A little on the pricey side. Produce was good quality. Clean store and there is almost never a wait time to check out, which is quite nice. The meats are always very good quality but I often shop elsewhere just because I can get the same amount for less somewhere else. If things were a bit cheaper I would definitely shop here more often.

WHY shop here? There is not enough time to travel down each aisle of this store ... it's huge! All under one roof and lots of free parking. Clothing, bulk food, kitchen essentials, lottery - one stop shopping. Good eats nearby to fuel you up after hiking the aisles, and Home Depot & Staples within eyesight.

I shop here for most of my grocery needs. Not bad over all but some more attention to detail is required. The produce can be questionable in quality, spoiled items next to fresh items. I've picked up several leaking meat packages and dairy cartons and some bread items are partially frozen and soggy on the shelf. I'd like to continue shopping here but I'm not to keen on making extra trips to return items or buy fresh stuff elsewhere.

Great place to find nearly every possible thing. They have all kind of things related to food, house, medication, clothing , drinks and so on. They also have a liquor store. They also have frozen food available. They also have international food section where we can find mostly of the food related items.

The store is always dirty and smells really bad. I bought a pair of jeans there and never again. They have a very strong musty smell that will not come out. I couldn't notice the smell in the store, my scent must have been use to the stentch of the store.

I find the store has really good prices but it lacks in customer service. However, none of the staff have been rude just ignore you. The one thing I do hate is the homeless people that ask for money outside in the parking lot. I have felt scared in the evenings and am glad they have security in the parking lot.

Click and Collect is the ONLY way to shop. Seriously, I save money because I don't get more than I need. I save time because I don't "browse" in store. I multitask because I can order my groceries and watch TV at the same time. And the carry out staff is so incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

I prefer to do most of my grocery shopping at this store in Midland. It has the widest selection with usually competitive prices. They do pricematch if you find a better price elsewhere. Aside from the usual at a grocery store they have a fresh made sushi bar, prepared meals, fresh seafood and butcher, housewares, pharmacy, large organic section, clothing, beer and wine, cooking classes, decorate your own tableware, some electronics and a mobile carrier stand. Things that could be better: I find the produce is not always the freshest, it can be difficult to find some items, their ethnic selections are limited and the aisles are often crowded (both with displays and with people).

Very tired looking building inside and out. Always seems to be very busy and there are some good values to be had if you pay attention to flyers. The person at the checkout was very friendly and rang us through quickly. We don't shop here often, but when we do we pretty much always find what we want at a decent price. If you're into collecting points, don't forget your PC Optimum card.

Its a great place to go shopping for groceries and everything. I even bought a 50" samsung tv from here. The only downside to this store is that when you go outside with your groceries. You go anywhere near a shopping cart holding area and you are stopped by a bum wanting money to buy smokes.

Poorly stocked store. Now they take a huge part of their parking lot for a garden centre eliminating a ton of parking and rendering other parking really difficult to navigate. Why not add on to the existing garden centre? Changed gas station to Mobil and no longer low price leader, just a follower. Screams for management!

Our family shops there a lot and usually a great trip... but not tonight Wednesday June 5th. Tonight I only had cash to buy just one case of coke. As I go to check out I notice only 2 cashes open with at least 6 people in each. The guy next to me sighed and put all his stuff on a vacant til and walked out. I approached the customer service desk to ask if I can buy it there (only one item). She said I had to go to the cash and didn’t want to help. I put the coke back and proceeded to walk out. Passing by the customer service area I seen her again (just standing outside the counter doing nothing)and said “ line up too long I’m leaving”. With absolutely no concern said “have a great day”.

My favorite place to buy groceries for years, but unfortunately I have to prepare for the parking lot every time I go. I like to go later in the evening because it's less busy, but the homeless are out of control. I am approached by strung out homeless men every time I go. I will load groceries into my vehicle, turn around and they are right in my face. I am not afraid of them in the slightest but other woman that go, especially with young children should be concerned. The security at this place needs to change. When I was there last week there where were a bunch of them sitting inside by the carts harassing everyone in the store.. completely unacceptable. We should feel safe going to get groceries. I understand the store is in a bad location near the injection site, but security needs to step it up.

