Wrong prices on their products or placed under the wrong tags and contested by the employee at the cash register. When I mentioned it to an employee they shrugged it off as "ohh it's normal here" and when they called someone to check the price noone showed up and when the cashier asked another cashier who was on shift they refered to the employee as "the guy who always has his hands in his pockets". To my honest opinion if you work with your hands in your pockets you aren't working, I worked retail and supermarkets in the past and hand in pocket or even simply having your cellphone on you while on paid hours could result in being fired. I don't like having to pay more for products than what is announced just because someone din't do their job.

Les viandes et les poissons sont de bonne qualité. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. On peut faire son épicerie en ligne et passer la chercher. Je l'ai fait une fois et les produits frais étaient aussi beaux que si je les avais choisis moi-même. Seul bémol, le prix élevé des fruits et légumes. En revanche, ils sont frais et de bonne qualité. Il y a souvent des rabais du gérant qui ne sont annoncés nul part. J'aime y faire mon marché car on ne se pile pas sur les pieds. Ça vaut vraiment la peine d'avoir sa carte PC Optimum. Elle permet d'accumuler des points rapidement et parfois d'obtenir un rabais supplémentaire sur un produit déjà en solde. Je l'ai adopté.

I still like the people at this store. It's small so selection is not great. Pay a bit more than in Ottawa, but my biggest beef like any restaurant or store is when they advertise hours but won't let you in 5-15 minutes before published closing hours. If you don't want people to come during business hours then post the hours for 15- 30 minutes prior to what you advertise now. . Having a security guard and staff member at door prior to advertised closing is not good customer service. You have staff working later to close for a reason.

To many times, my items that I purchase at 50% off I pay full price for. Once I paid for zucchini but she forgot to put it in the bag which was my vegetable for my meal with my dad. They sell stuff that is either expired when it's discounted or a day before expiring. I don't find their customer service very helping. Selection is sparse, especially for organic produce in spite of a ton of local farmers that have various, onions, cabbage, potatoes, etc for sale year-round. Too many vegetables from thousands of kilometers away, wrapped in an abundance of plastic and styrofoam, when again, many of these are produced hydroponically in Canada of the winner and are available at other grocery stores. Seafood and meat sections again boast a dearth of sustainable or local sources of either. Service is friendly, and beer selection is decent. Also like they it isn't a mega store and sells a minimum of non-grocery items (no clothes, kitchenware, etc.)
