Lacks east Indian groceries. Considering the number of east Indian that live here, this walmart doesn't offer much. Prices seem to be different from Walmarts in bigger towns on a lot of items; the three star is because the only department that has an inkling of customer service is electronics. I shop there weekly, multiple times most months, get followed around depending on how I am dressed, whether my tattoos on my arms show or not, and have NEVER stolen a thing. I always pay, am always friendly and polite, and even worked there years ago as an independent contractor with no negative issues. Very discriminatory towards people of colour; especially first nations shoppers.

Walmart does have some of the lowest prices online! One of the things I love most about Walmart is the top-notch selection of unique professional vendors, you honestly get more selection from their online stores than their bricks and mortar. Walmart stays true to traditon with low and matching comparable prices, and the delivery is very quick. I have always gotten my order exactly has promised, and sometimes before I expect it! Its a great website with all the bells and whistles. It offers a tried and true shopping experience.

One of few grocery store selections for my nan but probably one of the worst. Terribly slow service. Yeah prices are good but that comes with any Walmart. Went to the checkout with something knowing the price and then they tried to scan it but it wouldn’t scan. The cashier called and asked for other staff to go grab another package. We waited too long so I myself ran to the aisle and grabbed another package to scan. May seem like just an error but honestly we fail to think It was a error. The cashier only tried once to scan it and she was very rude about it. A friend of mine once worked there because she wanted to try and straighten a few things up but it couldn’t change much, all it changed was the fact that they actually had a real cashier no just self checkouts and it changed the fact that there was atleast someone in the building smiling. /:

Horrible! I waited almost 20 minutes in electronics and no one came to help. I finally went to find someone and he ultimately said that he did not work in that department and we had to leave since they were closing "soon". I find a manager to get her help and she said basically the same, that since it was almost time to go. Does Canadians not believe in customer service? Why lock up memory cards if no one feels like unlocking them?