After having a Turkey Roll go bad, I decided to go to the Superstore to buy the Roast chicken,meal deal. So, 1 toasted chicken, 2 salads,and dinner rolls. After telling the cashier 3 times, it was the meal deal, it was still rung in separately. The receipt looked wrong so I went to customer service. The first thing the lady at customer service said was, well it's very little difference money back. So, my question is, why are the tills ringing in this Roast chicken meal deal Separately?It looks suspicious to the customer, who then has to go to customer service and get them to ring it up on a hand calculator. The lady was snippy on top of it. It's Thanksgiving Day. I didnt need this when I had already heard of two other issues this weekend that were not good. I have basically avoided this store for months because the last time I was there , an older man ran into the back of my car with a cart. We were backing out, so I guess he didn't see us. I'm glad he didn't get hurt .My car still has a paint scratch from the cart. The atmosphere in this particular store has gone from negative to very negative. So, I still get gas at the pumps, but I'm seriouly, thinking it's time to get groceries at another grocery store . It's just not worth going here anymore.

The other day I was in Superstore and had to get change so that I could get a cart. An employee was able to unlock the cart for me so I didn't have to get change. The same day the cashier was wiping down her station and she had such enthusiasm. I knew she was taking my safety seriously. I left the store knowing I met two great people there.

PC Express is extremely frustrating at this location. As others have written, it doesn’t matter what time slot you have, how far in advance you order or if your a PC Insider - you WILL get the phone call saying they’re “running behind”. This means you may/or may not get your order at all on the day you scheduled. This has happened at least the last 3 times I’ve ordered in the last 2 months, often with pick up not being until the next day and don’t even get me started on the substitutions and unavailable products (often found by walking into the store myself - on the shelf where they always are). This service is becoming more and more frustrating and my complaints to customer relations have gone unanswered for over 2 weeks. Management or head office: do something to help your staff. Limit the time slots to fit your staffing levels, increase your staff, incentivize them to show up to work. Doing nothing to fix the problem is unacceptable and I’m certain I’m not the only one complaining to them. If you choose not to fix it, Walmart has been seamless and will take over for you.

Produce are always fresh and new. Check the flyers for some good deals if you must before shopping and you will get a lot of bang for your buck. Some of the products here (other than food) are overpriced and a rip-off. I bought a towel hanger here for $19. Went to Dollorama found same exact item for $4. Also, I bought a bath rug here for $20. Went to Costco and found the same item for $12. Therefore, I will only do my grocery here other than that I will be buying elsewhere.

Despite having some of the best selection, the Prince George store is absolutely unbearable. The store itself is fundamentally a trainwreck in terms of design; narrow aisles and negligible space between checkouts and the rest of the store. A handful of people in the store leads to complete congestion, effectively halting the entire building. I can't walk in without getting rammed by carts or pushed. Parking lot is so full of panhandlers I can barely park. Staff are obstructive and rude to top it off. I haven't been able to leave the store without being downright angry in about two years now. The only holdout I had was they provide the only food my cat will eat. I think I'd rather look online and pay massive shipping rather than set food inside again.

Really happy with the general state of SuperStore. It's well lit, clean and offers some of the best selection combined with great deals. I do find that specials run out consistently if you go later in the sale. Tough to find staff to help you but as an experienced shopper its never needed. During my last visit I saw the manager walking alongside a handicapped person assisting them with every item on their list. I thought it was neat to see them take an elderly person with a small list so seriously. So while staff may be limited, they are doing a bang up job where it counts.

Best variety in North Simcoe for grocery products. Good pricing and great staff. Some of the fish products are best purchased on specific days to ensure freshness - ask the staff they will tell you when best days to purchase. Salmon for example is typically on Friday from what I was last told - makes sense as getting ready for weekend. Watch the flyer - and they do price match - and do offer Click and Collect - order online before heading to cottage and pick up all ready for you when you get there!

Bathrooms are often not clean, smelly, and with functioning equipment (sink, or urinal, or toilet, or hand dryer). Cashiers will talk amongst them selfs instead of customers, about what they'll do after work, or about the previous day, etc. either overtop of or behind them. I know they want to move costumers along as fast as they can, but when I bag up my groceries it'd be nice not to have my fruit and bread crushed against the end of the belt and other groceries.

There is almost never a time I come here and don't have to double up going to another store to get some simple like zucchini, basil, peppers, cilantro, mushrooms. There are not special items, but they are almost always out of one of not all of them.

Probably the best grocery shop in the area, but just expect basic items (e.g. there's no fancy cheese section or anything). The staff are friendly and the prices are competitive. Lots of other services, such as a gym, dry cleaning, optometrist, etc. conveniently on site. If you arrive too early the produce stands may not be fully stocked yet.

