They have everything and good in quality but whole staff seniors to juniors they all have no manners. Always rude. If you just go to see the stuffs they will not say hello but if you are going to buy the stuffs then may be they can give you unwanted smile. I have 4/5 bad experiences. They make faces and show wrong attitude. I heard about senior lady but I think juniors are more than that. Really Rude Staff. I will try not to go again

Today was my first time ordering, and it was great. My order was ready in no time, everything was correct, it was carefully packaged, and the lady was so helpful and friendly when I called beforehand to ask about the pick up times. Very friendly upon pick up as well. Extensive selection, and I'm super excited about the vegan options that are available here. Just a little side note for the people who commented "poor customer service" because of limited hours: a huge number of small businesses have completely evaporated during this pandemic. It's hard to keep a store fully staffed when you're forced into shut downs and restrictions. Perhaps if you paid their staff's wages, they'd stay open longer. And if you didn't act like entitled snobs, you'd receive "better service"... ... Just my two cents.

My first time here I walked in, stunned at everything there was to see and then I was immediately greeted with "Hi, can I help you find anything?" and I told her what I was making and what I was going for and she not only got me everything I thought I needed, she had great advice and brought my attention to other things to make my project even better! My only thing I would like to see improved is I wish they were open a little later.

You can't run away from Covid 19 by moving to Kamloops. Yes it was poor customer service and lots of excuses why they coudn't open up. Limited hrs, curb side pick up and bascially not opening the store with safety measures in place just like all other stores that opened in the same way. Many small business are still up and running and actually open for shopping in store. Laughable that they are open for in store in Kamloops and yet they couldn't make it here in Langley. It just needed abit of effort.

Have experienced extremely bad customer service yesterday. They were not accommodating to speed up my order on Friday saying they follow the process and do order after order. Next day when I was calling them their phone was not going through for 15 minutes even when they were open. Where was their process here art perfection. When I reached store and told them, the lady don’t seem to show any sign of customer service. She told me that someone is on phone and tells me the standard process that I already know. She don’t wanted to listen and provide any kind of customer service, really bad experience being a customer. I will really appreciate if people understand the profession they work in and serve their duties well.

I was Recommend by a merchant in Nanaimo, where I live And I made a special effort to visit Scoop and Save and was truly so put off by the unfriendly staff that I limited my purchase to simply sanding sugar. I have been coming in for years on and off when I needed some baking supplies. The employees were always helpful and friendly. In the past i had often shown them pictures and they had helped me buy the tools to recreate the project. Recently, I decided to try my hand at a new project but had very little clue how to do it. I couldn't go in due to the COVID closures so I reached out through social media. The owner was so amazingly helpful. She not only explained how to execute the project, she provided support the entire time and helped me any time I had a question (and I had many, many questions along the way!). She didn't just provide the products needed, she went out of her way to establish rapport and a relationship when she really didn't have to. She made my cookie project successful. I would have been totally lost without her guidance. She's won a forever customer in me!!

Ive been buying my supplies here for years as a professional baker and decorator. The curbside pick up they have implemented during the COVID lock down is really helpful. Their products are fresh, new, modern, and they carry pretty much anything cake related I can think of and I love that they have an online store as well as a physical store where I can go and see the things I want to buy but if it's something I already am familiar with I can just buy it online.

Great specialty baking and cake decorating store. A little out of the way if you're closer to the city, but worth the trip. Good selection of cookie cutters, luster dusts and the AmeriColor dye colours. They carry Fat Daddio pans and have a well organised section for piping tips. The wall of sprinkles is impressive and it's nice that you can build your own mix. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a little play section where kids can keep busy while you browse.

Really bad customer service. Are only open for a few hours a day during covid. I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store. I tried to return $6 worth of cookie cutters for a store credit on my account. I was refused told “due to 15 day return policy they have had for 30 years. Lots of people spend lots of money here.” When you are not allowed in the store to view products and their store is only open a few hours each day to pick things up and return items they should be revisiting their policy during this pandemic period to provide decent customer service to customers. I will be shopping at the competitor from now on. They did not care at all.

Please note they are not actually open 12-3. To avoid wasting people's time driving there this store should be listed as closed on Google. You can only order online so if you need any help at all there is none. I'm not a professional and was hoping for help. Finally made it to the store with my 3 kids during "open" time and was told I would have to go to my car to place an order. Well their website is not good to online order from especially if you don't know the exact name of what you want. Hours should not be posted as open but rather closed then if one really wanted to order from them they would go online and see that curbside pickup it available.

They have a huge selection of items which is great but not ideal if your a just trying to start baking or a startup. You almost can't return anything. If you 100% know everything you need then go here , if not your better off going to a different store that has a variety of selections and will take returns if it's not used .I am amateur Baker and bought the wrong colors for my cake didn't open it and took back the next day and they wouldn't take it back.
