Located in the former NSLC drive thru store on Welton street. You'll need to enter the plaza parking lot to access store. Very friendly, clean store. Fast and accurate. It's Starbucks so be prepared to pay a premium. Overall a great store with excellent products and service.

This was a very interesting place! I’m giving 5 stars to the hardworking staff wearing mask all day long and working hard for many hours to serve us while keeping society safe. Instead, I don’t know what I should give to those customers not wearing mask, although required with clear signs, disrespecting others and putting lives of these awesome staff as well as others in danger. This branch separated the lines for orders and washroom. All people were required to wear mask while inside the coffeeshop. However, in the washroom line, all people except me were absolutely maskless. They might either have run out of mask or felt uncomfortable wearing mask for couple of mins, Very disappointing!

This is my regular stop on my travels. Normally they are very good but this evening they didn’t seem very interested in taking my order. I had pre-ordered an espresso already but decided to get something else. After seeing two employees walk by and look at me, one had done it twice, without a word I decided to grab my espresso and go somewhere else. Hopefully they will go back to their normal service which was always great.

Id give 1 star but the barista on bar was pleasant on Saturday morning and our drinks were correct. Unfortunately the other 2 she was stuck working with were two of the worst staff I’ve ever debt with, anywhere! From the one on drive through wiping her snotty nose repeatedly with her hand and than not washing her hands as she grumpily worked.. Than the til staff wasn’t listening to our requests, than argued with us over her errors. Tried to make use feel as if it were our responsibility they do the job right... Our breakfast sandwiches were over cooked, half to hard to eat and went into the trash. We did the best we could to make the experience tolerable... Happy I’m not a local!

(There r no words). I have put 1 star here because you have to put one there. Starbucks to me first and foremost is how the staff have always treated customers, like every customer is royalty. It is who they are to me, drinks come second to how Starbucks is so friendly and helpful, like customers are family here when they enter. Here, I felt afraid and ignored and pushed aside when trying to talk to anyone really. I pray I never experience this again. So sad????I left there crying.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've been too. Every time we come in there is a line. I find that there are busier locations with faster service. This is probably due to staffing as there isn't many on location. I'll still continue to go as it's Starbucks but I'm more likely to go to the one on save on.

Standard nice pretty new Starbucks on University Avenue. Just a head's up that the highway in front is not as laid out as well as it could be. Can be a bit tricky getting into the Starbucks from the main road if you are coming up the hill and have to cross traffic. Better off taking the earlier Staples entrance or going up to the lights and doubling back through the parking lot.

Asked for Skinny Mocha syrup. Barista Jaycie stated abruptly "we don't have skinny mocha" I kindly asked what they did have (as in other sugar free syrups) Jaycie rather rudely stated "We have normal mocha" and walked away. When my coffee was made she simply stated my order and walked away even thought I said thank you. Not sure why she feels the need to speak dow to paying customers. Especially seeing as I paid 5 bucks for a drink. I'm really disappointed in her attitude and supreme lack of customer service. I get people can be annoying, and we all have off days. But this attitude and abrasiveness to simple and reasonable question isn't acceptable in the service industry. Really disappointed. I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to the other Starbucks off Dunmore road by the Walmart form now on. Really disappointed...

Bipolar staff.. where did they hire these kids? 1 guy made a sarcastic pun about tips after I told him "Yes I want my change back", because I dont think I need to give extra when Im already paying 6$ for a Coffee. No signage that indicates that there are no washrooms and no seating. I wore a mask, stood where I was told and stayed well more than 6 feet from other guests. While I stood and ate the food that they can continue to prepare under Covid rules for me to consume and was drinking my coffee when it was rudely demanded of me to leave. Without any opportunities for conversation of kindness. When I approached the manager to indicate the rudeness of the employee she indicated that the expectation is that all customers leave immediately. I asked how that expectation was being communicated and she indicated I should take my business to another Starbucks in town - which have open seating. Indeed, I would not have come in to the establishment had the seating situation, washroom closure and expectation been clear before I walked in. As other reviews have suggested they ought to simply be a drive-thru. Will not be back.

Most of the time, I order regular drinks, but new drinks like pistachio frapp and sugar cookie is not worth the money. It doesn't taste like pistachio at all and sugar cookie is worse than the ones you get at grocery stores that are the same price for more. Didn't like how I tasted just flour throughout. I won't be trying any new desserts or drinks. I asked for extra caramel topping and they put in about half a cup of caramel syrup in the frapp. I drank syrup half of the time. Even the bottom was covered in caramel syrup. Never had this happen.

To start; I’m from out of town. I figured I might as well stop by on a cloudy day and get a refreshing frappuccino (grande) to lighten my mood a little bit. The server I specifically had was an absolute dream, I’d come back over and over to see her again. The service was immaculate and I can’t fathom a place with better customer care. To top off my entire experience amidst such a day, I received a small heart next to my name on the label! But it didn’t end there; no no no. This store was the busiest store I have ever been to. The employees did a great job keeping the line moving and informing the customers of where they were in the order line. These employees deserve every tip they get for dealing with that kind of pressure and endurance.

This is a really good location for my friends and I to get a nice refreshing drink on hot days. We have had a couple problems though. One of my friends keeps having his mobile order forgotten and gets it late or not at all. We ask for light ice so we can have more to drink but they pack it to the top.

Not quite the level I have come to expect with Starbucks unfortunately. The beverages are very different each time depending on the barista. It may be this location is overwhelmed by volume which leads to slow and varied service. The covid precautions were very meagre considering the local numbers of late.

Some staff were awesome but most were very rude. They made me wait until they had finished the drive thru before they ever even took my order. Bathrooms were closed. They had at least 7 staff working and the whole store was empty and still it took them 10 minutes to take and make my order of a grande Americano and caramel macchiato. Was very unsatisfied

It’s a drive thru Starbucks, nothing more needs to be said. It’s great, but except the drive thru can sometimes pile up during peak times (which is understandable). The worst is actually the parking lot, I don’t know what drugs the engineer was on when they designed it, but it is incredibly awkward to get in and out in a location filled with the worst drivers I’ve ever seen. Covfefe isn’t good, parking lot is annoying.

I order through the app 10min in advance, so I can come, grab and go! When I got there the drive through was full to the street! So I phoned and ask if I could come inside to grab instead! By that, it is going to 15min! When I went inside and ask for my order, one of the ladies told it was not ready! So I ask for a refund, but she kept telling that no matter what my order was not going to be ready any faster! I spent 5min trying to get a refund, and I end up leaving, without a coffee, and them keeping my money!

I like Starbucks drinks, and customer service in all location except 555 sixth street because when I asked a lady for grande steam milk with one pump of chai, she wanted to charge me for chai tea latte and we had discussion that is that location is different Starbucks than the other Starbucks. The manager of The store had no clue and she was helpless. When there is option for choosing drinks and adding syrups, why they do not follow the instructions so the manager had no idea and she told me that she is going to talk with her big manager. I think, I should not get any drinks from that location.
