CUSTOMER ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EXPIRE DATES!!! I saw some frozen shrimp marked at $4.99. No sale sign, just a tag with $4.99 on a yellow background. I thought that a good deal and grabbed a few bags. Then I noticed all of the bags expire 2 days from now. I asked a staff member if they had any that were not going to expire in 2 days. I was told they were on sale because they were about to expire. Like said before, there was no sale signage, no original price, just $4.99 on a yellow background. The staff member told me the yellow background meant the item was on sale. Why didn't they just stick the pink half price stickers on?!? There was no signage stating that they would expire in 2 days. I told the staff member that, this is very deceptive, she agreed and said there's nothing she could do. She offered to take another 50% off, but that's not my issue. My issue is that this superstore is trying to trick people into buying nearly expired seafood. When I went to customer service to ask for a comment card, I was told they don't have any. I was given a piece of paper ripped out of a notebook. Very disappointed in this location.

The best sales ever!!!!!!!! I buy from every single department but meat. Clothing, toys, seasonal, electronics , food. Always check here for a sale before buying anything anywhere else. My only issue with this store is the meat section. Meat quality is lacking.....bad cuts, tough meat, stinky brown hamburger and expired food. I will go out of my way to buy meat else where.

I used to shop here years ago but when Costco came, I stopped going because Costco had better value and service. I was reminded of this last night when I went to the superstore for the first time in quite a while. The prices are crazy (in some cases twice as much) and compared to Costco, the quality was definitely lacking. I really can't understand why people would throw away their money shopping here.

Good grocery store with reasonable prices. Selection can be hit or miss depending on when you are there. Usually able to get about 80% of the products on the grocery list when I visit. The non-grocery items are spread out and the store feels small and older compared to other larger Superstores, Though I think this is the biggest one in the area. Atlantic Superstore is not the store it once was. The biggest problem I see with this location and other is uncleanliness. See attached photos for what I saw one night when I was all set to purchase a turkey. It was repulsive. Some large insect and dirt. This is only one example. This is a 'grocery' store. Step it guys and get the place CLEAN please. I see nothing but sticky, dirty, grimy shelves and hand grime/ prints on the cooler doors/ glass. You sell food I put into my BODY so please CLEAN the stores.

Everything is super expensive here compared to my local grocer down the street. I only come here when I cant find what I need anywhere else. On there rare occasion I go here I often I see elderly people nearly in tears trying to afford basic necessities. Pretty sad. $6 broccoli, $7 butter and I have to check myself out, no thanks. Loblaws made 1.2 billion in profits in 2020 during a pandemic. Support local, support farmers, and mom and pop. Not corporate greed.

Mexican Food is at the back end of the chip isle. Cream cheese/butter in the isle next to the freezers at the back. Liquid smoke on bottom shelf of BBQ sauce isle, gelatin is on the top shelf of the baking isle. Kim Chi is in the health food fridge behind the Pharmacy. They also separate the high end health foods from the basic groceries behind the Pharmacy.

I hate this store. They over charge for everything. You will get higher quality fruit and vegetables (and meat too) at Victory Meat Market and for better prices. Sobeys is also a cheaper place to buy groceries. Another thing that has always irritated me about this place are the swarms of fruit flies in the produce section. Oh, and let's not forget the perennially leaky roof.

Its a good grocery store, there isn't much to say good or bad about the place really. Its exactly what you'd expect from a chain store, it's clean, the staff are approachable, and the store is well cared for. As for the gym at this location, I'd rate that at a 1/5. The men's room has no shower and the weight room is a complete joke. Its for cardio bunnies and that is it! No squat racks, only Smith machines FFS!

The only place you can do groceries in Grand Falls and get a good selection on dry, canned, fresh or frozen foods. The produce is varied and always looks great. Being able to order online and pick up groceries here is great. It's a Superstore with all the deals and services you would expect. DO BRING A DEBIT Or CREDIT CARD so you can go through the self checkouts or you will waste a good half hour standing in line. Store is super clean you can really appreciate this if you go in just after the night staff have worked so hard . Well organized store.

Clean. Fast. Staff helped me find items quickly. The only issues I find is that it is a very big store so it's a long walk around. (currently getting better at walking from breaking an ankle) sometimes items are way cheaper than sobeys but hit or miss unless you follow the sales. Wish they had more cash registers open. I HATE those electronic self serve ones. Only good for when you have like 2 or 3 items.

