This teeny tiny patisserie is so pretty from the outside; stepping inside, I discovered it's not the best place to come as a casual, pop-in customer since most items are for pick-up and the selection of ready cake slices is not big at all. -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

Hidden Neiborhood Gem! Highly recommend. Bruna the Owner is a wonderdul and friendly lady. She mastered the art of creation of delectable European pastries and cakes. Try the Piramide triangles of scrumptious light pastry with chocolate cream or the cholcolate bombs, all to die for. Eclairs are also very nice. We often drop by to enjoy a cup of delicious espresso and get a few pasties to go.

I ordered two cakes for my daughter’s birthday parties last week, and they both tasted fantastic and the presentation was great. Our guest enjoyed them a lot and had nothing but very good comments about them and, on top of that, they were very curious to know where we bought the cakes. I highly recommend this place and definitely give it 5 stars.

Great Napoleon cake! Not too sweet, but still a cake. Tastes really good. ... I moved to Ottawa a year ago and came here just for the Napoleon. The owner recognized me and new what I wanted. Ask for strawberry Napoleon. So good!

My Albanian friend drove me here, all the way from Scarborough to introduce me to his country's desserts and I was not disappointed. The stuff we had was amazing. It's very unique. I'm not sure what to compare it to. I'm going to try to find an excuse to go this far out to Etobicoke again, just so I can grab this stuff.

Quality depends on when you go. Croissants have been stale before...could barely chew it. I've had the eclairs and other pastries at times and they've been awesome. Just wish it was more consistent in quality.

If you want to taste the best cake you have ever had, just go in there. Very high and professional quality of food and service and very reasonable prices. I do not think that you have ever experienced better taste. You can have cakes and other deserts here like nowhere else. You have to visit this place.

Some of the best Pastries in town. I really enjoy strolling down this street checking out the small shops and stopping into European Patisserie to get some sweets. In the morning it is less busy and you don't have to wait in any lines. I really enjoy the fresh pastries I swear they make it fresh every day.

Ordered a cake for a friend’s Baby Shower and got an absolutely delicious cake with their signature ingredients. Also they were able to create an exact replica of what we had in mind. It was a big hit and like one of our friends rightly remarked “it was a cake to die for”. Three cheers to European Patisserie ????????????

Fantastic place to enjoy! I particular want to congratulate them on their eclairs (rich custard and dark chocolate glaze). My wife loves the pyramids, but really everything is quality. Well done European Patisserie!

Surprisingly cute spot, friendly owner that knows how to make a good cortado/macchiato :) the pastries are delicious, service is great. Don't be fooled by the modest exterior, this place is a hidden gem! I stopped by once just to pick up, another time to savor seated and do some work with the wifi. It's a quiet environment, so you can get a lot done! Highly recommend.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but thanks to Bruna at European Patisserie I had the best birthday cake ever. My mom has known Bruna for quite some time and she has always ordered desserts from her bakery and I’ve always been a fan. For my birthday this year, my mom placed a same day order for my cake with Bruna. Not only was Bruna kind enough to accommodate such a short notice request but she also made me the best birthday cake ever. I’m not exaggerating when I say Best Bday Cake Ever!! It reminded me so much of my childhood and back home,Albania. Moreover, the cake was a hit with my friends. Everyone asked me for the name of the bakery because they LOVED the cake. Thank you so much Bruna for making my special day even more amazing :)

There is no working hours displayed on the doors or website. Google indicates that it opens at 9 AM on Saturdays. Was there at 9:10 AM, doors are closed, no a note or anything. Very frustrating. Please fix Google schedule or add it to the website

I ordered a custom cake for my dad's 70th birthday on a recommendation and was not let down! Bruna was extremely accomodating, and brought my vision to life. The cake was delicious and moist with their featured hazelnut/almond buttercream, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back for more :)

This place has a dessert for every craving! The Italian merengue filling in some of them is exquisite, and those "pyramids" sprinkled with hazelnuts melt in your mouth. But it goes beyond taste; they do such an amazing job with 3D cakes that sometimes you just want to frame your birthday cake, not eat it!

Visited today to buy some eclaires as I used to buy a lot from here. I asked for 4 eclaires, perfect, no price displayed and I was ready to pay $2.99 the way I used to. However, when I asked the guy, he told me that is $3.75. When I told him that it used to be $2.99 his answer was "Here?? ...never, ever". No, it was $2.99 as I did buy a lot from here. After insisting , he told me that it was not $2.99 but $3.00 and the price went up meanwhile. I would like to ask him if his salary increased 25% in within 6 months period.

We have been going to European Patisserie for years and the cakes, pastries and cookies are always so heavenly. Their baked goods are of quality ingredients and always fresh and one can tell by the taste. Their macarons are comparable to the macarons we had in Paris that we don't buy anywhere else. My sister in law who lives in the States cannot forget the macarons she bought in the Palace of Versailles. When she came for a visit and tried the macarons from this bakeshop she found what she was looking for. When I go see her she always requests for macarons from European Patisserie. They come in different flavours pistachio, hazelnut, passion fruit, lemon, strawberry, coffee, fig, chocolate, with different fillings like ganache, fruit curd, buttercream. The pyramide, tres leches, eclairs,baclava, apple strudel,tiramisu, birthday cakes and everything else we have tasted are so delicious that we keep going back for more. The owners are so nice and wonderful and treats one like family. They take pride in their bakeshop and would settle for nothing less than excellent quality baked goods. This place is really worth recommending.
