I really wanted to send a custom birthday cake to my bae this past weekend but given that I’m in Toronto and he’s in St. John’s, NL it was a bit of a challenge since I don’t know what bakeries are the best. Now I do! I reviewed each bakery online looking at Instagram photos and reading reviews. @Cakeyhand was clearly the winner! The only issue was that it was a late custom order. Still, the owners were more than happy to help make his birthday extra special. The cake I ordered was so beautiful and fun! It was featuring his favourite beer Coors Light in a can, all his favourite chocolate bars like Mr. Big and others, chocolate covered strawberries, with blue and white icing covering a towering, layered chocolate cake—his favourite! Everything from ordering, online payment, home delivery, to the superior mastery of this custom cake were done to perfection! Cakeyhand truly exceeded all expectations. Although I couldn’t be there for his special birthday, I felt really very comfortable leaving everything to the owners to take care of. I’m told it was absolutely stunning and so delicious! As my Bae put it, “my mom couldn’t stop talking about it!” I will most definitely be ordering from this exquisite bakery again and again. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would. My Mom loved her cake I got from CakeyHand! I had originally asked to pick up the cake on the 27th, but when I asked if I could pick it up a day earlier, and I was able to without any problems! The cake was delicious and looks absolutely amazing! I was able to pick up the cake while still keeping physical distant. Great service, very kind people and a great first time buying experience! Won’t be the last time I purchase baked goods from CakeyHand! Thank you ???? Highly recommend!!!

Hi, I recently with luck found cakeyhand and my experience with them has been great. I have ordered 3 times from them and each time the price, desserts and service have been exceptional. The Paris Brests, creampuffs and Rosette Cake are excellent and now I am going to try the Raspberry Mille Feuille and the chocolate covered strawberries. can't wait!

Actually it was a surprise plan & all of sudden There were some changes with delivery time and he managed very well to delivery before time. The cake is very very yummy. I have to say these cakes are absolutely beautiful and taste even better!! The customer service was also great!! My daughter absolutely loved it!! I will say however they were smaller than I expected for the price. Overall great experience!!

Beautiful cake for my son’s 6th bday. It was delicious, I loved that the icing was not overly sweet. The whole ordering and pickup process was relatively smooth as well. The owners are very responsive through Facebook.

I tried CakeyHand for the first time today- the mixed box of honey cakes. They were beyond my expectations! I ordered them because they looked delicious and I had never tried honey cakes. Not only did they look amazing, they were the most delicious variety of cakes I have ever eaten! They were the perfect level of sweetness.