Lately we've been using click and collect. This is a great service. Would you pay $5 for somebody to shop for you? Well now you can. Go online and pick your groceries and pick a time to pick it up. Very convenient. Ryan is the most frequent person we deal with, and he's been great. I find going in the store exhausting, so this is a great option, I recommend it.

Picked up fried chicken for supper, got it home and it was raw on the inside still. Called to make them aware, was told just go back and exchange. Told them I have a 23 month old that I needed to get dinner ready for before bedtime, wasnt as simple as going back out as I live on the Northside and was picked up on the way home. The person on the other end of phone almost so irritated by that response and said im transferring you to customer service. No apology, no nothing. Then was on hold.... on hold..... on hold. Finally gave up. Will be going into store next time im there to follow this up.

Do not use PC Express here, particularly if you have medical dietary restrictions. The staff don't care about being accurate in general, and will substitute anything on a nearby shelf for your item (instead of simply letting you know it is unavailable), regardless of substitution notes or the substituted items' approximate similarity to the original, while telling you "they just found a bigger one of the same product" when confirming orders on the phone (if they even mention the issues). We will have errors that ruin our meal plans and require us to make another trip to the store during covid 4 out of 5 trips. You want canned beans? Canned peas are a reasonable substitute, right? A loaf of bread? Nah, try these pitas. It's a mystery every time, and their customer service managers are often rude when you have to return the items, which are only an issue because they don't train their staff on what are and are not appropriate substitutions in the first place. The Northside location is managed well and doesn't have any of these issues. It's embarrassing for the leadership team of the Smythe Street location.

This is, despite how pricy it can be, my favorite place to grocery shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I love the PC Points program, my pharmacy is here, and there is almost always a good deal on something! Plus they have fresh meals to go, including Bento sushi. ???? ????

I understand we go through a tough time with this virus going on but their online shopping system is horrible! We are trying to have as less contact as we can with people around us so we choose to do online shopping. 1. The website doesn’t have all the products you find in the store ; 2. I did order bunch of stuff and when you get the product home it’s like a disappointing Christmas, you realize going through your bags what you didn’t get. After you place the order and you pay , the system should let you know if they have the product in stock or not! Or at least I should get an email/text telling me what’s available from my order or not so I can look somewhere else. Very very disappointed! Make sure you check your receipt when you get home because I did get charge for product I didn’t receive. I had to call twice for somebody to be nice and to fix the problem.

This is my go-to store for grocery shopping, the only thing I don't like is how expensive their lactose free milk is. There's almost none there that's 0% and it's so expensive! I sometimes feel like I'm being punished for being lactose intolerant! Some of it is the company's fault but Superstore still marks up its prices more than Walmart does and I don't think it's fair since lactose free is the only milk I can drink

I like shopping here and have done so for many years. The quality of the produce is high, the variety is excellent and overall, I've usually found the prices cheaper than at Sobey's. Since the arrival of Costco, I've found it is sometimes cheaper to shop there for certain items, but the Atlantic Superstore and Walmart are my next stops for all of my remaining grocery items. There's ample parking space and it's only on rare occasions that I've found it congested inside the store.

They've expanded their drive up parking spaces and I watched I believe 4 staff bringing groceries out to waiting cars. There are many people taking advantage of this new service and it looks like it works really well, covid aside this might be a keeper idea, just saying it has caught on from what I see daily. This store has gotten VERY expensive. Just for one example, the large pack of Larsen's BBQ size wieners is $7.99. The very same product at Victory Meat Market is $4.99. Also, their website sucks. I can never get into it nor can I use their in-store WiFi. It never works either. Guess I'll be doing most of MY grocery shopping at Wal-Mart and Victory from now on!

I love self-checkouts. No lines usually and no one is rushing me, and no small talk. That being said, your new self-checkouts suck. They are too small and the debit machine is too high and gets a terrible glare. If you bend it down, you could break your card if not careful. You need to bring back a few bigger ones as they don't hold the green bins at all now.

Compared to the other big grocery store in Fredericton, Sobeys, The Atlantic Superstore tends to have better prices. Their points system actual yields rewards (unlike AirMiles at Sobeys which will get you nothing) and the staff at this location is friendly and helpful. They have a policy where during busy hours, ALL lanes are guaranteed to be open and I'll also add they have self-serve checkout, which is great for shorter grocery lists or when you just wanna get your stuff and get out without having human interaction. The only downside is the parking. When it gets busy, the parking lot can be completely filled. But it also seems like the parking lot was designed strangely. If you are turning out, another car can't pull in at the same time. The little grass barrier things are too wide, causing for some unnecessary congestion during busy hours.
