Was supposed to have my son's birthday cake ready, turns out she 'forgot' and now we don't have a special cake for his birthday. Avoid at all costs.

Messaged if she could do the cake, for July 2nd, on May 31st. She cancelled the day before I was meant to pick the cake up (July 1st) she had a family emergency come up in another province, I was completely understanding and told her to worry about that and when she got back hit me up to make the cake. I had messaged her on August 3rd to reschedule. She had availability at the end of the month, I didnt get back to her. To me, she should have messaged back as the 25th came closer to see if I still wanted the cake. Nothing. This was meant to be a dream cake of mine, and it's now September 6th and I am just so upset that I had to cancel the order. She truly ruined my birthday, and didn't care enough to tell me when she could make it. Just a very displeased customer and will NEVER do business with her again. FOREVER will not recommend.
