Stopped by today for the opening and was so pleased! The renovated interior is gorgeous and they have a wide selection of sweet and savoury treats + sourdough! The croissants were flaky and delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better bakery in the neighbourhood.

Just found this place near my home. I'm huge fan of tiramisu , I have tried many places but honestly their tiramisu really delicous, and other cakes. Next time I definitely buy a bigger size of the Tiramisu ;)

Great new Italian bakery in the neighbourhood ~ fresh donuts, cookies, pies, danishes, cakes & more! I bought sugar chocolate cream filled donuts, lathe eclairs and blueberry cheese + strawberry cheese danishes on my 1st visit ~ fresh and not overly fried or sugary. Apparently donuts disappear quick, so get there early. For such an early start, they already have plenty of repeat patrons. Happy to see them there & will be back

Love this new Bakery. You can get hot food for takeout, get a fresh sandwich made on the spot, and a bunch of deserts that will satisfy that sweet tooth and of course they have lots of bread made fresh daily.

My mom and I dropped by when they were closing today. They were really nice and kind enough to take our orders. They have a great selection of sweets and savories. Also their bread was fresh and delicious. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Love this place. My new favourite bakery in Etobicoke. Its so hard to find a place that makes fresh food, this is my fav new lunch spot. Also great for when we don't cook dinner. My favs have been the shrimp, butter croissants, chocolate croissants, and veal sandwich. The only thing better than the food is the wonderful people who work here. GREAT service & super friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. My wife and I love this place and we're so happy to have it in our neighborhood. HIGHLY recommended for fresh food and great service.

The new bakery looks nice and the pastries are good. But the prices have skyrocketed! I bought 8 croissant and two apple filed pastries and payed $35 dollars. Croissants, that were previously $ 1.50, are now $3.25 + taxes. This increase is not justified as it is the same baker. The only change is a new owner and their apparent need for more profit. It is a shame because the bakery was reasonable and affordable before and unfortunately, has become a place that only the rich will be able to afford. We will not be going there again any time soon.

Love this bakery, they have a great assortment of breads, pastries, cakes, and even a hot food station. Tried the chocolate cannoli and pepper stuffed pastry, so delicious.

Yum, yum, yum! From the coffee to the hot table to the delicious sweets and bread I truly feel so lucky to have this bakery open on my neighbourhood. Wonderful people who run the bakery, friendly and truly thoughtful. Very good experience and absolutely delicious sauce and food. Highly recommend this place. I've been probably more than 5 times already and it just opened. Bread and pastries super yummy and fresh. Favs so far Eggplant Parm, Chocolate Croissants and just about everything else.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! A much-needed and long-awaited addition to the area. Beautifully renovated with thought and care poured into every detail. The hot counter is a must-try! Different pasta dishes every day, each one delicious in its own way. My favourites are the cheese tortellini and the rose rigatoni! Rita’s suggestion to add chilli flakes to the rigatoni was something we really enjoyed! She and Destiny greet you warmly with genuine intention to help you enjoy the entire experience. Yes they are busy, but most top quality places are! And you’re always in good company with their friendly staff and the warm vibes throughout the bakery. They always have great suggestions and are so committed to you having a good experience. If there’s any issue, just let them know and they go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and satisfied! I go there 4 times a week now - I’m hooked! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Super friendly. Super good. Hot table food is tasty, which is an added bonus. Baked goods are fresh, and delicious. The deli has wonderful meats and cheese. And those tarts. Go and expect your mouth to thank you!

Expect wait times as the shop is small with limited capacity. Although there are a plenty of staff to service, they're very disorganized. I was disappointed with the sfoglia cannolis. Sfoglia is usually a light and flaky pastry, Montesanto serves a hard sfoglia shell.. I'm not sure if they were stale or just made poorly? They also charge $2.50 per cannoli which is ridiculous for such poor quality!
