I visit this coffee shop very frequently. The customer service is top notch. They have a great selection of coffee as well as tea. I often will go there to also have their sandwiches. This coffee shop has the freshest coffee beans in town. The selection is impressive. They have coffee from several countries. All coffee is what is called “fair trade”. This means that this coffee shop supports the actual growers of the coffee you love! The selection of tea is quite varied too. Ranging from red teas to superb green teas, all in bulk; it is difficult to find these products anywhere else in town. Personally, I buy the raspberry chocolate roasted flavoured coffee and about 10 different teas.

This is my edited/updated review of Aladdin Roastery. A few days ago, I went in and had an experience that was unusually not up to Aladdin's usually very high standards. Because of that, I very bitterly left a bad review, and for that I am sorry. I should add that every other expérience there has been exceptional. Less than 24 hours after I left this nasty review, the owner, responded and profusely apologized for my inconvenience. Because of his kindness, his professionalism, and the hard work he puts into his family business, I have changed my review to 5 stars. I recognize that I reviewed out of malice, and that was unfair of me. Yet this kind man responded so patiently. That deserves no less than five stars. See you all again soon, and sorry for my temper tantrum. :) All the best. P.S. my mentor loved the coffee and chocolates!