Best produce in the city, hands down. The quality and selection of the fruits and veg here is the benchmark for the rest of this city. Huge store with lots of stuff, loads of parking and many cashier's (usually) to keep things flowing. If you don't deal well with crowds, go to Independent in Clearview.

Love this Superstore! For my groceries I shop there 90%. Other 10% at Costco as it's difficult to shop there because it's too busy and I don't always need a huge pack of everything. Superstores only competition is Costco in my opinion. Although I chose to go to Superstore more often for my daily groceries and stuff. I love self check outs at Superstore. They also have a lot of cashiers open when busy. Great selection of grocery products, awesome home decoration, seasonal, bedding and toys. Way to go to the manager of this particular location. He or she are doing an amazing job managing such a big shop. The store is getting better and better ever day. I had concerns of them not having organic milk at certain times (not recently, couple or more years ago) They fixed it! Now they always have it in stock. And in general their shelves are always full, never out of stock! Way to go!

Lots of handicap signed people think it's ok to park in the expectant mothers spot, when there are specific signs for a reason. Just as much as you deserve your spot, don't take ours/theirs! *Superstore may need to add more spots for handicap parking/expectant mothers*

It was a simple layout, which I liked, but my only concern is the fact that you need to surrender a dollar to use a cart. Not everyone is going to have a dollar coin to feed the beast and if someone has a large list of groceries to get, the idea of carrying it in a basket or by hand instead of in a cart is upsetting.

Lineups have gotten progressively longer, and despite trying to push people through automatic tellers its not improving when they have half the tills shut down. Dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy today, was told approximately a 1hr wait. No problem, had other errands. 2.5hrs later it still was not filled. I travel an hour to come into town, and don't have the time to wait additional hours past scheduled times. I will be moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy, and will gladly pay a little more for my groceries to get some semblance of service and speed.

We stopped here to grab sandwiches for lunch on the way to my daughters soccer game. The already prepped food was awesome and a decent price. When we went to pay we wanted to use some of our points and the clerk at the self checkout had no idea how to do it. The reason we went there in the first place was to redeem points since we spent so much on the trip already

The Deli needs to really work on there communication between the young man and two older ladies work this morning around 9/930. There were two older ladies completely ignoring us and had NO communication as to let us, the customers that pay there wage, know that someone would be there to help us in a bit. Instead the young man had to walk over from the otherside of the deli after looking at both older women that were ignoring us. He came over to help us but had to wait for one of the women took the meat and did her work that had NOTHING to do with helping customers service or to help speed up the process at all. I am NOT impressed at all. A negative score would have been better for the deli this morning. The one star goes to the young man that helped us and not the two older ladies

Good deals. The saddest part of this establishment is the fact they make you pack your own bags. The era of customer service is long gone. If it wasn't for the selection and deals I wouldn't shop here. If you are looking for luerlock syringes they are only 19c ea here. Anywhere else is 50-60c/ea. Fyi Also found out they shut off half the streetpole lights in the parking lot at 10pm. Feels a little cheap to me to not want to illuminate the whole parking lot just to save money on electricity. Easy targets for criminals in the pitch black.

My favourite part about shopping here is their self-checkout where I can skip all the lines and just do it all myself quickly! We ordered everything online and within a couple hours our groceries were ready to pickup! We didn't even have to go into the store! Amazing!

