I had a gift card to use worth $15. However the lady told me shes the new owner and that she doesnt take the old gift cards. I told her theres a # on the back to call and verify the amount and she said nope she wont take it. Didnt even offer us anything for the inconvience and the loss of the $15. Didnt even offer us a cupcake on the house...i can garauntee we will never be back there again.

Amazing service! It takes true talent to bake with so much love and wholeness. A bit high on the price for some cakes but you definitely get your moneys worth! I crave their cupcakes all the time!

My husband and I are vegan, so we thought finding someone to make vegan cake/cupcakes for our wedding would be a challenge, but Sweet Spot Cupcakes knocked it out of the park! They delivered the cupcakes to our venue on time, and well packaged. They were absolutely delicious!! We brought the leftover cupcakes to work, and our coworkers said they were some of the best cupcakes they've ever had. Highly recommend!!

My partner and I recently had an experience with a Sweet Spot Cupcakes product that left both of us feeling disappointed and frustrated. After our experience, I reached out to the owner of Sweet Spot, Paige. Paige was absolutely incredible. She immediately addressed my concerns and asked how the issue could be remedied. Communicating with Paige was easy, straightforward, and encouraging. Paige acknowledged the issues head on and insisted on supplying us with an order of 12 gluten-free/vegan cupcakes to remedy our experience. The cupcakes are absolutely sensational. Paige has more than succeeded in completely reversing my opinion of Sweet Spot products. The cupcakes are moist, light, fluffy, and extremely flavourful. I am so impressed by Paige as a business owner, and as a baker. I look forward to recommending Sweet Spot to friends and bringing my business here again in the future.

This place is best in kamloops. . For kids cake ... My daughter will be 4 in this April. .. From last 3 years we enjoyed her birthday cake.. Your money worth here. . Honestly, I can’t even believe how amazing this Little shop is!! It was my first time in to order and the woman I spoke with was so awesome! She asked what my cupcakes were for. And how many people. She then asked if there were Specific kinds of tests I was looking for or if I was buying something for younger kids or adults she Recommended cupcakes and I got them and I have to say absolutely delicious I will be back for sure!!! The staff was very friendly. But i just found the cupcake sponge a little bit dry. The moist in the cupcakes was missing. Other wise great choice of flavours.

Ordered.a birthday cake for my boyfriend's brother...googled "the best cakes in Kamloops" and this came up. We ordered the chocolate truffle cake two days in advance as we rode up there on my guy's awesome motorcycle. Luckily when we rolled into the loops, my guy's brother-in-law was able to help us with transporting the cake to his brother's house in his pickup. While we were waiting for him though, we did sample some incredibly delicious mini cupcakes! Not sure which one would be my fave, but the Espresso one was awesome....right up there with the salted caramel one...???? Needless to say, the cake was a hit! Thank you to everyone at Sweet Spot Cupcakes...you did a beautiful job and the cake was amazing!

My favourite place for treats in Kamloops! We have been purchasing cupcakes from here for any special occasion, birthday and anniversary since we moved here a year and a half ago. The coconut cupcakes are my absolute favourite. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best cake ever! I had ordered a cake for our wedding and they were prompt and very helpful and accommodating to my requests. After I had ordered, I had tried a cupcake in store and found it was a bit dry and to be honest I was a bit worried. But boy was I not disappointed when the cake came. I ate it every day for a week and it was still just as moist as the first day we had tasted it. Way better than the other wedding cakes I’ve tried at other weddings!! I would highly recommend!

I had to click on something to post this, but ZERO STARS! Absolute Disappointment!!! I ordered a birthday cake on December 5th of 2018 for my grand-daughter. Today is January 18, 2019. I JUST received a call stating that they would be unable to fulfill my order for next week because she will be out of town! Unbelievable! Take your business elsewhere people!

Paige was able to fit me in for my wedding cake last minute after cocoa dot did not respond to my already arranged cake. She was so sweet she even gave me a discount for all my Hassel even though sweet spot didn't cause any of it. Not only that but she is adding a bit of embellishment at no extra charge. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome cupcakes and awesome service. They delivered AND took etransfer. I honestly could NOT have had a better interaction. And to top it all off they did a little card (late birthday cake for the girlfriend) without me even asking. And all through email on my break at work for much less than I was expecting.
