My personal pick for the best bakery in Kamloops. It's hard to beat Craig's ample selection of baked goods, ranging from a nice selection of Canadian classics including doughnuts, danishes, cinnamon buns and tarts, along with a dash of some more European surprises thrown in for fun; after all, it didn't take very long after spotting those poppy seed buns for me to grab the four-pack. ;) -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

Terrible,unfriendly service. My chai latte didnt taste like chai...they forgot the tea bag. Our large london fog was served in a small cup. The veggie pastry roll tasted like refrigerator. Dont waste your time here, go up the street...Chase has other coffee shops with better homebaked treats and teas &cofgee.

I used to work directly for Craig in Chase. It was an awful experience. He was verbally abusive, shamed me and poked fun at my small frame constantly. There was NEVER a day in all the years I lived there they didn't have a "help wanted" sign up in the window, for good reason. I was subjected to unrealistic tests and expectations, then put down for not being able to make over 100 face sized pancakes for the whole town all at once on Easter morning... With ONE stovetop!!! I give one star because some of his bread isn't bad. I know firsthand the quality

I am consistently shocked at the below average food from here. The baked goods, like bread, tarts, and other pastries are average but every time I eat something from here I question whether or not they actually make anything from scratch here. Today my cream puff was filled with canned pie filling and cool whip.

Great deserts, however I would highly advise against using their delivery service. The 2 times we have used them, both deliveries have been late (and not even just 5-10 minutes - i'm talking half hour) If you have catering, I would highly recommend picking it up VS having it delivered.

My nana has been talking about this Bakery for a couple years now. Raving about their baked goods & bread. I am in from Ontario visiting & thought I’d check it out for myself this morning. I was instantly greeted by a lovely young lady who talked me through the store, the routines, & all the baked options. Prices are right & the smells alone make it hard to leave without some treats. I can’t wait to break into the treats I picked up today! It’s situated in a busy plaza with lots of parking.

This is where I buy all my bread and pastries! I especially enjoy the fresh baked pies my favorite is apple however I have tried the other fruit pies and now I'm a bit torn ad to which kind I like best now! Just last week I ran out of bread and bought from store no comparison!

Awesome baked goods ,fresh daily .Great deals on day old products still yummy as ever! Very awesome community minded business they donate a lot of product multiple times a week to Salvation Army.Really friendly staff as well.

So many delicious choices! Got their chilli and a pizza pretzel for lunch , grabbed some other goodies , cheese buns and banana bread for later ! Will be back soon to try the cinnamon buns ????

I love the doughnuts ????. Fresh and tasty everytime. Sausage roll ends when available are pretty solid too. Have not tried much else... i never get past the doughnuts hahaha

Anytime I've come by I'm always excited because I know it's homemade and I expect it to be on point. Once I'm home, my first bite is always dry and old tasting. Very disappointed at the prices I paid in the past for such a let down.

Instead of using good ingredients like butter, they use soy. Really disappointed as it caused an allergic reaction and major breakout. I'd go back if they ever use quality ingredients.

YUM! Craigs Bakery is a warm, welcoming & home-y place right from the moment you walk in! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Amanda helped us with our wedding cake & donut order (on short notice too!) We did a taste test and they were all so good and the buttercream icing... Oh boy! Yum! We received delicious baking along with great customer service. Also, its fall and they have mini pumpkin spice cheesecakes right now... thank me later! :)
