Wow! Impressed with the layout. The new cooler and freezer set up is very eye-catching. Self checkout is my only issue. Have never been a fan of that service.

The only No Frills store I can actually tolerate (though that generally has nothing to do with the stores themselves). We usually find what we are looking for and the prices are good for all the basic needs. I’m sad they got rid of the boxes at the checkouts but maybe they were under-used and I suppose it’s nice having the extra space there. Service is always friendly and usually pretty quick.

Decent prices. Floor employees were friendly. I was informed by the cashier not to put my basket with items up on the counter because it will cause her problems with her wrists down the road. I said there should be a sign so she didn't have to centre me out to tell me that. She continued to ask if I was from Gananoque and informed that people from Gan know not to put there baskets on the counter. I wasn't impressed and will avoid shopping there.

A bit disappointed about their recent addition of self checkouts. However, I love this store. Even with their limiting of 3 cases of water. (FYI some of us in the village do not have suitable drinking water). *Dont fret about bottle waste - Whozzagooddog! takes clean empty water bottles for their bottle pits - like ball pits for children. Then they are recycled. ????

This is a very good store - good size with great selection of items. I was able to get all the items on my list. I have been in some No Frills that have not contained as good a selection. Staff were pleasant too.

I had an amazing experience today! I grabbed the last item in stock of a product hoping they’d have more in the back, Mr.Baldree himself went above and beyond with excellent service grabbing the product off the truck before it could even be brought into the warehouse. I had told him not to worry about it if it was too much of a hassle but he reassured me he’ll get what I was looking for and he did. Not only was the service great, Covid protocols were all in place and it was as clean as could be! Thank you so much Mr. Baldree and staff!

In a time when we've been taught to use our credit cards for tap to avoid using cash no frills in their infinite wisdom has decided to make you touch coins that are in a cup that other customers have touched so that you can take their cart & shop in their store. This is gananoque how far can the carts go !!! Thanks for unnecessarily putting your customers at risk.

I've attempted to contact customer service and the office is closed and there is no voicemail. I'd like to know why there is a sign on the front entrance that states all patrons are required to wear masks yet not a single cashier was wearing theirs properly. One had her mask dangling off of her left ear, another had his face cover around his neck and two of the cashier's cashier's weren't wearing them at all. I thought the Ontario government had mandated masks inside all all spaces and while handling food. Am I mistaken?

A massive super store in Ganinquo catering to almost 90 % of one's household needs. A very useful place with huge variety and kinds of products used in day to day life. Located at the entrance of small town of Ganinquo , famous for boating and cruises, this place is huge in size and attracts you with wide variety of stuff.

This is a nicely stocked store with good variety. I was able to buy short grained rissoto style rice here that i could not get at 2 other grocery stores. Very clean.

The only reason I am giving it one star is because it has excellent staff who are very friendly knowledgable and courteous. Unfortunately I will not be going back to do my bulk of my grocery shopping again. Go in with 20 items on my list and they’re sold out of 14 of them. And this happens on a regular basis. It’s always blamed on head office yet I go to the store on Bath Road in Kingston and that store is always fully stocked.

This store has by far the best COVID distancing and safety protocol of the grocery stores in my area I have been at during this crisis so far. The number of shoppers is limited (line up outside). There are direction signs on the floors of the aisles to keep traffic one way. The aisles have been entirely cleaned out of extra displays to allow shoppers to distance from others. Carts are provided free (no coins) and are cleaned by a staffer after each return. The line up to check out is a single one rather than separate ones for each cash, distancing marked on the floor, so that there is no blockage of the aisles. As always, the staff are professional and courteous. Well done, and thank you!

Great store. We were visiting for a week and this was our grocery store for the week, much better than the Metro down the road. Well stocked shelves, nice produce, friendly staff and decent prices. Large parking lot. Don't forget 25 cents to be able to get a grocery cart!

Constant stock issues. It's always been tolerable, with one or two sales items being sold out, but recently every single time I go in they are out of dozens of items. 10am on a Saturday and the produce section was EMPTY with no staff in sight to restock. Products are frequently discontinued as well. This is a clean store with cheap groceries and fresh produce (when it's available), but the inconsistency has become so frustrating that I will shop elsewhere whenever possible.

This is a smaller store but all the items on sale were there. I entered early so they were still stocking shelves, staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would go there if I needed groceries and I was dropping off the car again.

Upgrading freezers, good selection, line ups for cashiers can be very long on occassion. Have installed self checkout stations (8-10 i think) recommend them over cashier lines. Always a team member there to help you thru process.

Nofrills changes the source or discontinue certain products now and then. One day you can't find that product on the shelf any more. A group of sauces have disappeared recently and now the NoName 2kg bags of frozen California Mixed veggies are gone and replaced with 750g bags Looks like the supplier has changed as well since there is very little 'Mix' inside. They might as well change the name from California Mix to A Bag of Carrots and a few pieces of Broccoli & Cauliflower. ???? Ya loose a star ???? for this.

Very disappointed....travel in from Brockville and this is the third week in a row that the items advertised were not available....first time girl in butcher counter said oh we only had three of that item....next two trips was informed frozen delivery did not happen....well I have been a customer for years, back when Bev Baldree ran it, it was awesome continually disappointing and I know longer will be frustrated because I have made my last trip to no frills. I went to OReillys indep. In Prescott and got everything I was looking for....staff were very pleasant and store was very clean!

Bought a prepaid telephone card that wasn't activated properly at the cash register at the time of purchase. I went back to the store where I was told to contact the phone card's customer service....that it was not their responsibility. Customer service ( phone card) told me to take the card back to the store and have them re-scan it....and activate it properly. Glitches sometimes occur and all they had to do was re-scan it. The cashier (and management) refused, saying they would have to charge me for another phone card if they scanned it again. I'm out money for the phone card and there is nothing the store is doing about it. Not impressed.

I love No Frills. When your options are frilly patchouli selling coffee house themed grocery stores that charge premium prices, or warehouse Costco style places where often the price can be comparable, but you have to buy a shrink wrapped case of 7 two litre bottles of ketchup, No Frills fits right in between nicely. I've never been able to buy tahini there as they do not stock it, I generally can find whatever I am looking for. Cashier's are always nice too.
