Usually very good experience. Well laid out and lots of selection of things you might not be able to find at another store. Such as all the organic, natural and vegan items. Prices tend to be a bit higher but overall I go there for the selection plus the occasional lunch from their ready to go hot food selection. Also Ema is always very friendly.

However, cleanliness is an essential part of our lives and here it lacks the knowledge and ability to maintain the quality standards it pronounces as a high end store. Wonderful grocery store great prices great deals lots of selection my only complaint is that their Asian Isle does not carry enough stuff they should try to carry Mamacita brands it's a Filipino food product they make barbecue sauces marinades soups you name it and always every time I go down to visit my mom and I want to cook her a nice Filipino meal I'm not able to buy the stuff I need because they don't have it and I come down at least once or twice a year so I hope next time I'm down there they've expanded their IObit as I know there are a lot of Filipinos living in Timmins several hundred of them so they could advertise it so that they won't have a hard time selling the stuff hope to see some Mamacita products are

Great place good quality food. Price is on the higher side for example cheese curds are 30% more expensive compared to shoppers drug mart surprisingly. And it's happend several times that I go purposely to buy meat (chicken breast and ground beef) and they were completely out of both meats for a couple days. Which is unacceptable for a grocerie store.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrific. Gave them 2 rx for drops one day one night. They only filled one and tried telling us the rxs are the same just with different dosages and the dr write the rx twice. But that is not the case, one is fir night one is for daytime. The night one will cause blurred vision and the day one does not. They still argued it was the same medicine, calked the dr, dr faxed them clarification, yet they claim he never did. So now only have 1 rx when there should of been two. One solution (meaning like water) and one suspension (meaning thicker) So while this is ongoing and not being resolved the eye is becoming more damaged. Was once a great pharmacy to deal with but ever since new owners took over it is appalling.

multiple online orders are not completed, and adjustments to pricing are not done appropriately, 7 out of 10 purchases online over 300$ are incorrectly charged...it's not rocket science...pls hire competent employees so I don't have to call back constantly to correct incompetent human error or implement an AI system that can easily resolve these simple matters in seconds... as a construction supervisor I would be embarrassed if my site was so comfortable with employee negligence towards professionalism

So we went and bought what was supposed to be Canada no. 1 potatoes, Russet for baked potatoes. So out of 5 lbs. We had to throw away 1.63 lbs away. We paid $5.00 for 5 pounds, I think the store owes us $1.63 for what we had to toss in the garbage. These are not no. 1 Canadian potatoes. At best maybe no. 2's. I hauled produce for over 20 years and if I showed up at the Toronto market with these they would kick me out of the market and tell me to take the potatoes with me. It's no wonder people get sick. Independent Stores are part of the Loblaws group of Company 's. Much of this produce is not Canada no.1 any more and at the best of times no.2. and the only FRESH produce is from the farmers fields to the self within 3 days. Take down your fresh signs cause by definition of fresh that the Toronto Market and any other reputable Market. When ever you can go to farmers markets and get fresh. Timmins Farmers Markets will tell you where their produce comes from, they know where it's grown and the people that grew it. Besides why not give you $5.00 to the farmers instead of big food stores that really aren't interested in your well being or you. Be well

A big city grocer, locally. I love this grocery store; it's my go-to. I'm an out of towner and I'm used to the superstore down south, the Independent has PC brand stuff witch I love and earn points on, it's reasonably priced, and laid out fairly well. The cashiers are typical, not the most friendly but not rude by any means. I don't know if it's the time of year (March) or the location, but the veggies don't seem fresh at all.. but there no worse than competing grocers in the area. (With the excpetion of Pick of the Crop $$$)

Another was held back because they need a dispensation from the doctor...okay but I can't breathe. Today I got 2 new meds. No one bothered to explain anything about these drugs or what they are for or problems to look out for. I still don't have my inhaler. Used to be good, now...I'm kinda not happy.

The pharmacy here is the most competent pharmacy I've used in Timmins. I've used several, over the last 25 years. The staff, ESPECIALLY THE TWO REGULAR PHARMACISTS, are the most pleasant, and gracious pharmacists I have ever been served by. They truly are remarkable. As for the grocery store itself, I love it as well. Ehnically diverse products, and super clean and spacious. Competitive prices, and it's huge. It seems to be the best staffed grocery store in Timmins. Never line ups at cashes. They have a great, little, fresh prepared, hot food, section, and fresh baked buns and such. Large deli, and a good FRESH SEAFOOD COUNTER. One stop shopping with photo finishing to boot. I don't work there, and I don't know anyone who does.????

Good selection of produce, all seemed fresh. I went late in the day, an hour before closing, so the store was not busy -- meaning I did not have to wait in line. I"ve also been there many times, just never thought to write a review about the place. Nothing comes to mind as being egregiously terrible. Dailey's is like all other Independents and does not appear to deviate in style from all other Independents in Canada.

Excellent supply of produce most of the time. Has specials and a great points redeeming system. The specials are tailored to your needs based on what you buy on a regular basis. We eat a lot of organic food and this store provides us with most of our needs. The store staff are also quite willing to help those in need of assistance. There are at least 4 handicap parking spaces located in the parking lot directly in front of the main entrance to the store, so the walk is short. People parking too close together can be an issue at times during the winter when markings for the spaces are buried by snow. The store also provides an electric powered cart (with good seat and a large basket) just inside the front door and to the left.

Our go to grocery store. Good prices. Good selection of produce, meat and bakery. Convenience of lotto center, photo printing and pharmacy all in store. They have a great selection of alternative health options such as isles for specialty diets. Lots of baby stuff as well, great for families. Large parking lot. They deal with optimum points which is great. A few self check out cashes if that's what you wanna do. Water refill station for large jugs for a great rate. They even have Caroline carts for accessibility. They offer online ordering for pick up or delivery.

Selection is amazing at Dailey’s and a lot of the sales are very worth while. However the wedges have been tarnished. I am almost certain they changed the oil used to cook the wedges and now they have a faint repulsive oily after taste. Please bring back the old wedges!!

I am writing this to ask the public to avoid Independent Grocers Timmins. Mr. and Mrs. Dailey have decided to ignore our human rights and refuse those with legitimate mask exemptions. There are many that have true exemptions and cannot be ignored and it disgusts me to see that locally owned stores are infringing on those rights. I am sure the Dailey's would want to avoid a human rights lawsuit, I suggest they change their tune.

Grocery store itself is great. Processes for the customer need to be improved. E.g. when the store is sold out of ice cubes, the cashier's should be informed. We bought and paid for ice cubes and when we went to collect them, they were sold out...we had to go back to Customer Service for a refund. This representative said that "this happens all of the time". You need to improve this process so the customer is not frustrated.
