Amazing food and service. It’s great to see an owner who takes such pride in their quality, reputation and community. As someone who lives in Bedford and takes pride in keeping it clean (the bedford highway cleanup, the bag a day challenge etc.) and a former Chef, I know how much waste can come from the food industry. I think it’s great to see a business owner who does their part to keep our community garbage free.

I work at one of the other businesses that share this strip mall with this business. It seems she enjoys complaining about other businesses use of the waste disposal facilities as well as the parking area. She really needs to realize that these spaces are not her personal resources but are there for the use of all.
