Best donuts ever!! There are sooo many unique flavours to choose from as well, vegan options too! All amazing. There is coffee/lattes etc. available as well. Quite a bit of seating to eat in as well. Service is super fast and great! Definitely recommend all round.

Incredible experience every time I go! The donuts are to die for - I can never eat Timmie's donuts because they just taste like fake sugar and it legit makes me sick. But these ones taste like real batter, real frosting, and all that other good stuff. My partner always says that he knows a good donut place by the quality of their boston cream and he was very impressed.

SuzyQ donuts are fantastic. A fun treat if you're meeting up with friends or family. Avoid Tim's, enjoy far better donuts and support a local business. This location is conveniently located next to Ministry of Coffee so you can get your coffee and donut fix in one spot.

My dad has lived in Hintonburg for 60 years. He does NOT own a bank card or credit card. He went to this location and they would NOT accept his cash, he was sad as he wanted donuts to dunk. This whole covid thing is stupid, but not accepting cash is even stupider. Anyways I went there with my credit card and bought him 12 donuts, HOLY COW 40$ Well won't ever be getting our business again.....

You know it’s a good thing when there’s a line up before the place opens - even when it’s below zero. Walking in first thing in the morning is a glorious experience. The smell of freshly baked donuts wraps around and transports you to a special place. The trickiest part is the selection - so many choices. I’m a big fan of the maple bacon and dirty chocolate. If you want some great donuts - this is a great place.

Hands down best donuts I had in my entire life. The dough is so soft and delicious (not full of grease like most places), and the toppings are just divine. Prices are pretty reasonable as well, about 3$ each. Mango-coconut is a must try.

We ordered six donuts there and they were amazingly good. Nice selection as well. They also have coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate; they even sell loose leaf tea. The prices aren't bad; it was 3 for $9 or 6 for $12. The ambiance is very nice as well.

Tasty donuts and different flavours that you might as well go every day . My favourite of all times has been the smoothie and the lime-margarita one.Very friendly staff . Vegan choices too . I recommend getting early-ish as if you go close to closing time ,your option of flavours is gonna be very different , basically whats leftover (no much food waste so love it) . I also think they change their recipe or I don’t know but lately their donuts have become my favourite of all Ottawa area. They are veryyy good . Before they were like good but not my favourite but their donut game is strong now !!! Good job Suzy Q !

Wow, these aren't your average donuts! Suzy Q puts TLC and creativity into each donut. They look like works of art. Now the prices are a bit expensive and the lines can be long at times but overall it's a great treat once in a while.

Loooove SuzyQ and their airy fluffy donuts. Lots of creative and tasty options and changing menu. Mango coconut, rasberry cassis and CT crunch are some of my favourites. I'm sure there's something for everyone here. Service is quick and you won't be in line for too long.

I’ve generally always had positive experiences with Suzy Q’s and I do strongly believe in supporting local businesses, especially during the pandemic. I have supported Suzy Q’s since its very start. However in recent times over the last few visits, the quality of service and donut-for-price has deteriorated over time...they’ve grown too big to care anymore. At my last visit, the individual at the front counter repeatedly advised me that I could not use a gift card at the counter to pay for my order and that I could only use gift cards online (which is not true). With a long lineup, I did not appreciate having to reiterate and clarify numerous times. Then, the individual did not even take accountability once she realized it was indeed possible to pay via gift card. Moreover, and probably most frustrating, my order was wrong! For premium donuts at $20 for a half-dozen, I should not have check my order, especially since there was already the gift card issue and a lineup behind me where we need to respect physical distancing. I wasn’t about to just stand around to open the box or line up again. Suzy Q donuts are not cheap relative to other donuts in the Ottawa area, so they should at least come with equivalent level of service and accuracy, at the very least. When I respectfully raised my issue well over a week ago privately to info(at)suzyq.ca, I didn’t even receive any acknowledgement or a response. That's not right. While I can appreciate the need for kindness and patience even more so during the pandemic, I would have appreciated a bit more of both from Suzy Q, who has progressively lost my respect and business over time.

Wow! These were excellent. We bought a dozen and brought them into the office. Everyone was happy. My wife said the maple bacon was thr best donut she ever had. The day we went, they did not have any boston creme ready. I look forward to going back for one. Of this has a lot of good filling, I found my nirvana.

I'm not sure what I could write about Suzy Q that hasn't been said already. Delicious donuts that are continually pumped out fresh and warm, you will not get a stale donut here. Great regular rotation and seasonal donuts too! Line up is worth the wait. Pricing is really good for the phenomenal quality. If you've been lucky enough to catch a fresh maple bacon donut, heaven in your mouth.
