Very much enjoyed the service and amazing soup and sandwiches that we had today. They have the Covid-19 protocols set up which means we had to wait a little bit longer than normal, but it was well worth the wait. Even my kids who are generally picky eaters loved it. The ladies working the counter were very personable and gave a great tip on a hike nearby to do after lunch! Will definitely return next time we come to Jasper.

Not much is better than a good sandwich made with fresh ingredients and Patricia Street Deli does not disappoint. We had a turkey and a chicken sandwiches. Turkey was nicely sliced and just the right portion. The chicken was peices of delicious rotisserie chicken. Bun and veggies were fresh and flavorful. We took our sandwiches and drove an hour to a lake for a picnic. We did throw them in a cooler but they didn't get soggy, which was really nice. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I was very impressed with Patricia St Deli. After all, it was just a sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients, the freshness of the bread and the wonderful service made it all the more memorable. The staff were so friendly and willing to have a chat, which I appreciate any time of day. Get in early as the line come 1200 is out the door... early bird gets the worm! So good

Nice staff and good fresh sandwiches. Had cranberry chutney on my Bird Sub. A little disappointed I couldn't taste it much but it was still good. My family enjoyed their subs too. Tried to go back there for lunch the next day before leaving Jasper but it was closed. Their fridge broke down. Bummer.

“Hole in the wall” is a fairly apt description. Menu board is somewhat hard to follow. Service was polite but passive. Lots of toppings and sauces available but my bun was a little dry, albeit tolerable. Only a couple stools to sit on with very limited space. Not totally unreasonably priced, but certainly not cheap

Fantastic place to get delicious sandwiches for a meal or to take with you on a hike. They make their rolls daily and have wonderful condiment selections like garlic mayo, curry mayo, cranberry chutney, etc. Service here is extremely friendly and welcoming, so much so that they literally go out of their way to deliver a coffee to you in another hotel. You'd be crazy to go to the Subway in town over these wonderful people.

If you are wanting a quick lunch then go here. They make pretty good sandwiches and wraps which has gluten free option. Line up wasn't long, service was friendly and efficient. The gluten free chicken wrap that I ordered tasted great!

These sandwiches are a must-have for your Jasper adventures. After a day of trail snacks and energy bars, we decided we needed something more substantial to take with us on our hikes. We wandered into Patricia Street Deli almost by accident and were greeted by the super friendly sandwich wizards behind the counter. These guys were down-to-earth and passionate about making us a delicious quality sandwich. We brought those tasty sandwiches with us the next day to enjoy on top of Sulphur Skyline and it was one of the best lunches we've ever had. Of course we went back the following day to grab another round of sandwiches to enjoy on our canoeing voyage to Spirit Island (see picture). I would say that visiting Patricia Street Deli was one of the more memorable parts of our trip to Jasper and I cannot recommend a better lunch than one of their sandwiches. Definitely a must-have before hitting the trail. Thanks for the nourishment!

To say this place has changed my life would be an understatement. The first time I was here was July 2020 I was actually heading somewhere else but this little hole in the wall stuck out to me so I gave it a try. AMAZING! Take the owners recommendations (He is a genius) You have no idea what you want until he tells you. Trust me. I've been hyping this place up to my boyfriend for the last 8 months saying we need to drive 3 hours each way just for this place. obviously he thought I was crazy, How good could a sandwich possibly be? Fast forward to today we go and have a fun friendly conversation while ordering (take your time getting your food, you'll want to chat!) He really gets to know you, you'll feel like family by the time you leave. My Boyfriend HATES cranberries but was convinced to try the cranberry chutney on half and immediately regretted not getting it on the full sandwich! After eating his sandwich he said I expected to get a sandwich today, not fall in love. Seriously this place is AMAZING, and the people who work there have an amazing sense of humour and are great conversationalists!

