Nice place to taste local new foundland dishes. Great view, clean and calm, and kind staffs. It's great place when you become hungry at Ferryland. Of course, you can just drink tea.

In what appears to be an accessible location, friendly service and ample portions are the order of the day. Visitors may order any type of Tetley tea served in individual blue ceramic pots. Clean washrooms and good anti-COVID practices are in place. Those at window seats are treated to a great view of the bay. Tea room closed at 4:00 pm the day I was there.

So glad that Covid-19 restrictions changed enough to allow this wonderful cafe to open. Perfect location to stop for a meal while enjoying the country side on a site seeing trip down the Irish loop. The home cooked meals combined with in house breads was some of the best food I've ever eaten (hopefully my wife doesn't see this review). The food, friendly service and great views made for a fantastic dining experience.

If you want a nice relaxing lunch..come join us..Not a fast food restaurant so you might have to wait a few minutes while the fish cakes get fried or your sandwich gets put together..but believe me its worth it...

Food was good and affordable. Ambiance was nice. But service was far below par. We had to wait for the waitress for a long time for anything. Even to get a menu took almost 15 minutes after seating us. It wasn't busy at the time, so it wasn't clear what the delays were. Based on this experience, I would not eat here again, but try the lighthouse picnic instead.

Went here about a week ago and all I have to say is I wish I could not give a star rating….. staff is treated poorly and the food is not that great.
