Es bueno y además de comercio justo. Tienen tostadora propia; lo hacen en plan americano aunque también tienen cafetera italiana y no les sale del todo mal (pero bien tampoco). Aunque soy quisquilloso con esto porque he vivido en Italia un par de años y he trabajado en cafetería, por lo que sé cómo va el asunto. Me gusta el café. La repostería sí que está muy bien, las tartas y bizcochos caseros que pueden acompañar al café o sirven de postre de las comidas están muy tiernos y sabrosos. Recomiendo el carrot????cake. Buenísimo. Porque es que además se anuncia también como restaurante vegano, pero prácticamente todo lo que ofrecen es en forma de bocatas, paninis y sandwiches; también hay ensaladas, pero el producto proviene de bolsas de mezclum (como las que compras en Mercadona en España, osea que no está mal, pero para un restaurante...). Casi nada de cocina y lo que ofrecen (ensalada César, patatas fritas, falafel...) es sencillo y a veces no llega caliente a la mesa. Al menos cuando vas en grupo. Estuvimos comiendo varias veces allí porque trabajamos una semana en Saguenay y nos pasó casi siempre lo mismo. El servicio es muy atento y agradable, eso sí, aunque también lento si el local está a tope. En cualquier caso aquí sí que se ganan la "obligatoria" propina. P.D.
