Delay and no follow up. I was supposed to get groceries delivered between 1:30 & 4pm. 4:15pm no groceries delivered yet...so I called them...a lady told me that they are running late and will take another hour. 1 hour passed and nothing yet. Called back then she said that the delivery guy went to a completely different address and might take him another 15 to 20 min to get to my place. The delivery guy couldn't get hold of me so I ended up picking my groceries up the following day. Once home found out that my chicken and steak were frozen!!! What a terrible experience!!! Never ordering from them ever again.

Great store with excellent staff and selection. But very frustrating that their produce department relies so heavily on plastic packaging. They wrap everything from typically loose bulk foods like snap peas, tomatoes and mushrooms, to vegetables that don't even need to be wrapped like broccoli and cauliflower, and even vegetables that deteriorate in packaging like asparagus. Really wish they would get with the times.

Good store and been going there for a long time, but I don't agree with their COVID policy where customers must grab a shopping cart even though they don't need one. Supposedly to help them keep count of the customers inside. Even though they say they clean them, still a risk and specially for a Health Care workers, or someone that already has health problems. Clean, always fresh. Always lots of staff on hand in every department. It's a little more expensive than your cheap discount chains but you're paying for quality and service. Yes they bag your groceries, they will go out of their way to find a product or answer for you. They also have great weekly specials and promotions too. I find this one a tad superior than other IGA I've visited (coincidence???). Enjoy.

Love this IGA! Layout is intuitive, service is friendly and they have lots of choices.
