(not everything pictured is from Du Bon Matin). A great Lebanese bakery in Gatineau! The manoushe from Du Bon Matin certainly does not disappoint, with a light dough and tasty zaatar. The store itself certainly reminded me of Lebanon, with a nice oven and community experience. The lahme bajeen didn't fare as great, but for the overall experience and my definite 'go-to' spot for manouse, I'd give Du Bon Matin 5 stars.

This is the best find of our road trip to Canada. We were looking for a Boulangerie for some Cappuccino and Croissant and instead found this place. It's all very simple but the food will take you to middle east instantly. We have had the Man'oushe (Za'atar Flatbread). It was out of this world. Prices are modic and by looking at the regular guests you can see that they are the real deal.

Not only the best zaatar in Gatineau and Ottawa, I would put this up against the best Montreal has to offer. A little more parking would be nice but in summer time we just park across the street. Fantastic food and friendly staff.
