality. This food + Coffee combo will destroy most people's bowels.

Very friendly service from some pretty awesome staff. The bosses need to learn how to work. Was there on a Sunday morning (Sept 15), the place was packed and the owner stood in the doorway to the back room with HER arms folded standing doing nothing. Proves pretty quick what she thinks of the business. Glad there is a Coffee Time in Omemee. Maybe their owners actually care.

The safety dividers, in most places, are solid plastic, here it was a clear, not sure what to call it, in place with duct tape I believe. D said the washroom wasn't clean and the general area could also benefit from a good cleaning. This isn't a complaint directed at the counter staff, they were going non stop. Regulars appreciated the relationship with the staff. Hope these comments are helpful.
