Stellar bakery; try the turnovers! (Apple being my personal favourite, but all of them are great if you like the pie filling used.) Staff is always friendly, hours are decent enough and the revamp interior looks much tidier. Bread is also great if you eat it fast enough (I don't eat much bread so it goes stale on me, sadly.)

Bread not as good as Happy Baker . Cookies tend to get brittle and take on a sandy texture when exposed to air . Usually a sign of too much baking powder to give a false rise.

I imagine this is where you go when you die because this place is heaven. I go here for all of my bread, bakery, and guilty needs. Everything is wonderfully fresh, they have a great variety of items, and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The food here is incredible. We ordered a platter of bars for a baby shower and it was a lot more than expected! It was a huge hit, too. We also tried some rolls and purchased a loaf of vegan cinnamon bread for my sister to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Mike's for any bakery related purchases in Fredericton.

They had whole wheat hot dog buns which seem to be impossible to find these days. If I didn't currently have gestational diabetes I would of loved to try their yummy treats. Everything looked so good. Hopefully I will be back soon.
