What drew me in was the place was bursting with bouquet- bound flowers and their fragrance was intoxicating! The guy behind the counter seemed keen to get my order perfect but after I paid, the warmth and welcome dwindled quickly as the actual floral designer totally botched my bouquet by not getting my floral choices or colour scheme correct and then tried to tell me that I had not paid enough for what I specifically ordered. Bizarre Bunch!!

I placed an online order a day or two before Valentine's Day, but unfortunately it somehow got missed. I called late in the day on Valentine's Day to check on it but unfortunately it was too late for them to get an arrangement out to my wife, so they refunded my money and delivered an arrangement the following day free of charge. Excellent customer service, and a beautiful arrangement.

I want to start off first by saying that I have ordered from Caribou many times and their flowers are the best in the city! I am usually 100% satisfied..... but not with my recent order. I ordered flowers 2 weeks ago to be delivered to a friend of mine. I told the young lady on the phone that if my friend was not home to call me and I would come pick them up. I did not receive a call the day of delivery so I assumed my friend received the flowers. I asked about the flowers a week later and my friend did NOT receive any flowers. I called the flower shop to see what happened to the flowers to find out they were left on the doorstep and likely stolen. The young lady was not helpful in anyway and did not seem to give a damn about my flowers. When I stated I was concerned about wasting my money on $100 flowers that did not even get received, she stated "Actually ma'am, you only paid $75 plus delivery"...This is an example of the service I received. The manager called me back 3 days later and told me the delivery driver was new and they would replace my flowers. She had no concern to the fact that my flowers were now going to be delivered 2 WEEKS LATE! Usually when a person purchases flowers it is for a special occasion and dates do in fact matter!! I love the flowers they arrange but if this is the customer service they give to their clients then I will take my business elsewhere. ...I just received the flowers at my house, because they could not find the address and good thing because the cute msg that I had asked them to put on the card was missing words and did not make any sense. That just proves my point. Something very simple but meaningful was ruined.

Customer service was very quick to respond but i did try to organize a valentine's day deliery 2.5 weeks in advance and it got completely messed up. I was notified of being out of stock of one of the products but the other product that arrived the day after valentine's wasn't correct either - I had ordered a Himilayan salt SOAP and my partner received a bath soak... we don't have a bath. I'm sure they did their best but I am so disappointed. We have been living apart for over a year due to covid and visa delays, it's the second valentine's day we have missed and it was a total mess up.