Up until today I haven't had any problems at this location. I would go often with my boss to pick up supplies for our workplace, as well as to pick up groceries for home. The store is usually clean, well stocked, and the staff is typically much friendlier than most of the other large chain grocery stores in town. Today was the first problem I ever had at this Superstore Location. They have a bin of rugs at the back of the store, and I am currently furnishing my first apartment that I am moving into - so I thought it was perfect. The prices listed on the bin were: 3 x 4 Rugs for $25 5 x 7 Rugs for $35 6 x 9 Rugs for $55 So I grabbed a 5 x 7. I was a little surprised that it was so cheap, and I looked around the box maybe 4 or so times just to make sure there wasn't another tag on it that said something like "these select 5 x 7 rugs for a way higher price", but there wasn't any tag on the box except the three I listed. Sure enough, I get up to the front and it comes up as $65 rather than $35. Yet there hadn't been a single tag that listed a $65 price on the box, which I told the girl. She called a price check and said that the person in the home department found it tagged and listed at $65. So I take it off the bill, because I am on a tight budget and can't afford to pay an extra $30 for a rug that I expected to get for $35 total. I go to the back, and sure enough there is now another tag on the box that lists those specific 5 x 7 rugs for $65. I should have checked the barcode to confirm, but since there was only one tag listing 5 x 7 rugs I didn't even think to do so. I don't know if the tag had fallen on the ground, or into the bin, or if the employee did a price check and then put a new tag that listed them as $65 - but at the time I was looking there were only those three specific tags. I love this store and have shopped here pretty much since immediately after it opened, but now I just feel cheated and manipulated to the point that I don't even want to go in for groceries because I feel like I was taken advantage of. Rather than admitting "we made a mistake, yes it was a different barcode but we see why you would have gotten confused since it was the only 5 x 7 rug listed" the staff rushed to cover up the mistake by putting up a new tag. Don't take this as any reflection on the girls up front, because they weren't there. If the person in home looks at the rug, checks the price and realizes it is $65 but the tag isn't there and then rushes to replace the tag, or find the tag - it is no reflection on the girl up front. Because all she hears through that phone is "Yep, it's listed as $65" even though there wasn't a tag that said so. The girls up front are amazing, helpful, and friendly and I don't want them to get in trouble for someone else's actions. I don't really even want to get the person in home in trouble either, but I just think it is wrong when a mistake is made that deceives customers and someone rushes to cover it up - and as someone who works as a waiter I think it is just horribly poor customer service. That would be like if I told a customer that a certain meal was on for $10, but listed the wrong meal and the one I told them was on for $10 actually costs $20 and then I make them pay the full price even though it was my mistake. I absolutely hate complaining, but in the end I don't think I am going to be returning to this Superstore for the rest of my apartment shopping, both for groceries and home items, because I just feel wronged and manipulated.

Wow, what an amazing store. Huge, bright, clean, and friendly staff. I got a jacket for Christmas from Joe Fresh but my Mother in Law lost the receipt. They very nicely exchanged it for the right fit with no hassles. Huge produce section, pharmacy on location, and massive parking lot. ONLY downside is you bag your own stuff but the money you save is well worth the extra few minutes.

Made a online order was supposed to be 275$. But after they removed 6 items from my cart because they were out of stock my total somehow changed to 305$. Can’t even view my online receipt because the links don’t work and was not provided a physical receipt. All in all a terrible experience and still can’t get a reply from any of the online customer service agents and it has “nothing to do” with any of the in store ones.

Too many times I've experienced long lines at the cashier's check out, because there are only two or three cashiers working. Need more cashiers to speed up our check outs. We don't have time to wait half an hour in the line ups. We have work to do and other places to go,too. I also noticed that the customer service person/s do not try to help thin these busy line ups by going on the microphone to announce that they could take their items through, as long as nothing needs to be weighed. I watch these workers as they just lean on the counter with their arms crossed and do nothing to help out. These workers are just plain lazy.

I love this store but from time to time some top brass hands some BS down and simply wow. Have a look at the over limit price and if you pay by cash they round up. Now I brought this to the manager's attention and she said the over limit price was wrong. Even though the cost of this butter has been $4.00 for the last months and I bought some at least 3 times.. soo what they jack the price just before the sale to make it look like it is on sale ?? Had a COVID incident at this store where a customer, not wearing a mask, not social distancing, deliberately coughed on me. Reported to Customer Service, they said they couldn't do anything. Emailed head office 3 times. No response (it's been 3 weeks). I saw in the news, 4 days later the same customer, had spit on an employee at another store! Perhaps if Superstore had taken this concern seriously, this individual wouldn't have continued his dangerous behaviour. Also witnessed customers pulling their masks down under their chin, leaning over customer service desk to talk to staff. Staff do not have adequate PPE to keep them safe. I would avoid this store during the pandemic, as they don't keep their employees or customers safe enough. Not surprisingly there have been COVID cases at this store.

Almost every single item I bought was either moldy or just a plain disgrace. The cream I bought for my coffee was not expired but came out chunky ! The milk I bought was the same. The bread I bought was actually damp and moldy ???? I bought a Case of Pepsi and it was moldy and one of the Pepsi cans inside of it was leaking everywhere. This is the best Superstore that I have shopped at but it is still Superstore. It’s crowded, people are slow and the lines are long. Some of the staff are lifers who love their jobs, some of them clearly hate their jobs and many of them are young kids who have clearly never grocery shopped in their lives. This store does have a wine department, seafood department and better than average retail section. There are also pharmacy, optical, insurance and hair cutting services onsite. I do wish they would limit the number of organizations soliciting for charities outside their store though, the entry way is crowded enough without adding obstacles.

