Wooooo! This bakery is so delish I get hot flashes just from thinking of it. Thankfully it's a 15-18 minute car ride away from my workplace or I'd be in serious lunchtime weight gain trouble. The sourdough loaf and their "danoises salées" are addictive and dangerously flavourful. It's well worth the visit.

On ne peut pas jouer avec la santé du public sous prétexte d'économie. C'est ABERRANT de la part de la personne inconsciente qui a pris cette décision !!! Un minimum de respect envers la clientèle et un minimum de jugement et de conscience sociale auraient été très apprécié. Sinon, hormis cet incident fâcheux, les achats que nous avons faits étaient délicieux et la jeune fille qui nous a servi a été très courtoise. Nous lui avons d'ailleurs laissé un bon pourboire. Il faut se rappeler qu'il est important de ne pas faire subir les erreurs des propriétaires à leurs employés!
