Like all Tim Horton's, the drive thru is 100 percent faster, always 2 or three people waiting in line to be served. One day, they may realize people who wait tio long will walk out. Go through the drive thru, save yourself the aggravation of seemingly being ignored in store.

The place needs a serious cleaning. Window sills by the booths are covered with food and spills, bathroom walls are gross as is the floor, front of counters have old spills running down them, window coverings are dirty, rafters need cleaning so the dust bunnies don't fall in my food and generally needs a deep clean. Terrible wait times, all the old good staff left due to poor management, and the few that stayed NEED the job. The rest are all younger kids who don't want to work, so they take their time instead of caring about speed, like they used to. Every wait in the drive thru is over 20 minutes. It's pretty bad that people who immigrated into this country work better than the ones here, but oh well. They are the best employees here.

Bathroom was a total mess. The drive-thru was crazy busy so in-store service was slow as is normal. Not the easiest Tim's to access because of how it's located. Exiting is just as bad unless you use the drive-thru then it's a bit easier.

It's always clean and tidy however it is usually running out of eggs mid morning and out of items after 530pm since it's change too 9pm close. That's too bad I don't go hardly any more just because of this. It might be better if they have better stock to the end of the night and just sold day's end stock off cheaper. Or allowed staff to take it home or gave it to helping Hamilton homeless. It's a tax write off.

Staff are friendly and welcoming ,when they manage to get around to serving you. Like previously noted the day staff seem to have a laxed almost too laxed approach on serving a line up. Expect to stand in line anywhere from 2 minutes minimum to as much as 4-5 minutes max. Food and drink is good . Overall atmosphere is good. Service poor.

Tha place was nice and people working were good. I am stranded and 4 hours away from home because I took the wrong bus and I am lucky that timhortons was 24/7 with free wifi and safe place too. The only thing I noticed was there was no outlet or plug to charge ones personal phone or any gadget while on standby having your meal at the place. I think that should be considered too because it 24/7 open for people to come and go.

The servers have better customer service qualities than some of the managers. This is the only Tim Hortons in a two block radius so naturally it attracts a lot of customers. During peak hours you could be looking at 5-10 mins wait time for a coffee which is too long. I have seen customers wait, turn around and head to the coffee shop next door. Don't employ an old hag with an entitled attitude to manage your business. Employ someone who is driven, that appreciates their position and creates a positive environment, someone who is looking to change things for the better everyday.

They make a decent Americano. Some Tim Hortons carry soymilk and can make a iced soy latte which are pretty good. You have to ask each location. I don't eat wheat or pasteurized dairy and have never had their food or dairy products. Bathrooms were clean too. Staff were friendly.

I have been going to this Tims since I moved around the corner in September and never had an issue until now. I'm always polite, and understanding as I to have worked at a Tim Hortons and know how difficult the job can be, but the service I got today was unacceptable. I ask for the same thing every day, a Large Ice Coffee made with White Milk as my stomach cant tolerate cream, and when I asked for a simple modification it seemed to be a problem. First the worker put cream in the cup so when i pointed out that is was made with milk, she dumped out the cream, didnt get me a new cup and put double the amount of what i thought was milk in the cup. i didnt say anything but should have. When i got home and took a sip i realized that she didnt even put milk in the cup when is asked her. now i have an ice coffee i cant drink without getting sick cause in not only has cream in it but DOUBLE the amount of cream. i should have gotten my drink as i requested without a fuss, instead i was met with hostility

Slow service. Food was good, coffee alright, iced Capp was made as wrong as could be. Messy on the top and dripped all over the place, asked for chocolate milk and cream but there was no cream, which is why it foamed up and they didn’t mix it properly. Couldn’t even drink it and couldn’t go back to get it replaced. Just go to McDonald’s.

I am really blown away by the efficiency of the staff! Quick service and no mistakes! Within a week of going there they remembered all my special quirks when ordering. The lady that is making food in the afternoons even noticed that I separate my butter from the soup bag and started packing it separately. Food is Tim Hortons good

I go to this Tim's almost every day, well my wife and I at least. They're always friendly and polite, always engage in small talk and seem to enjoy familiar faces! Not knocking other Tim's but this one makes ice capps perfectly, not too dark not too light. They've done a great job. Nothing better to relax than to go to your favorite Tim's and get your favorite treat. It's a Canadian institution and these folks understand that! All the staff rock!

Where do I start? Tim Hortons is supposed to be a friendly environment. This one, however, is NOT. Members of the staff are being bullied, can't say they were very pleasant to the customers either. I don't want to walk into a tim hortons and see staff members being bullied by other staff members. Guys, this is your job, have some fun and remember to be positive. I just can't get over the fact that there are some people out there that hate their job so much that they have to belittle the people around them. Also, coffee was burnt. Line up really doesn't move that fast in drive thru (even though they have 4 people at drive thru), or inside, which theres usually one person per till even when its busy. There is not very much parking, and its an awkward little parking lot. I do not suggest this tim hortons for anyone to stop. Go to McDonalds. They're slow too but better attitude and somedays a little quicker. Once again, Stop bullying your team-mates.

This is the slowest Tim's in the world if you are inside. They are only worried about the drive thru. 15 minutes in line and 4 people served ahead of me. I even asked them to fix it and they just changed the lid and thought I wouldn't notice. 2 sugar 1 cream but they always want to put 2 cream 1 sugar.... Not the greatest experience, they forgot to include my donut (honey crueler) which I was looking forward to after a week in the woods, and on the breakfast sandwich, the bacon was cold, and so was the cheese. This place is starting to get pretty run-down and dingy. It is always super-busy and it seems like the poor staff don't have a lot of opportunity or time to tidy up or make food perfectly every time. The food is okay to sub-par and the coffee is adequate. Try using the cold and robotic self-serve ordering screens if you want to save some time. Feels more and more like something from a dystopian futuristic movie or a prison cafeteria every time I go in.