It's your typical big food store. Long, wide aisles overflowing with foodstuffs. People can treat the place like a dumpster, so the staff sometimes struggles with keeping the shelves & aisles organized. The produce section has a few Asian choices, and a lot of your basic hothouse veggies. The meat section is large & utilitarian - I prefer smaller grocers for meat. Prices are lower than average, but you pack your bags yourself & pay for bags. The kids who stock the shelves seem friendly & helpful, but often over-worked.

Very good prices, decent loyalty program, good private label and produce is usually pretty good, however, customer experience lacks. I find the tellers are always rushing people through the till and awkwardly making the person rush to pack their groceries, while the next person is already being run through. My review is biased, as I am a fan not only of President's Choice products, but the PC Points program. It is an excellent rewards program that results in many, many grocery discounts that can be earned both quickly and frequently. This particular location is clean, well stocked, has an excellent fresh produce section, bulk selection, deli counter, meals to go, a bakery, clothing, sundries, a PC Mobile, and a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are excellent, and the dispensing fees are reasonable as compared to local competition. The store staff are friendly and helpful. There is even a click and collect, where you can order online and have your order picked, packed, and delivered to your car. It is my favourite grocery store in Nanaimo.

Location definitely meets the Superstore standard in every way. Staff are unfailingly polite though the mandatory "Would you be interested in our Deal of the Week?" question is incredibly annoying. Good selection of every class of food items (fruits, veggies, meats, breads, dairy, desserts, etc...) and reasonable prices — and occasionally a few really good deals . Pharmacy staff available until 9pm most nights. Underground parking is available and typically high availability.

All of the bread baked at the store comes in plastic packaging. There is no choice for the consumer to buy bread in paper bags. Plastic is by in large not actually recycled, even when you put it in your recycling bin. This is because China stopped accepting our recycling, and the whole plastic recycling economy crashed. Plastic bags also make the crust go soft faster. I, like many Canadians, enjoy crusty bread and waterways free of plastic bags. Its not very Canadian of Real Canadian Superstore to exclusively sell a product which ends up polluting Canada's backyard, don't you think?

One the plus side: The store has more selection than most in the area, especially in Organic products and produce. One the negative side: Long lines are the norm in my experience. Sale prices may not be programmed into the cash registers. Watch your items as they go through! I recently had to spend over 30 minutes, two trips to "customer confrontation" and a trip to the huge end of aisle display to get the sign I was told wasn't there!!! All to get refunded $4.00 for some toilet paper that I would not have bought otherwise. Every person I deal with was crabby, condescending and disagreeable, even though the store had clearly made an error.

My household has done the majority of our grocery shopping at Real Canadian Superstore for the past 12 years. With RCSS now implementing mandatory mask wearing, we will be taking our money elsewhere. You can wear ANYTHING as a mask, you could cut up you living room sheer curtains and make a mask out of them. You can wear ANYTHING as a mask, because it's NOT about safety, it's about COMPLIANCE. There is an agenda at play. Last I checked, in Canada, we still observe the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In particular, Section 2 (b) and Section 7. No one, not the government, not some CEO of a faceless company...not even my own Mother, no one can force me or anyone else to do anything to their bodies, to inject anything in their bodies or tell us where to stand or go with our bodies and most definitely not force us to restrict our breathing of oxygen, re-inhale our own carbon dioxide and suppress our immune systems by wearing a mask, all while giving that faceless company our money to do so. Just as I would never try to force anyone to remove a mask that they've chosen to wear. I respect EVERYONE'S opinions, decisions, beliefs and choices. If it's your decision to wear a mask and keep 2 meters apart, in case someone is "speaking moistly", then by all means, employ your beliefs. However, not everyone is going to believe what you believe and those beliefs should also be respected in return. I respect the decision to implement, however, I do not have to agree with said decision. RCSS: Lift the mandatory masking and I MIGHT consider returning, with our hard earned money, to shop at your store...maybe.

Was surprised and delighted to see a large BC Wine section right in the store itself, and it had some really great and varied choices for which vineyards were represented. The organic and healthy living section was beyond compare and had tons of amazing products to choose from. Will definitely recommend this location over the other in the surrounding cities.

