most the things i needed in one place, and fairly priced. the fresh goods are good. cut meats are packed and makes budgeting the meals easier. the isles are well spaced. the place is always clean and neat. the counter are quite fast and often have a designated bagger that makes the paying part faster. the parking is also ok. and alternate transportation options ate close if needed, taxi cabs tight outside the store and bus just on the other side. also added bonus is the family foods card that allows gst revenue for the amount spent in a year within the store. overall, i find myself buying most of my groceries here than in other stores in town.

I really prefer to go here for meat over anywhere else as you can ask for cuts of anything here too. There is always some sorta deal on one meat option everytime I go. I prefer to shop here over the other place in Thompson as it is not crowded as well. Everything is little bit on the pricey side but definitely go grab your meats here. They are always so accommodating if you can't find what your looking for. Plus they sell the big boxes of eggs, no pharmacy but hey there is one right next door.

Cashier couldnt understand what I was saying when I told her that the red bulls should be 3 for 6 as the cooler instructed. Then the manager comes out and denies that they are on promo for that price. Safe to say I wont be going back here again and would suggest you dont either.

I really like this store. It is locally owned and reminds me of getting groceries back home, in Newfoundland. Very friendly staff. Produce and meats are very good quality. They sell Hutteritte chickens and turkeys. This store is always clean and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in the Gregoire area...or the RMWB area for that matter. Fraudulent establishment and a total scam. Stay away from Family Foods in Thompson. Takes advantage of people's lockdown situation in nearby communities by packing rotten produce and close to expiry date products in their boxed-up orders. On top of everything adds over $300 in packing and delivery charges to the customer and charges their credit card with no prior announcement of such delivery fees or customer authorization. Terrible and unprofessional customer service and rude management. Stay far far away! Did the customer get a refund? A huge NO. Total scam. Spend your money elsewhere please.