One of the BEST sandwiches I've ever had hands down. The deli chicken, fresh bread and awesome selection of toppings make it a sure stop every time we come through Jasper. Not to.mention the guy who runs it, Glen, is such a GEM of a human. Always has recommendations, encouragement and a smile on his face. Since the first time I went, I have always gotten the same sandwich, the chicken with curry Mayo with cranberry chutney, goat cheese and whatever other toppings you want. I've actually eaten there twice today, no lie. I'd eat it a third time if we didn't just leave Jasper.

I asked for a salad. After they made it I couldn't believe how small the portion was. It was smaller than a side salad. After asking why it was so small, they told me that they put the same amount of vegetables in their salad that they would on a sandwich... So basically you're paying $10 to have a few pieces of lettuce and tomato that would be on a sandwich. The quality was very mediocre. After feeling completely ripped off, I went back and asked them to please put more vegetables on, which they did. Kyle was happy to make me feel better and I left more satisfied. That's the only reason this place doesn't get one star.

A local must! This was easily my favorite food stop in the Canadian Rockies. The owner and staff were funny, talkative, cared about the customers, and were happy to talk to tourists. I am a foodie and run a food blog, so I can admittedly be very critical of food and business practices (see my other reviews if you don’t believe me.). The place is small and offers little seating, but it’s worth it. Their sandwiches and ingredients offer a wide range of possibilities and they are more than accommodating. They had many ingredients you may not expect to see at a deli. They also offered soup, which of course I got, and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this place as a great lunch option. It’s quick, inexpensive, and tasty.

This little place is kind of hidden and definitely somewhere the locals go and a specialty gem. Tourists do find it as we did and so glad we did. You can sit if you choose to eat inside, however, it is very tiny. So cozy and unique and just walking in you know it will be good. The sandwiches are made to order and there are so many choices to add and the guy making them was friendly with stories to tell. I loved this place and I piled my sandwich high with good stuff so if you do the same, get extra napkins. Bread was fresh as were the veggies and you just can't lose with this one. ????????????????????????????

After a few days of trekking you are hungry for a sandwich. Here's a hidden gem in Jasper. Patricia Street Deli has the best hand-crafted sandwich ever! Very friendly (not like other places in Jasper) staff and owners. Did I say they are the friendliest place in town?! You are on keto? Not to fear, they have all kinds of salad & wraps made with the same TLC. Try the roast beef....wait try all their menu items. They are all so yummy! When they ask you "what would you like on your sandwich...", just say "all of it". The price is high but I'm all about supporting a local business. I'll be coming back for more. Oh, they have roasted whole chickens too. Will comment on this after the next visit.

Great deli in Jasper. The meats are fresh and the sauces are delicious. Furthermore, the staff is just super cool. The place is worth visiting just for that chat. One note, if you won't eat your sandwich right away, maybe don't get the chili sauce. It'll get a little soggy since it's a wetter sauce.