So many people rave about Superstore for their selection and prices but I really dislike their layouts and their checkouts, whether it's so busy there's no lanes open or the self bagging, which I find incredibly frustrating. Not that I'm lazy I just feel that since basically every other grocery store can provide this service, Superstore should be able to as well. Feeling pressured to hurry when you have $300 in groceries, frantically trying to bag them to keep other satisfied is not a pleasant experience in my opinion.

Also, it seems that no matter how small the city might seem, you'll find a fairly impressive fresh seafood counter - even in Moose Jaw. Ten out of ten, will do again (and again and again). Good prices overall, the store is almost busy so I use the grocery pickup app when I can. The staff are courteous and helpful. The pc brand has really upped their game in the last several years. More often than not I've found the pc brand to be on par or better than the name brand products. The pc express grocery pickup app works well I've only had a handful of issues with order mix up and once they patch the app they don't usually occur again. The reason for my low rating is for the management ending the so called "hero pay" for the Frontline grocery workers. We are far from out of this covid19 mess. The average worker deserves better compensation for putting themselves at risk.

In an attempt to not offend people with medical conditions who can’t wear masks and in a misguided effort to curb potential violence from customers refusing to wear masks, the Medicine Hat Superstore is refusing to enforce Superstore Corporate’s policy requiring masks. Their staff need only sign a waiver for them to not be required to wear a mask, not have any medical conditions preventing them from being able to do so. When we spoke to the manager regarding this, he did not care that my health was put at risk (I am immunocompromised) by the store lying that everyone there would be wearing a mask. Approximately a third of employees and customers (including every child we saw and their families) were not wearing a mask. I had to immediately leave the store as a result of the health risk in Superstore. The reason the manager gave why they are not enforcing it, above and beyond the excuses above, is that Medicine Hat does not yet have a by-law requiring them. That shouldn’t matter when your corporate office has that policy! Plus, one of the ways that we can prevent Medicine Hat from needing that bylaw is to abide by public health precautions and prevent a large outbreak here. The manager also refused to give us a way to contact the corporate office unless we made a purchase as the phone number would be on the receipt. They are selling a false sense of security while not even bothering to sanitize their carts. As large as they are, they can do proper public health precautions and enforce them, many smaller business in Medicine Hat do!

Do NOT use PC Express pick-up services. The first time they forgot several items and I had to go back the next day. Second time I used this service they charged me $320.00 when my total was $243.64. Now I have to wait a few days they said for my bank to figure it out ( whatever that means ). The kid who delivered my groceries was bragging about getting a $100 tip from a crack head outside of the store. Seems suspicious, I was just missing $80 after he charged my card on the account. They got some kind of shady operation going on there. Just a horrible experience and I would never recommend PC Express to anyone. I went to this store because I was told they had a Dr Scholl’s custom fit machine to measure my feet for shoe insoles. After using the machine it showed me I needed a specific insole. Unfortunately there were none in the rack so I approached a sales assistant that was stacking the shelves. I approached her and asked if she had any new stock in her boxes she was unpacking. She basically told me she didn’t know and didn’t have time to look. Feeling a little out of place I decided to go to customer services. I asked there if they could check if they had stock in the store. The young lady made a phone call and the information she received was if there were any they would be on the shelves. That’s pretty much my experience in Real Canadian Superstore in Penticton today. Thanks for your assistance today I’ll be sure to remember not to use this store again.

I come here sometimes when I'm in town and stock up. They have a decent selection and the staff are nice. The kids like the deli. Sometimes they are a bit busy though. And it's hard to find an employee to help me find items sometimes. The store is up to date. That's nice. And the produce selection is excellent.

Click and collect has been horrible. Tried this service multiple times and is honestly just unreliable. This place is busy, so go in the evening is you can. Well-stocked with regular and decent prices, I like coming here if I'm in the area. The only downside is that I live far enough away that it isn't always worth making the trip, especially if I'm guessing it'll be busy and stressful. However, pasta and rice are always my go-tos here because pasta is usually on sale!

Good place to do your weekly shopping, plus it’s within Landsdowne Mall. Store offers yours daily needs from Grocery, Meat in addition there is Joe Fresh store and wine store. Prices are usually within market price base. Produces quality are very good, staff are very helpful. I forgot to mention that there is walking in clinic at second floor, all time it’s busy you may need to be as early as possible.

