Had the chicken tenders. Have to say, they were small and some were cooked dry. As a comparison, Popeye's is much better. Fries were pretty good.

Food tasted very fresh (as in it hadn't been sitting under heat lamps) Chicken was moist and well seasoned. The chicken and potatoes are prepared from fresh, in store, and it shows.

This restaurant is decent considering the state of the restaurant. Food taste like normal Mary browns (witch is particularly good). But the establishment doesn’t have the best look the floors are usally pretty dirty, and staff gets names wrong half of the time.

Mary Brown's in GF-Windsor is one of the best on the Island. Good menu and food is always fresh and hot. The establishment is very clean, comfortable and has adequate seating for those who wish to dine-in. However, what is most obvious is that staff are so pleasant and friendly.. Good sign of contented employees! I am a frequent customer because I am a satisfied customer! I would highly recommend.

the staff is incredibly rude , they cant handle any sort of critique. & the food is NOT fresh, i would avoid this place at all cost, i wont mention the manager couldnt care any less and the Assistant Manager is worse, stay away from this place.

This place is getting worse for homeless people hanging around there. It really takes from the place as I don't even want to go there anymore. The last 2 times I went to this place my food was dry and cold. Gravy was lumpy. There are a few good staff that work there but there's times I've had really bad service also.

I was already a big fan of Mary Brown's but the one in Grand Falls-Windsor takes it to a whole new level. The buns are incredibly soft, the chicken is super crispy yet juicy from the inside and the spicy mayo just perfectly seasoned. One of the best chicken sandwich in town hands down! Highly recommend!

When we have take out we usually always go to Mary Browns and get great service. But when I went there yesterday I got great service from the girl serving but the lady cooking the chicken was horrible. No other word to describe her. I was ordering a 12 piece meal and like always I told the girl I would pay extra to get ribs and breast for the white chicken. This was never a problem. She checked it in then the lady cooking the chicken started shaking her head and saying "no I I am not doing it. She is not getting all big pieces. And there is a nine minute wait for chicken". I told the girl serving me I dont mind waiting 9 minutes and paying extra. The girl serving me went into the kitchen and told her I was willing to wait and pay extra. And once again she was shaking her head saying "no I am not doing it. All these other people are waiting for their chicken and she is not getting all big pieces." I dont know where all the other people were waiting but it was only me and my nine year old nephew there. The girl that served me was very sorry and she really tried but this lady that was cooking needs help on working with her social skills and how to talk to coworkers and have some respect the customers. Would appricate an email or phone call from Rob. I didnt place my order after her attitude and went to another resturant ordered what I wanted and they filled my request. Because of this horrible staff person you have you resturant lost out on a $40.00 order and lost a family of customers.
