Dear Neha, Thank you so much for this beautiful Rasmalai cake. The theme was just perfectly described. It looked so beautiful and pretty that to be honest I felt like not cutting it all. I just wanted to sit there and stare it forever. I grew up in India so I have always been a fan of moist cakes full with flavour. I was nervous if its gonna be same way, but it was literally filled with Rasmalai, the moisture inside, the creamy flavour, the Rasmalai was just fantastic. I definitely feel it was The Highlight of our party and it made our first anniversary super special. I am so glad that I contacted you. Not only me, everyone at the party loved it!
