My husband got me a cake from them for my birthday and it was amazing. There really isn't anything this place can't do with a cake!!! Great customer service as well!!! The prices are very reasonable as well. We are getting married in a few months and we already have are cake pplanned out there just waitingwaitingn a start date!!! We were delighted to book Cookie to make our wedding cake. Heather and her staff did an amazing job and were professional, timely, and dedicated every step of the way. During the initial cake tasting, Heather presented us with many options to choose from. She gave us multiple samples of different cakes and allowed us to mix and match what we wanted for the final product. The staff was also very responsive and were able to answer all our questions as well as being very flexible with all the requests we had. They did an amazing job with both our cake and a special request cake for one of our family members. The value of what we got was worth every penny spent and would recommend Cookie to anyone looking for a cake for any occasion. We tried posting a picture of the cake we ordered on Rich’s Facebook page & the picture was deleted numerous times because they know they gave me a messed up cake. I ordered a baseball themed cake. The lady I spoke to said she would put a baseball diamond on my sons cake with baseball figures added to it. I went to pick up the cake and let me say IT WAS NOT A DIAMOND! My 9 year old son who absolutely adores baseball looked at me and said mom why does my cake have a pile of poop on it(which was suppose to be the pitchers mound) the other part of the “diamond” was 2 lines with what I’m guessing is suppose to be home plate, no 1st 2nd or 3rd base...I had to ask for some baseball figures. And let me start off by saying this isn’t the first time, I’ve gotten cakes from them where my sons name was spelled wrong, colors were wrong. Its sad because Rich’s has by far the best testing cakes but their decorating skills have gone down hill and that’s what the kids look forward to in their cake. Of course they won’t show any of their negative reviews or listen to what we have to say so sadly enough I had to bring it to the google review. Hopefully this one don’t get deleted. VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! ????????????

I met HH at a Bridal Show and the place was packed but she was able to carve out time to speak to me about the cake and make me a quote which she honored when my Fiance and I met with her 3 months later. We went in knowing we would likely get a small cake for us to cut for photos and then sheet cakes somewhere. Not only was HH able to understand the theme of our wedding (1920's Great Gatsby) but she was able to convey that through our cake. Their cake was so delicious and the price was so fair we got the whole kit and caboodle from them. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted on said cake, but before we left she had the whole thing designed and I didn't worry another minute after. They dropped it off at the venue and put our topper on it. I would highly recommend a meeting. We met with 3 vendors and she blew them out of the water.

Absolutely love the cake they made for my birthday! So moist and so yummy. I wasn't too picky with the decoration. I just told them to make it fabulous and they did just that. Can't wait to use them for my next celebration.
