Good store but very poor customer service i got at check out it was my turn and i put my shopping basket on the counter The Old lady June took stuff out of it may b 6-7 items and she started making faces and showing as this is a tough job for her n she as a cashier is not supposed to do it .... then i asked that Lady June do u want me to scan my card first ? I just asked this small question Bcoz she asked a man who was infront of me so I thought she wd like to do it first too And then she replied very very rudely and harshly Madam let me do my job first !! I asked her what has happened to her i just asked a simple question she is not suppose to talk to customers like that but she didnt stop... then i asked for supervisor she told me sure sure u go ahead ... showed she doesn’t bother whoever comes :-/ she called supervisor name loudly without using the intercom they usually have and the poor guy came from the back side ... I think supervisor is supposed to get some respect too but lady June doesn’t believe in respecting ppl not even her own supervisor bcoz she might know that store management wont be able to do anything or they might dont say anything else she wouldn’t have misbehaved infront of supervisor . Then that nice man came and lady June instead of giving me a chance to speak she started again WOW !!! I explained to supervisor and he helped me in my checkout to another counter and he apologized me but the old lady June just didnt stop there she kept telling other customers loudly abt me that im upset ???? and that nice supervisor kept apologizing me bcoz he was embarrassed too by her inappropriate behavior . In conclusion i wd say Nofrills need to higher young and efficient staff who can do their job happily and efficiently bcoz we are the customers who are buying stuff and the staff get their salaries from our money whom they are disrespecting I wont spend my hard earned money to get this kind of service at Nofrills next time its better to go to Walmart they have far more better service. Definitely wont recommend it if u want to avoid such frustrated ppl.

Either No Frills needs to get the Express lane back, incorporate self checkout, or somehow increase efficiency in the cashiers because everytime I go into No Frills there are line ups. The prices are right. There are even a few things here such as light peanut butter that are cheaper than Costco. There is not a tonne of selection but it's kinda good because it forces you to make more economical choices which saves you money. They have some younger people that work there that sometimes are being silly or just not working but they also have lots of great employees who are very friendly as well. Have to bag your own stuff but the savings are worth it. Been shopping here for at least 5 years and can't find anywhere else that has the same deals except maybe Costco sometimes (but some things you really just can't buy bulk if you do not have a large family).

If I need a loonie for a cart there should be a way for me to get a dollar without going the bank or waiting inline for a till its 2020. Get a coin machine. Excpet for that and tipycal little grocery store mistakes, this store is usually fairly clean, they go very hard with covid regulations and have a system in place, it does move fairly quickly at the till which is nice

No frills the name says it all... everything had a fresh coat of yellow Chinese lead filled paint when it was first built. The paint is wearing off probly into whatever product couldn't sell at superstore. Which brings up my next comment about selection, which isn't like a real grocery store. More like XS cargo of food. Superstore couldn't sell the stock of harvest crunch so I did pick up a box for 2 bucks.. prices are good but I really wouldn't plan to feed a household shopping exclusively at no frills. If u can't find it at no frills it's because superstore didnt over order and panic before the expiry date. I wont even attempt to look in the direction of produce... butcher shop... can't say but if I'm right about the XS cargo part then your gonna want some hp sauce to go with it

This is where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping, for the most part they have the cheapest prices and some of the best deals, I easily shop for a family of 4 (3 of whom are Male and 2 of those being teenagers) for $100-150 a week which is usually alot harder than it sounds with the cost of living these days. And on top of the great prices here you get to earn money back through the optimum points programs, this store is really a win, win. The only negative that I feel there is, is the lack of a deli/bakery and that you have to bag your own groceries, so it's not ideal if you're in a rush.

Yes it cheaper than other grocery stores in town , but be careful -sale prices are sometimes not in the system , cashiers enter wrong code or items are misplaced . It happens often and you are overcharged. If you catch it takes a long time to get your money back and you do not get an apology .
