That's not even a pretzel. It's a pretzel shaped super oily bun sprinkled with some sea salt. Best way to eat is after buying through it to the nearest garbage. The owner is rude..not worth paying anything.. but I paid$ 5 ..

It's an alright pretzel - tried Italian one and Toscana. Not as fluffy as most and pretty skinny. Service was food and getting a pretzel is quick.

Mr. Pretzels is incredibly fast with their orders. On the way, they have the most hot and quick pretzels. Not only that, but Mr. Pretzels provides excellent customer service! The employees are kind and courteous to their customers. I would absolutely refer a friend to this establishment; keep up the wonderful job!

Waited 20 min for my order then lied to me about my order being ready as half the order was missing and accused me of a lie. Will never go to this place again and I love soft pretzel. But the service is just too poor !!!
