Very good selection of coffee. Good food and beverages. Friendly service. Sadly though, they don't have a recycling bin and almost everything (salads, cakes, beverages...) is packaged in recyclable containers but it all goes to trash if you eat it there.

Il y a aussi des thés et tisanes, le tout en vrac. Ce qui permet de faire son propre arrangement de café, thés ou tisanes car le prix est unique pour chaque categorie. C'est une brûlerie qui gagne à être connue car les prix sont très très raisonnables, sans doute moins cher que les sacs de cafés commerciaux vendus dans les supermarchés. Ils broient les grains sur place si vous n'avez pas de broyeur. Ils vendent aussi des chocolats, des bonbons, des sacs de cafés et des accessoires pour faire et servir du café. Allez faire un tour ça vaut la peine. La brulerie Aladin appartient au frère et ce sont les mêmes produits.

Amazing little gem in Gatineau. I loved the atmosphere, the coffee is amazing, the food is good, and they have all sorts of cool things such as tea infused dark chocolate. I definitely recommend this place, it is a little pricey but it is worth it.
