Got the cupcakes, banoffee brownie bundt and cookies today. Great service, very friendly couple. The cupcakes were a killer - love it! The bundt is awesome - nice and moist sponge and you can taste the banana. Cookies look good and will try later. Highly recommended, but better to order online before going down as the hours are short and it sells fast.

Not your average cupcake shop. I’d call this little slice of heaven a bonafide bakeshop aka mind blowing cakery. The decor and ambiance is kitschy, rainbow-esque, Vegas glitzy & a little macabre and you eyes will be thrilled with every inch of the tiny little shop! The offerings of cupcakes change weekly, with flavours for kids, adults & the young at heart. Speciality cakes can be ordered in advance. Plus they also have little nibbles (like cardamom spice biscotti or lavender sponge cake) to go with your coffe or herbal tea most days of the week. They just added a fascinating beverage menu which is out of this world delicious & exciting! I’m inspired how these folks keep it current, cool & fresh. Always upping the food ante with their offerings. Their beverage menu is full of superfood and palate probing wonders (like CBD bullet proof coffee, lemon royal the iced coffee with lemon and lavender & a turmeric based steamer). I had mushroom milk made with macadamia nut mylk and a double shot of Expresso today that was 5 star wonderful. I can’t wait to try everything on their menu aka NEED list! So many DELICIOUS health promoting, Expresso and Herbal based refreshing beverages HERE !! The shop is a pick up & go spot but they do have two bar stools at the counter if you want to sit while you wait for your latte or Americano.

Where to begin!? The owners are awesome and the vibe of the shop is so cool! The variety of flavours will keep you coming back to try something new. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad treat from here! My girlfriend had killer cupcakes make a custom cake for my birthday, and I was not disappointed! Quality and flavours were both top notch. They were also very accommodating by completing the cake in a short time frame. Awesome people, great food and a fantastic addition to the downtown Guelph area!

Cupcakes flavors are so varied and plentiful that you could get a new one every time you go but better go early they sell out pretty quick. The owners are warm, professional with a unique family vibe. I always find myself stuck in there for a chat on just about anything. Guelph Landmark, highly recommended.

Ran out of cupcakes at noon on Valentine's Day. Really? Huge disappointment. Total waste of time. Valentine's Day cancelled thanks a lot. I wasn't mad, I was mildly annoyed and I didn't slam your door into the wall. Don't say that. It slipped from my hand. There was two cupcakes in the display when I walked up to the counter, then all of a sudden they were spoken for!?! Should've moved them when "they were spoken for". Running out the door and screaming "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" at me - that was real mature.

Cannot say enough good things. Worth the drive from kitchener. The owners vision with my theme was amazing and about half the price what I was quoted locally. Cake wasn't overly sweet which was so nice. Customer service was top notch. Only critique is that parking is hard to find at this location.

I'm not one to gush. But if you don't plan to try these cupcakes immediately, you are missing out. Sure the brand has cache. Yes the store is hip. And the recipes are damn clever. In the end though, it's all about the cupcake right? I think time stopped when I tried the Fantastic Fox. I had an out of body experience courtesy of a cupcake. Think I'm exaggerating? Try it yourself.

Price was overpriced for a smaller than average cupcake. Cupcake was dry. The cup was like a cup that you are given meds in at the hospital and I couldn’t get the cupcake out of it without breaking off the bottom piece. Really disappointing. Icing was probably the best part. I got the Oreo birthday cupcake.

I just have too say every time I've been to killer cupcakes many times, the owners have been very good to me and thier cupcakes are fantastic, I had called a few days early to make sure they would set aside something for valentine's day because I knew it might be a problem going there the day of, just like anything on valentine's day it's good too book in advance, seems to me the bad reviews are from human cupcakes who think the world should revolve around them, these people too me seem like they are natural born complainers. I will go back because I do have respect for what they do, and anyone who thinks running a business is easy should attempt it. When people do thier best to make everyone happy it's a real disappointment that it goes unnoticed. Dont worry about the bad reviews these people are just unhappy in life and want too take it out on you. Keep up the good work see you soon.

These are hands down the best cupcakes in town, possibly the world. The selection and flavors are incredible, as are the decor and staff. I love they they have expanded their offerings over the years and have been collaborating with other local businesses. There is no shame in going in for a cupcake and coming out with donuts and cookies as well. It is all delicious.

I’m very disappointed, to say the least. Bland cakes. Not unique in any manner. I can support mediocre local shops but I don’t feel comfortable supporting a company whose owner openly discriminates against anyone who is not American. Not even value the sanctity of the church as they ‘married for a Green Card’, preached questionable values openly.... it’s just wrong all around. Next! Edit: delete my honest opinion or sue me for it? This ain’t America bud... How about you make better cupcakes and brush up on your customer service instead.

Fantastic cupcakes and a super nice owner. Went in 18/11/18 as was just driving buy and the owner was super friendly and welcoming. Got the nutella banana cake which was super light and high quality, tried a cupcake too and it was the same. Also got the whipped cheesecake which haven't tried yet as stuffed from the giant slice of cake. Can't wait to go back,

The owners are nice and passionate about their cupcakes! There was a lot of hype around this place so I had to check it out. I was so excited because the cupcakes looked amazing and couldn't wait to take my first bite. I was disappointed after that first bite. The cake part its self was dry, stale and tasteless. I bought 4 different kinds and shared my halfs with my husband. I wasn't the only one who felt this way. I get that they dont use any additional ingredients but in this case I think they need a new recipe... I wouldn't go back nor recommended this place. I would be embarrassed to serve these to friends or family. They look great the people are nice and the advertising is on point. 2 stars from this family.

The cupcakes are yummy. Too sweet, even for me so I can only have one at a time. $3 for a cupcake is a bit much considering they are made in a small cups. Not the typical cups that you buy from the store and would normally make cupcakes in. They only have a handful of flavours made at a time and don’t make more until later on in the day so I wouldn’t go there and expect a certain flavour. There are a lot of them. I suggest looking at the descriptions on the website before you choose. There is something for everyone. I like that they sell other business’ baked goods as well.
