Incredible new bakery. Fougasse is delicious, muffins are amazing and large too. If you live cheese they have cheese breads and cheese croissants that will make your day. It's becoming a family event to go there weekly or more. Sometimes there's gluten-free options too

wow! went in for my first time to see what they had and grab a loaf of bread and was blown away! everything looked so amazing! She greeted me instantly and gave me time to look and suggested some things to try since it was my first time there. The bread was fresh out of the oven and tasted amazing! This morning I stopped by after hearing about it for over a year. I was not impressed to be honest. As I walked in the woman took a while to greet me. I mentioned to her that it was my first time here and I've herd alot about the place. She never explained anything to me she was mostly in the back and never talked to me. I was at the place to order and she was still not smiling not even interested in serving me, it took a while for her to even notice that I was ready to order. I ordered a couple of pastries and even meat. As I walked to the cash I noticed sandwiches in which are way to overpriced, I looked for a second and she said to me " if your going to keep looking I've got work to do", she said this to me on a rude tone and while her back was facing me, she wasn't even looking at me. Once I arrived at work I noticed 2 of the 6 things that I ordered were missing and I couldn't see if I was billed me for it as she did not give me my recipt ... I have worked years and and I am still working with the public and I find her customer service very poor, she was more rude then anything actually. I've even taken client relations courses and it's worth it, maybe she should try it. I will probably not be going back here. I find other bakeries in the region offer way better service and better for your buck. Wakefield bakery is the best so far. Hopefully your experience was better then mine.
