I spent one week around Gaspésie area and this is probably the worst croissant I've had. Reminds me of the ones from Costco. It is flat and wasn't flaky at all. Although soft to the touch, it was lacking the butter taste. At $2.50, a quarter more than its competitors from Québec City to Percé, I cannot recommend this.

It's the only coffee shop in Perce so there's always a line-up. It take a long time to have your coffee. I don't understand why they don't have two people managing the coffee station because the poor girl looked exhausted. She's an excellent barista though, the coffee was delicious!! You can tell it's a French Patisserie from the way the croissant and the chocolate taste :) The croquettes Madame was delicious, I recommend it for breakfast. A bit expensive and a bit too much waiting in line every morning.

Great place for cafe, sandwiches and sweets as well. Their blueberry almond pastry is one of my favorite . Plus they really love to minimize trash created by our consumption. When I asked for no cover for my latte, the gentleman totally get it. Because why do we need a plastic cover that will need 400 years to decompose when I only wanted to drink it just in their patio. ( Because of Convid 19, I did not bring my own cup).The lady also offered to put the sweet on a piece of bakery paper instead of a paper bag to minimize more waste.