It was the end of a two-week vacation across Western Canada, a full loop from Prince George to Courtenay, through Kelowna, Banff to Edmonton, and back home. Edmonton was a disappointment, boasting little of interest outside of oxygen and paved roads. A planned two days in Jasper was reduced to a single afternoon after discovering the gloomy weather. Instead of taking in three restaurants, I was allowed only one. Jasper is not big, with maybe three roads worth walking down—a place I have not spent time outside of stopping for gas in the past thirty years. But with no timetable to return home, we took our time to give this little town a chance. Somewhat of a shame really, as I would’ve preferred to have spent three days here rather than in our previous destination….assuming the weather had behaved. Everything here just had more personality, with the notable exception of those half-dozen souvenir shops all selling exactly the same selection of Great Canadian Maple Syrup products. It didn’t matter, because we had a destination, a certain popular deli on Patricia Street. That’s all we had to go on, and with my iPhone Map app set to walking, we wandered around, doubling back twice in a vain effort to locate this fabled deli. After five minutes, this place was starting to feel like the Ark of the Covenant—I wouldn’t have been surprised if there were spring traps and pits on the way. Or maybe said deli changes location with each sunrise, forcing a quest to locate the Emerald Seer and tame Fire Mares in order to reach the destination in time, like the Black Fortress in Krull. Yeah, I went there. Turns out, it was nestled in an alley about fifty feet off the street. Such a shame, after that entire preamble, I was kind of hoping for a level in Tomb Raider. Anyways, those reading this should look for an alley and follow it to the sign. Inside, the deli is built more out of function than attraction with little rationed for tables. Basically, when you cross the door, you’re already partway in the kitchen. Nearby deli refrigerators buzz loudly like I’m being scanned by a tricorder. The coolest and most artistic menu blackboards ever seen beckon interpretation…and yes, they do require it somewhat. Arrows help as you combine ingredients with sauces, but I had a feeling if left to my own devices, I may accidentally order something with raisins and bones in it. It should be noted that this place only has like four prices. Delis are like food trucks in a way, keeping it simple. For a place like this, the offerings should be a soup, sandwich, or soup & sandwich. Mine was amazing, like the best. No, I’m serious; I’m forty years old and I’m making that declaration. It was like Soup-Nazi good. Like I said, I’m 40 years old and am making a joke reference proving it. What kind of sandwich did I have? I honestly don’t know. There was lettuce, tomatoes, feta I think, and some kind of curry mayo, but the finally point is that it was far and above better than anything ever offered at Subway. Damn it, now I have to stop in Jasper from now own for lunch. I can never just gas up and drive on in an effort to make Calgary before evening. I have to make an afternoon of it. Yes, Patricia Street Deli is fantastic, a bona-fide treasure, a literal hidden gem, a secret ruined by those cretins on review sites that insist on sharing their experiences with tourists. The two workers that day, one including the owner, offered small talk throughout our meal, sharing stories of themselves and their town. Both were authentic and direct without being rude. Not just a weekly lunch spot—this is the kind of place I’d walk in to get recognized, where I’d sit and just wait for whatever strange culinary chimera awaited me. By the end of the meal, I felt satisfied, a feeling shared by my fussy girlfriend. She agreed with my praise of the service and overall atmosphere. Patricia Street Deli is pure comfort food, like tapping a maple tree— wholesome unfiltered sweetness.

Great deli in Jasper with great service above all. They are the true sandwich artists that make Subway look like kids playing pretend sandwich shop. They are the Monet of the Mayo Ham and Cheese on white. The Michelangelo of the Mustard and Roast Beef on whole wheat. The Dali of delicious whole chickens. The Picasso of Pot Pies. The Van Gogh of very tasty treats. If you're really nice, he might even sing you a Happy Birthday song! A+, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 10 out 10 dentists agree.

Wife and I are from Edmonton. Just looking for a great sandwich place... found a diamond. Wow! Owner Glen and his wife Wendy are amazing. All the locals waiting with us had such amazing things to say. Absolutely the best... So many choices of meat , cheese, sauces and many many other flavour add ons. Service is outstanding ... such an experience. But that is exactly what it is... and experience. So interactive. Amazing. DO NOT BE ON YOUR CELL PHONE IN THIS STORE. They take their top quality service and the personal excellence they give you serious So please give them your attention. They are so worth it. ???????????? Very handy little sandwich shop if you’re looking for something inexpensive and fast in an otherwise busy and expensive town. You have to look for it as it set back from the street inside a little strip mall but it is worth the look.

Owners are very friendly and lovely to order from. They have a large selection of sauces including a cranberry sauce that is delish! My friend ordered a wrap and I ordered a sandwich. They were both good but nothing special. It would be nice if they had more bread/bun options. A tad on the expensive side at $27 for the wrap and sandwich, but they make up for it with very good service!

Must be very popular since there was a lineup. They currently only let in one family/person at a time. The sandwich buns are rather small, but made in house. I believe you can add as many meats as you want, but the owner does not exactly advertise that. The wrap I had was good, but didn't live up to the raving recommendation I had received. Also the most expensive bunch of sandwiches I've ever had. I understand the location is surely expensive to maintain, but $15 for a 6" sandwich hurt.
