Glad I saw a recommendation on Reddit to try this place. It's a very simple looking bakery, but the pastries are delicious, fresh and cheap. I really enjoyed the apple fritter (right amount of chewiness and crispiness) and thumbprint cookie (not crumbly, super buttery). Can't wait to try more!

I came here for the first time at noon on a Saturday and was lucky to snag 2 of the last 3 donuts left, vanilla cream. They were sublime and I regret not buying more baked goods! I will be back for sure.

They are a good basic bakery. They are no frills and behind the times (read: no non gluten items). Some visits seem good. On some visits there have been a lot of flies in the storefront.

Years ago the lovely lady who I presume owns the shop ripped out a baby jade plant for my girlfriend. We still have it. This is one of those places you need to try, not only are the baked good fresh and made with love but the people here are truly good people. Can't wait to be back.

No wonder there was a lineup put the door! So fresh, so cute, so delicious. We got a variety of things to share with friends and everything was perfect. Everyone was so impressed. It’s hard to find a danish that isn’t soggy or too crusty and this danish was the best we’d ever had.

Great Mom & Pop spot. Very local in the terms of cash only and limited hours but well worth the experience. If you like basic doughnuts and great service come here. No frills or gimmicks, just quality reminiscent of the bakeries from the 80s and 90s. Great bang for your buck!

Always a dream come true. The chocolate long john is the best I've ever had, sorry to make who ever is reading this hungry but it is so fluffy, so clean, the whip cream filling is unbelievably delicious and Hon (sorry for my miss spelling) is a total sweet heart. Love coming in here, great coffee, the glazed donut is incredibly soft and fluffy, final conclusion the apple fritters are the definition of phenomenal.

I went to this bakery for the first time because I was in the neighborhood getting my Covid booster at Archie Browning. I get up to the till and order a few cookies. Only then do I realize that it's cash only and I don't have any. I apologize immediately as the woman at the counter is getting my cookies and tell her I will have to pass. She tells me with a smile on her face, "No problem! You can pay next time." I'm overwhelmed at how nice of a gesture it was and tell her I don't live nearby. She says not to worry about it, I can pay next time I'm around, whenever that is (?!). I was so thankful! <3 On top of that the cookies were amazing. I'm definitely going back soon to pay for my cookies and to try some donuts next time :)

The best bakery in town. High quality bread baked in store and seemingly without using preservatives. Yet the prices are reasonable, unlike the other bakeries that charge ridiculous amounts of money for being "hip". Owners are very friendly too. Loaf breads as well as swear treats like cinnamon buns and doughnuts are awesome.

An amazing bakery, the goods are amazing and the atmosphere of this small owner operated business is unbeatable. I go here for my doughnuts even though I live less then a km to two different Tim Hortons. I would recommend this place, give it a try and support small business at the same time.
