I go here every friday morning to meet my aunt and chat over coffee. We usually have the black forest sandwich but none this day. Had the kale, feta, egg white...???? loaded with black pepper corns. Didn't see any feta and heated up in microwave too much so the bottom sweated and it was damp on bottom and fell apart. Which loss 1 star! Not a good wrap. Girls are nice and coffee always great. Ham sandwich is delicious!

I love this coffee shop! Their breakfast sandwich is simple and priced right. Lunch sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced too. Oh my ... the London Fog and Vanilla Bean Latte are my favourite drinks and they are so delicious. Staff is super friendly and quick.

Great coffee (much better than SBUX). Friendly staff. Has a cinnamon roll and found it quite dried out. Probably poor judgment on my part to take the last one in the display case. Overall a clean and pleasant store. Not too crazy about the washroom key on a big wooden stick (hygiene). Overall, liked the store and will likely visit again.

I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that part, but SC has always been my favourite place for a chat with friends over whichever hot beverage is preferred. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is warm and cozy. Most importantly, it's not pretentious.

This Second Cup location is an oasis of coffee and treats bliss in the middle of the busy Bayers Lake shopping area. The drive through is efficient and friendly, but the real joy is finding a comfy seat by the fireplace with some sunshine streaming through the window as a way to rejuvenate and relax during it after a busy shopping trip.

I stopped for gas on my way home and decided to buy a cappuccino at the Second Cup, that is connected to the gas station. I am a fussy coffee drinker and don't often buy outside the two or three shops that make it exactly to my taste. I made my purchase and requested 1 shot of espresso, as I prefer a smooth drink. The server was busy explaining how the headset for the drive through worked to another server, so I had to wait to be served. (I was the only customer left to be served). I finally got my coffee and left. I did not taste it until I was almost home and it was not what I ordered. This particular shop is off my list!

More of a Starbucks fan myself, Second cup seems to have more expensive but smaller drinks, slower service and not quite as professional. That being said, the ambiance is nice and it seems like a nice place to sit and work or study.

As much as I love Second Cup, I find the drive thru to be a net negative for this location. Specialty drinks take time to prepare. This means in-store customers wait longer for service during peak hours, and drive thru customers spend too long idle in their cars. If Second Cup is truly committed to "clean", perhaps they should consider limiting the drive thru menu to ready-made goods and drip coffee? Better yet, let us be thru with drive thrus.

Definitely thes best place for hot beverages and pastries around! Beats all the other places by far in regards to food and hot drinks. Since tims no longer knows how to make decent hot beverages, this has quickly become my favourite place to go for a hot drink. Only complaint is the prices are not as cheap as I'd like. But then Second cup does not offer cheap service.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve attempted to get Pink Berry from this location. Either they have chosen not to sell it that day or they are sold out, or they’ve just turned off the machine, even when I’ve called in advance, I get there and yet no Pink berry. I’ve disappointed my child one too many times to ever suggest going back there again. If only management would figure out how to be consistent with what they offer.
