A clerk will see and come back saying that she does not know why this sign was there because it says grape juice on it in small. We can all have our day and you can not wait to finish your shift, but comments like that, it is not said! Ps: I went to Maxi after and I had a beautiful smile! When I first found this, we thought it was a probably a tiny shop and we were always going to a Provigo further away because it's our favourite place to get our essentials. This location is right down the street and has some of the greatest quality foods and best prices, deals, specials, and even the discount rack of items about to expire is always amazing. There's also always people on the floor for assistance, and they're always working not just standing around killing time. It's no wonder this chain is doing so well!

Good for high-end / quality products. Beautiful interior decorating. Not as affordable though - for example, you can literally get the exact same muffins at Maxi for $2 cheaper. Their range of dog food is also very limited, with only 1 option for puppy food. It's a nice shop, but feels like they're being a bit too upper class.

I just went two times in a row to buy fresh salad. Another time it was the chicken packed the same day which was not fresh. I strongly recommend that you look at dairy foods, sometimes already past the expiration date and still on display. It often misses the price display on various foods which can be frustrating. The service leaves something to be desired as well. I know the heart stories of many employees without ever having invited such sharing. To avoid if possible. Went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very modern, nice layout, fresh and varied produce. Also, it had some additional departments, sch and the confectionary and hand made chocolates, etc. I even found some non-traditional cake (see hamburger cake). I also bought a few of their specialty cupcakes. Positively amazing flavour and freshness. I will return.

Great place go get the freshest meat, vegetables, fruits, seafood/fish, bread and cheeses. But a bit pricey than most grocery stores, but pretty good selection of overall food items. But I don't shop there for typical shelved or frozen goods, maxi will offer you the same stuff for much cheaper. But meat, vegetables, fruit, seafood/fish and the sushi is pretty decent if you go early in the day around noon so it's fresh.

Nice experience. This place offers a lot. You have a big section for pastry, cheese, fish or even for meat and bakery. Good variety of product and products are very fresh. Love the choice of veggies an fruits they offer. Great selection of organic veggies and fruits too. They have section for kitchen, seasonal and clothing. Personally I don't buy clothes at a grocery store but it seems to be a good quality. You have great structure lots to park and close to other facilities such as a co-op, dollorama and a sushi place. It's accessible to people with reduce mobility. Price are good for what you pay. It's good products. So, I'm ready to pay more for what I get. You have cashiers or selves serve cashes. Up to you to decide which service you want. Great service too and I was always able to find someone to answer my questions while searching for a product. I recommand this place for search and I will go again for sure.

The good: they have a fair variety of product compared to some other stores; and you can earn PC/Optimum points quicker if you shop here. The bad: you're paying too much for everything, I think because they are spending money on trying to look fancy. Guess what? It's just groceries. Descent but not perfect. This location was converted from a Loblaws to a Provigo to go after an upscale market. While they have a nice selection of cheese and meats, the cost is too high when compared to Costco. The craft beer section often has out of date and out of season offerings and is considerably higher prices than Rapido.

This used to be a well run grocery store. Lately they have really let things go. Very little is stocked. The COVID measures that they initially started with are becoming less and less enforced. The last visit I had the hand washing station garbage was overflowing. Also it seems that no one is enforcing any kind of hand hygeine. This is such a basic measure that can and should be taken.Major infection control issues. I think it's time to find a better location.

Just like any other Provigo store anywhere, what can I say but that it sells mostly everything food related. Whether it be for animals or Peoples, they have it. What I can say however, is that the people that work there are always willing to help you find what your looking for, even if they have to go get it in the back/freezer, they will still get it for you and do it with kindness the whole way. Also, they usually have a pharmacy inside as well.

I used their curbside pickup service a few times and each time, they tell me that they were not able to apply my PC points to the order. I have over 60$ in PC points and each time I shop here, I'm told after the fact that they were not able to deduct my points because of a glitch in the system. In terms of having a wide variety of overall products, this Provigo does well - from clothes to delicatessen. The Butcher is better than most grocery stores - excellent at answering questions and making recommendations ! So is the Pharmacist - extremely knowledgeable about both prescriptions and counter products ! Only criticism is that the choices, and sometimes quality, in the fresh produce section are wanting.

This is my regular grocery store. For most things they are very good the biggest standout is the Pharmacy where they go above and beyond anything I have experienced to help their customers, however there are several areas where they have persistant ongoing issues. The first one quite often the shelfs are not stocked especially sale or promoted items it does not seem to change with what day of the week you shop. Secondly on several occasions I have bought fruit only to get home to find its rotten inside, it's also not uncommon to find fruit with mould and that is off so you really have to inspect anything thoroughly. The third habit this store has is to pack things that are very close to expiry, I have had several experiences where I was rushing and bought Yogurt and Milk that was a day or so away from expiry. The forth thing they do that's finally spurred this review is sub par meat where the butchering and processing is horrible and once you get home to separate the meat you find mutilated unusable pieces of meat hidden underneath the better looking pieces on top concealing it, so essentially you might have thought you bought six pork Chops, but only four are usable with the other two horribly processed mutilated with mostly Bone and Fat masquerading as a pork chop . Pretty much I can say if anything like this happens again, I will be shopping elsewhere especially considering the premium prices they charge for their products.
