Love the vibe of this cafe! Staff and atmosphere is very artsy. Lots of healthy food options. Decent prices. Nice downtown location close to many parking options. They feature local artists and have live music on certain nights. A great spot to read a book with a coffee, have a lunch with a friend or go on a date. We were really impressed! Be sure to leave a note in the wall when there.

The food here is amazing. Absolute best in Kamloops for any café. Haven't tried too many drinks, but the smoothies are delicious. And the tea is... well tea. Love tea either way. This place is also unique for selling the most unique and beautiful local artwork. The pricing is reasonable, maybe on the pricey side, but it supports local artists and the café, which I think is worth it. The people who work here are my favorite. Super friendly and fun to talk to! Love coming here with friends.

Found this gem just today. I'm so happy I did!! Just wanted a coffee and they do a French press. They bring the press and cup to your table. I pressed and poured my coffee but had no cream or sugar that I usually take. Thought what the heck I'll try it. OMG the best coffee I've ever had and cream or sugar not needed!! The space was an eclectic tapestry of awesome. I love their desire to help local artists. Their food was delicious, and I love it when a cafe provides a full French Press. I was alone, so they provided a rubber ducky to keep me company until I was served.

Go for the cool art work all over the walls. My kids and I loved it and wanted so many pieces we couldn't pick a favorite. Ok maybe the giraffe would have left with us. It was beautiful.

The atmosphere is eclectic, with art on the walls. While the art is a tad expensive, there are a few artists and pieces that are reasonably priced, and are great for a beginner collector. The food is delicious, and they make excellent gluten-free dishes. The drink were well made. I had a tea latte, while my children shared a smoothie. Both drinks were made quickly and delivered to the table with a friendly face.

The drinks are great, I LOVE that they sell local art and handmade local soaps/pottery. It has a very homey, and welcoming environment too. I'm celiac and I've had problems with their food being cross contaminated however. They do the best they can with a small kitchen, but if you're quite sensitive, I wouldn't recommend testing it.

Definitely a hipster hideout, but the patio is nice, the staff are friendly, it's a safe space for LGBTQi and breastfeeding parents, and the coffee's good. 99% of the food is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, hippie type food though, so if you're craving meat or something hearty, eat elsewhere.

The owner is lovely, the food and beverages are lovely, and the staff are also lovely! Addicted to their brownies. As a dairy-free person, I find great comfort that they mark every food item when it's GF, DF, vegan, etc. Go there, get some food, write a note and stick it in the wall, then sit back and enjoy the environment! They recently removed my absolute favorite food, the curry tabouli salad, and I really miss it but the other food items are still good.

Love the open mic nights, chance to mingle with the local and traveling musicians. I miss the piano they used to have there because anyone could play. I miss jamming out tunes in the summer. Plenty of great food options for people with specific health diets, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, low fodmap, etc. If you run a local business like artisan crafts they have an area for you to showcase and sell your products. My dad might be selling his carved and polished rocks there. If you're a fan of good tea I would highly recommend the blueberry matcha latè.

Great place to stop in for a quick, healthy lunch. They have quite a few vegan and vegetarian options, including salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups and deserts. Great coffee and drinks too. We had Thai noodle wraps with a pesto pasta salad. The wraps were pretty good but I would have preferred a bit more veg and less noodle. Have been here before and the food is always good. Some live music can be had on occasion too. Oh, and if you're looking for some nice pottery, artwork, knick knacks etc - they have a good selection of items made by local artists.

Great little tea shop, lots of local and authentic crafts, warm atmosphere in a unique setting. The books you can pull of the shelf or the board games you can play make it fun place to hangout. Plus the amazing selection for free tea. I love the peach tea with abit of honey it. Definitely recommend the cafe as place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

Healthy food. I had the quiche, served cold... :(. My wife had a chicken or turkey sandwich... she said the meat had no flavour and poor texture. The slightly below average prices represent the mediocre food we had. The decor is looking worn out. The staff are average. I'd suggest it, if you are looking for a cafe on the block before 11 am Saturday, but visit elsewhere if after 11 am. It does appear to have the healthiest overall menu on the block.

This is a long time favourite of mine, one of Kamloops hidden gems. The vibe is laid back and cozy, and even though they have had to spread out their dining area and remove their couch nook due to their covid procedures, it still feels warm and inviting. Their menu is divine, they have all sorts of allergy and diet friendly options both for food and beverages, and their tea selection is amazing.

The service at Raudz was impeccable! All staff were very friendly and professional. I forget our servers name, but he was excellent. Very attentive and made us feel like we were the only guests in a fully packed restaurant! The food was impressive. Locally sourced dishes with lovely presentation.

Ordering lunch while at work, thought we'd try something different. To head downtown from the North shore is generally avoided due to distance, time and parking availability. On a busy Friday afternoon this seemed to be daunting, yet a break from the norm, we were up to the challenge. Art we Are was the consensus amongst our small group and one was dispatched. It's a great location, the restored brick building interior and low key decor are inviting as are the interesting locally produced paintings and other art pieces. Cuisine choices look healthy and intriguing. The staff is as friendly as they have to be, appear busy, with a medium number of patrons, so appearances can be deceiving. Certain standards are important regardless of decor, fare and location. First would be including all the contents of the order. Upon inspection of said order, before leaving, it was realized one of the items was missed, no problem, the server rectified this. And we're off back to the other side of the tracks, river, etc. Arrive, oh, oh, one of the other main items forgotten from the bag. 2 people get to eat, the other has to drive back across town to retrieve the forgotten meal. Upon arriving and fortunately finding parking, nearby, went in, picked up the missing item and asked to be compensated with one of the original items due to switching with a colleague who had a meeting. After the server left to consult with someone in the back office, the request is granted. After a short wait, I'm off. Placing the bag on the passenger seat, notice slight dampness, assuming it's a little oil run off from the food, wasn't to worried until the bag seems to becoming wetter., Upon moving the bag to the floor, all the while driving, the bottom was now drenched from what was obviously salad dressing. Arrive back at work, put hand firmly under bag and carefully walk into office hoping to avoid spillage, to no avail, drip, drip , drip on the carpet, realizing the lid for the vinaigrette was off completely. One benefit, I realized raspberry vinaigrette creates an interesting taste with quiche.

Becoming increasingly disappointed with their soups. The last two times I got their 'beef' stew, I found one piece of beef in it. So I thought I'd try something different and got the farmers sausage stew. Again, all I found was 5 pieces of carrot, a slice of mushroom, a piece of potato and a few pieces of farmers sausage. They use way too much pepper in all of their soups. Just sucks because this place used to be my go to for lunch. The staff and environment are great, but they need to get their food game back on track.

This place is the place to go to in Kamloops, whether it’s for a coffee and baked good or a hot delicious bowl of soup for lunch or to grab a sandwich or wrap to take away. There are tons of gluten free and vegetarian options to choose from and all are super tasty. I come any chance I get. The service is amazing, everyone is so friendly, and it’s a great place to bring your kids. The bathroom has a change table and pre covid there was a great kids section with toys and books in the back. I cannot speak highly enough about this amazing place.

What a great place to stay! The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, the roasted coffee was intensly good and the staf was extremely friendly. Originaly i came here because i knew they had a piano, but to bad that they didn't anymore. The friendly staf helped me search a café that had one!