Always makes sure I get all the products I need and when they arent there, she will actually go and check again before finalizing my order. This review is specifically about the Red Deer Superstore click and collect. I've used it about a dozen times and decided to no longer shop at Superstore because of it. Each order was wrong. Substitutions were nonsensical - a bag of the same brand cat food when I ordered dog food. I ordered two of an item and got only one - for seven of the items in my last order. After unchecking substitutions for each order item things were still wrong. A container of cream cheese came in the wrong flavour and packaging damaged - had to be thrown out unused. The last time I used their service I got literally half what I ordered. I expect better when I order and pay a day ahead with Superstore. I'll be giving Sobeys North my business. The prices are not hugely different and they are never out of items I use.

I like the prices and they have pretty good produce (better than some more expensive grocery stores in town). The shopping baskets are not high quality however and I’ve broken 2 in my visits, which makes for embarrassing and awkward grocery trips. The shelves are sometimes empty of items. The area of the city can be a bit sketchy, though I’ve noticed security guards at times.

This is a wonderful grocery store because they actually baked their bread from scratch that's natural especially pumpernickel bread with fresh made spinach dip available in the deli section and specialty sections of the store. While ever so massive including clothes with food is pretty bizzare and while I'm out grocery shopping I'll continue buying clothes probably not from this location because of this reasoning it just doesn't make sense nor do I find anything very useable at a fair price anyways. Although despite having electronics and furniture available which I've purchased both of including actual hardwood TV stand which was nice and my ex has I also think that the electronic section is too ancient cheap and pretty much a waste of five to ten dollars vs a Walmart experience which is true of course exceptions can exist over cellular products of course naturally.

They sell expired foods, and unless you know when to go exactly, alot of items are missing, or just not in good shape when we go for a big haul. Have to go to other stores. While superstore is generally a little cheaper then most grocery stores, I would rather pay slightly more for better quality, non expired foods in a good environment that's readily available. Also once I tried the online ordering thing to pick up the next morning, and I'm sure they pre picked it because the new milk was sour!! UPDATE : Thanks for the reply Superstore. I upgraded the rating. We were able to return the already expired product today and got a full refund. Still at 3 star because I still stand by the rest of the statement, and because I was disappointed about the sour Milk quite a while ago. But thank you for your reply, and you're already improving.

Always liked the Nanaimo Superstore location. Its easy to get to if your from out of town. Food selection is pretty darn good and you can catch some great sales if your a PC reward card holder collecting points. The pharmacy located here is my go to for prescriptions, they always have what I need and pretty quick turnaround time, usually 20-45 mins, which means I can get a bit of shopping done. Never had nothing but good rapport with the staff here. They're helpful and friendly.

Great Canadian Superstore in Peterborough well what can I say it's like any other Great Canadian Superstore wide selection of vegetables everything you need in a grocery store which is only a hop skip and jump away from your Cottage if you're lucky one to have a cottage up in that area definitely a good stop before golden to the cottage or if you live there a great place I have in the living Scarborough so it's too far for me to go but when I do my deliveries up there I definitely go there for my lunch great I grab me some lunch and me and a bun and I make my own sandwich fantastic

Can't say anything bad about Superstore. They have a massive selection, their prices are always good and usually cheaper than anywhere else, the deli staff is always helpful, and sale prices are great. Costco has larger quantities and Save-On has some specifics, but Superstore has selection, bulk, and just lots of everything you could want. Great supermarket!

My favorite superstore in nanaimo! I find everything I need here. Huge selection of bakery items. International isle. Natural and healthy isle. Prices here are competitive. For example the Nescafé espresso jar is about $2 cheaper than other stores claiming best prices guaranteed. Optimum card is available. I haven’t used the points yet though. There is a halal fridge with lamb shanks. Yum! Baby food and baby stuff are really one of the greatest! More stuff than babies r us or Walmart. Also a good selection of organic baby food. If you buy food by bulk, this is your place. If you want a ready sandwich, salad, chicken, etc; this is the place to go.

My favorite grocery store with one unfortunate exception. I went to the Express checkout (15 items or less) to discover a customer ahead of me with a full shopping cart, of at least 50 items. After several delays for price-checks and such, he was on his grinning way after about 10 minutes, by which time the line had grown to 6-8 customers. I asked the cashier why she allowed this to happen, since the purpose of the Express line was to save time. She said she wasn't allowed to direct customers to the regular checkouts. I regret not making a complaint at Customer Service at the time.
