This tiny bakery up in port dover has really good cupcakes. I had the margarita cupcakes which has a tiny squirty thing injecting tequila into my cupcake! The cupcake was very dense, moist, and the frosting was really good. Im not usually jnto frostings because of how sweet they get. This one has the right sweetness for me and dense but buttery consistency. It was a unique twist for a cupcake havjng the booze. 19+ only. They also have a variety of pastry bars, cookies, gluten free bread and pastries, coffee tea, meat pies and deli delights. The place is quite small and with a lot of people inside it can get stuffy.vfew tables for eat in customers. They have frozen items that you can take home and cook (meat and pasta). Overall i was happy with ny dessert.

Stumbled upon this gem while trying to find a gluten free cake for my fiances birthday. I have to say this place is gold if you can't have gluten and the Cheddar Jalapeno bread is to die for, so are the meat pies, cookies and everything in this place. Its nice to finally find a place that is actually gluten free. This place is a must try. I can't say enough about how good it is.

I dropped in today after months of procrastinating the detour. So many small-town GF bakeries aren't worth it and I figured this one would be the same. Wrong! Very impressive selection of baked sweets, just like a regular bakery. A few savoury items like chicken pot pie, a range of frozen products (pies, breaded meat, pita, etc.), and also pantry items. The pie and cookies I had were excellent and didn't make me feel gross. Will definitely be back soon.

I try to purchase something each time I go to the cafe. The baking is gluten free and certainly tastes very good. I usually buy the squares. Today I bought KeyLime macaroons. Can't wait to try them tonight for dessert.

Finding this bakery was a really nice surprise while visiting from St. Catharines. The meat pies were delicious! Beautiful pastry! So were all the treats we tried! I've been diagnosed-celiac for more than 10 years now and tried many different gluten free bakeries. This is one of the absolute best! Accommodated dietary needs very well without compromising on taste or texture. An hour and 15 minute drive for me to visit again, but I will be back for sure!

Was strolling around port Dover this afternoon and we stumbled upon this bakery,stopped in wow great gluten free baked goods. had the peanut butter cookie and my girlfriend had this peanut butter cup chocolate thing as well as 2 lattes they were all great! i also picked up a piece of cherry smoked kielbasa that was delicious as well. if you’re in town and need a little cookie and coffee break you won’t be disappointed. even if you’re not into gluten free baking their baked goods are super tasty!

Great place to go if you're gluten free. Love their breads and they have an amazing selection of other baked goods as well. I find the biggest problem with gluten free baking is that everything is made overly sugary/sweet but this bakery has avoided that problem quite well.

Would reccomend 100%, and they take gluten contamination very seriously, so no gluten products allowed into the store!

I just had my first order from Trish's Bakery and have never posted or done any reviews ever but made the time to do so after tasting her amazing products. Trish was kind enough to make a special delivery to Hamilton so many of her customers could get her product for Easter. I still have some things yet to try but her Quiche was the best I have ever had and all my family loved it and they do not need to worry about gluten. The raspberry turnovers and biscotti are sensational. Her dinner rolls, multigrain bread and hot cross buns also were the best I have ever had and I have tried many over the 7 years of eating gluten free. My husband is even grabbing a few hot cross buns which he has never done before with any of my gluten free products. I can hardly wait for the store in Hamilton to open! Thank you so much Trish for making such amazing products !!!!!! I can't wait to try the other products I bought. I have frozen them to enjoy on the days ahead.

Ooooh I how love this place, it is a celiac dream come true. So many wonderful sweets and treats, worth the drive where ever you live and don't be shy just eat the whole box of what you bought...I have..so worth it. The owner is lovely and kind, the place is so cozy and inviting I love it.

You posted a clear sign at your front door that due to COVID-19 only two customers were allowed at a time, but you let a third person come in and attended to him while we were already there. Then, your employee seemed annoyed that we wanted our pot pies heated, did not wear gloves or wash her hands when handling or preparing our food or taking items from the display case, later showed irritation when my partner attempted to help her see the prices of her items, and tossed bags towards her and told her to bag her own things. Then, when I used the washroom (I'm on a med that makes it necessary fairly often, and we live about 90 minutes away), because I did not see the crumpled sign on the wall some ways away from it, with the washroom door open and no further sign on it, she yelled at my partner--and not at me. My partner didn't even know I went to the washroom. By the way, we were the only ones in the entire scenario wearing masks. You're way too far away from where we live for us to tolerate being treated so disrespectfully, and your employee spontaneously follows whichever rules she feels like. We like your products and generally spend at least $50 and sometimes a lot more, but we won't be back.

I got my daughters cake made here for her first birthday, the cake was gorgeous and the cake pops to match. The cake was disgusting the kids would not eat it or the cake pops. Cake was very “heavy” and had no flavour. Not recommended for the price you pay for cakes. :( not to mention the lack of communication in such a small place when I called to ask a question. And the customer service was mediocre.

Stopped by a couple of weeks ago on a Monday afternoon, bought some lemon squares. Very cold and hard, tasted quite stale. Decided to give them another try today, bought mint Nanaimo bars. Just green coloured, no mint taste at all, not sure what the chocolate layer was made of but did not look/taste like chocolate. Cheesecake squares are heavy and very sugary. Will not go back or recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this bakery! Came across them last summer and went down last weekend for the first visit after Winter. Definitely worth the drive! The assortment has been expand and I love the Cakes for 2!! The bread, buns, cookies, pies and all the pastries are delicious, you won't be disappointed. 100% Gluten Free bakery and cafe! Husband and wife team Roger and Trish! Incredibly friendly, willing to spend time with you to talk about the history of their business! Very interesting story! Pop in and chat with them! They have VEGAN, and dairy free options! They sell a wide variety of sweet baked goods and Savory meat pies! They sell local honey and many other items! Highly recommend this business! The eclair is called a British Bombshell. It is a chocolate eclair, with a Cadbury Flake Bar inside the cream, topped with caramel and Skor Bits. The meat Pie was a Steak Pie. All are gluten free of course. Using their own flour blend.

A real gem - we showed up at the bakery five minutes before closing on Friday but were not rushed The service and care at this Bakery are amazing! Not only are the products delicious but gluten free.... neither my husband nor I have any dietary restrictions but enjoyed them just as we would have any other baked item. I would not have been able to tell that they were gluten free. The gentlemen we dealt with ( I believe was Scottish ) not only shared about the history of the store ( 12 yrs in business) but about people dealing with gluten-free diets due to illness and also how the process is to bake using a gluten-free product. His actions were so kind and generous....staying late to chat with us. We enjoyed a date turnover and a raspberry coconut bar....yum. Great product, warm hospitality and kind spirit makes this a bakery that you should not miss..... thanks for the great experience! Bob and Linda

Trish's British Bombs are my hubby's favourite thing! If you like flakey pastry, chocolate, real whipped cream and caramel, you will love them too! She also has a great selection of gluten-free breads and savory items. I love the cheese bread and I recently purchased dill pickle bread, which was pretty cool. Her breads are light and airy, not like some other gluten-free breads that are heavy. Thanks Trish!

Awesome place with lots of choice in gluten-free items, from sweet to sour to savoury. Most items look like they are packed with sugar, but hey, it is a bakery! I think it is a very nice place for a stopover when you're in the area and hungry for a treat. Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable compared to the average gluten-free food prices. Would definitely go here again!
