Love this place. All the choices of ice cream flavors (including a coconut based ice cream, which is good for lactose intolerance and vegans), cones/bowls choices, the many unlimited toping choices. So nice to finally have an option if your lactose intolerant and still can have ice cream. The service is friendly and happy to answer any questions too.

This is the 3rd time I've gone to Marble Slab. I've randomly gone to see if this was a one off but sadly it's not. Each and every time I've gone in there was lots of missing inventory. Dust and dirt on displays even the cotton candy bags for sale have dust and hair all over them. The shelves are empty. This time all if the waffle makers are black with dirt and spilled waffle mixture on the counters and under the machines. It's hard and dusty as if it's been like there for days. If the chain knew about this they would be closed down. They need to be inspected as they make there ice cream in house and by looking at the kitchen this ice cream is going to make us sick. They are dirty and way over priced. I feel for the employee getting yelled at daily for this disgrace of the place. We need a Dairy Queen and Marble Slab should be shut down.

Yesterday was my first time going here and I am absolutely disgusted !! I found a light brown hair in my ice cream cup just a few bites in and I made the mistake of feeling awkward about going inside and asking for a new one. I will not be returning back there!! On top of that they hardly even put any toppings I had to say “is it ok if u could add a bit more toppings “ the girl helping me looked at the other girl and just stared at each other. Terrible experience.

Went this evening wishing for ice cream with only one add on ingredient (peanut butter cups) I asked him to add lots and left trying to find them on my ice cream . Lots of cones to choose from - waffle, waffles with edges dipped in white chocolate (with spinkles or not) or dark chocolate (with sprinkles or not) and waffles bowls in regular, white chocolate edges or dark chocolate edges. Great variety within the selection of ice creams - cheesecake plain, salted caramel, grape, maple, all the basics and many more. Toppings to add are plentiful - skor peices, gummy bears and cookies are my favs. A variety of cakes to choose from - cookies & cream, cheesecake with strawberries, birthday (sprinkles and gummy bears in the ice cream) and a few others.

Although the ice cream is good (at least according to my wife and son), I would never eat here. Not one of the employees has any clue about food safety, touching their faces and clothing constantly, money handling etc, all without once washing their hands or wearing gloves! Long haired girls without hairnets, cones and toppings on whatever counter is handy without any sanitation attempted! I would recommend the owners get more involved with sanitary practices, if they even care!

I found long hair(about 20cm) in the ice cream so brought back and told the girls there. They acted as it can happen normally, never checked on the hair or anything and dumped as is. So I had to ask if u checked the hair. Most important thing was tho, they didn't apologize at first. Kinda unhappily treated. They both need a better service and educate themselves how to treat customers in this kind of situation. Obviously, the taste was gross with a random long hair. Yuck! Never will hit that place.

The staff are always very friendly, but my last experience was exceptional. I custom ordered a cake, received a call on the pickup day to inform me that they were closing early. I couldn't make it in on time, so the owner (Zoe) offered to stay until I was able to come in. To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement. Thanks team!!

Great selection of unique ice cream flavors. The ice cream is creamy and the flavors don't taste fake. They also offer ice cream desserts like sundaes. Ice cream comes with unlimited mix-ins which is my kids' favorite part. There a bunch of kid flavors with wild and bright colors. There are also some great adult flavors like rum and amaretto. This is my favorite ice cream place in Grande Prairie.

Why does Whitehorse have a marble slap? I have no idea, overall this is a good place for ice-cream but the hours can be spoty, hence 4 stars. I found it usually incredibly empty the few times I have stopped by but this franchise is on par with others in Canada. I feel if this was a Yukon based shop it would be much better regarded. If you want a treat or a dessert why not stop, it's not super busy and the quality and price ratio is actually great value. Honestly I am afraid it won't last very long and go the way of DQ so might be wise to check it out while it lasts.

This marble slab used to be awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and did their jobs well. The new owners are horrible. They're not friendly. There's 8-12 year olds working behind the counter. They rip you off on icecream and act like they don't know what they're doing. Cause they don't. Not going to this marble slab ever again. Not worth the horrible service.

If you are looking for a great stop for delicious ice cream, milkshakes or even ice cream cupcakes??? Yes ice cream cupcakes! So good! This place is our Fav for ice cream. Real nice and clean. Ice cream and variety is real good. The cones are super delicious. In the time we grabbed our ice cream cones and sat down to enjoy them there were a bunch of local couples coming in and out of the store to get their ice cream and go for a stroll. Seems like a popular place amongst the locals which speaks volumes on the high quality ice cream you can get there Definitely I recommend this place for some of the best ice cream you will ever have

Ice cream was okay. What stood out the most was the lack of cleanliness. Washroom was appalling... restaurant floors, tables, walls etc. were in dire need of a decent cleaning. Makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes if this is what you choose to present to the public. We would not return.

When I thoughts about the Marble Slab Creamery, my mouth is watering. I've had half a litre of Mango Ice cream with four choices of Mixins, $11.99. I would say the price points exist very fair or convenient. Flavourful taste profiles are listed in the menu made me speechless, but that because of the quality range of ingredient they use. The treasure of tasting a scoop made using modern techniques and class ingredients; easier than making a silly complaint.

The place it’s not hard to find it’s pink colorful building, You surely can’t missed this place is right beside Pizza Hut and surrounded by fast food I.e a&w, Tim Horton and KFC the seating area is clean, and it’s quick service even is only one person in charge he absolutely multi tasking indeed. What impressed me the most of all is the staff they so warm, Paula and eric is superb they are friendly and master in mixing your needs of sweet! Enjoy the great treats they have so plenty of option flavor to choose along with free condiment, add on!

Ordered a birthday cake last week for pickup on Friday. They were closed Friday with no phone call or anything. I stopped in later the next week and picked up the cake. Looks like this has happened in the past and still no actions to solving the issue!!!?? I understand that The Hair Thing could happen - we are all just humans. A big zero for them. They have a coupon out with airmiles, for a free cone. I went in to use it, and they refused to take it, and they said they do not accept them. When you have a business that is not straight foward with their business dealings, you have nothing to do with them. Their are better options in Langley, use them.

Exceptional “overpriced” ice cream! Foot hills ice cream can be found at multiple locations (muskoseepi park) the Ice cream is delicious for 1/2 the price. I was disappointed when they tallied up to small cones for $14.

Never again, the customer service sucked, this girl serving us was acting like she didnt care about her job, she was rude and didnt listen at all i ask for a large chesse cake in a cup she went and scooped it and it was vanilla, i had to tell her where it was i asked for oreos for a topping and she was putting gummy bears on. Even my husband told her to start listening. Never again and Not impressed at all.
