I absolutely LOVE (and crave ;-) ) their Vietnamese subs. They call it Vietnamese Bread, or Bánh mì (in Vietnamese). They make all of the bread, and fresh ingredients in these subs. You can also find them at the Boyce Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Both their bánh mì sandwich and their pho soup I would describe as humble and glorious. The sandwiches are simple but delicious with perfect crispy baguette and the pho soup has a light and flavorful broth.

Dropped by this afternoon for some lunch, staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the beef phõ, which had a light, meaty broth and sliced beef, white onions, green onions, and rice noodles. It was served with hoisin sauce, off-brand sriracha, and a lime juice squeeze bottle. In my opinion, some more veggies and fresh lime would be nice, but for the low price I really can’t complain :) What a lovely, humble phõ soup. Reminds me of home. The summer rolls and accompanying satay peanut sauce were fantastic, great deal and filling for only $5! Will return to try their bahn mí which looked great as well! Thanks!!!!

This place has delicious banh mi. I only wish they used cilantro on them :( it would make such a difference. The bread is incredible though. I love buying it to make sandwiches at home, especially French dips.

Amazing service! I ordered the Beef Pho. It was satisfying, came with complimentary spring roll (which by the way was the best spring roll I’ve ever eaten). What really impressed me was the dessert. I got the banana cheesecake with caramel. The BEST banana cheesecake I’ve ever encountered! Texture, flavour 100%! I will be back...this place is a hidden gem!

Simple ingredients, great execution, fantastic results. Wonderful place for a sandwich. Best bread in Fredericton as far as I'm concerned. I'm not a bahn mi expert but I'd take one of these over any of the others I've tried between Halifax and Toronto. For the price, can't be beat - 6 bucks for a long, filling sandwich that's better than any fast food sandwich you could be spending double that for. I like all 4 options, but my go to is the #1 Pork roll, spicy.

We stopped by before they were even open and we were graciously served, much appreciated! The sandwiches were delicious and were perfect for our picnic at the Hopewell rocks (chicken and BBQ pork). Would definitely recommend !

Awesome sandwiches. Ordered the Sandwich #1 the pork banhmi. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft inside. The sandwich filling is generously proportioned with plenty of each type of pork and veggies. The flavor is great, it's a marriage of pickled veggies and the various preserved meats! The sandwich is awesome meal to go. It stays together fairly well and can be scarfed down 1 handed. The crispiness of the bread though can make it a bit messy. The bakery itself is small. Has seating for a few but for the style of food being sold it is fine. Price is good considering the location of the bakery. $6 per sandwich, a sandwich which can be a full meal. Staff were nice and I look forward to having another sandwich the next time I visit the city. I would highly recommend a sandwich here to a local or anyone stopping through for a quick bite.
